Well, Tia, by the looks of it she’s definitely getting enough nutrients. Also, my guess is that Kim’s idea of an extreme work-out is lifting her pinky finger while she’s sipping on a cold drink. Just my two cents.
BTW, had this option been available, I would have voted “I’m worried for the baby, because having not one but two narcissists for parents makes for horrible odds.”

maybe im looking at the wrong picture, but i thought kim actually looked good (which is something i rarely say). i dont think she looks puffy…
i noticed the “puff” mostly in the first pix: face and arms. soon to be everywhere. or maybe it’s her exaggerated puffy lips (normal for her) that i’m noticing??

Oops, wrong bottom on the loafered baby, sorry. Not thinking clearly here today. It’s Disick’s bottom that would drop the cigar smoking Gucci loafered baby. Same awful smell though.

@toot, truthfully I am one of the ones who thought/thinks she is faking it. Her outfits just all look super padded. But who knows. I’m no expert.

Well, I’d never considered that she could be faking this pregnancy (or “pregnancy”) but it certainly would fit in with her pathetic desperation for attention, as well as her tendency to be a victim. The pregnancy has been harder on her than it has been on anyone else, ever, you know, “woe is me” and please feel sorry for her.
As far as the super padding… it’s there all right! Can’t miss it. Although my suspicion is that it’s true fat. And it seems to be making her miserable, please feel sorry for her. Even though she’s still a “size 2″ of course *wink wink*.
