  this is the kind of note you write when you feel like your life isn’t going the way you want it and you need to give yourself some kind of push to change it. When you write the note you feel like it will make a difference and I think it is good that that is what she wants. (i also fee compassion for her, this note shows alot of disturbance)

  I agree with those who feel sorry for her. I don’t find the humor in that writing, if it is what it appears to be. It seems to me she is trying to better herself. Although I don’t keep up with her, in the back of my mind I always wondered what sorts of personal turmoil she was going through, and that sort of lays it all out.

  This is the first time I feel bad for her. She knows her life is messed up, and she seems to be trying to work on a plan to striaghten it out. Even though she’s fake and narcissistic, I’ve never liked her…she’s obviously really disturbed. I would die if all my problems were out for the public to gawk at.

  It looks like a new year’s resolutions type of list (although im not saying it is). let’s be honest, many of us have had days when we write down “resolutions” we wouldn’t want anyone to see, so I say kudos to her for at least thinking about it.

  i also think it’s horrible that this is plastered all over the internet. poor girl, no one deserves to have their private thoughts and actions plastered all over the place.

  sure, maybe she asked for publicity in the beginning, but I dont think she’s asking for THIS…

  I had bulimia for years and once made a list like this (minus the drug talk, of course!). I definitely think that it was a reference to an ED. There have been rumors for quite some time that Paris is bulimic anyway.

  It looks like notes that one would take at a therapy session, or following one. “See Dianne twice a week?” “Reach out?” “Get a sponsor?” The part about throwing up is definitely, I am 100% sure (just look at the context of the damn list!), a reference to self-induced vomiting.

  I thik saying this is a note about bulemia is going WAY too far.

  Its a note for her yeah, and obviously she had shit going on at the time, but there are way too many references to drugs and using and a sponsor and AA.
  Its just a list she probably wanted everyone else to see to get some attention. like us now. good job.

  Its so crap about this all being her ‘private property’ she is so getting paid to put all her shit out there. I wouldn’t be suprised if she was getting a cut of the profits from that new paris exposed website.

  Why wouldn’t the reference to not throwing up be about bulimia? I know Paris is a bit…odd…but who writes down notes to themselves not to throw up if they aren’t making themselves do so? That would be like writing notes to yourself like “Don’t get hit by a car today” or “Call someone if I feel like I might be having a stroke.”

  I think we need to cut the girl some slack. Her parents were and are acting like spoiled children, spending money like drunken sailors. Do you guys remember that incredibly lame reality show where contestants vied for entrance to “the high life”? Cathy Hilton—Paris’s irresponsible mother, showed herself to be someone who would do anything for a buck and for attention. Does that remind you of anything? The proverbial apple never falls far from the tree. Like Lindsay Lohan, Paris and Nicki have no guidance in their lives and have been doing a lot of crazy things in order to get the attention they so desperately need.

  I am positive that Paris is bulimic. Remember the first couple of installments of “The Simple Life” when she and Nicole ordered a ton of junk food? I recall thinking that it was amazing that she had such a fast metabolism, because she was really thin back then.

  I wish Paris well. She doesn’t seem to have a happy life.

  This makes me feel sorry for her. I’ve always presumed she has bulimia though - huge amounts of junk food, no exercise, and I heard a rumour her mother asked The Ivy to make sure she didn’t visit the bathroom after her dinner.
  I find ‘call someone if I feel like using’ interesting too - probably refers to drugs. And the AA note too.
  To summarise - bulimic, alcoholic, drug using, herpes suffering…This girl is a mess.

  “Tallk to someone if feeling like throwing up” It’s classic therapy talk for someone with bulmia or with self induced vomiting. ( you can make yourself throw up and not technically have bulmia)

  I have to admit to having feelings of compassion for her and would, of course, like these feelings to leave as soon as possible. Her life is a train wreck, as others have mentioned. She’s an adult though and I hope sooner or later she acts like one.

  despite what i think of paris (essentially that she is a spoiled, talentless twit) i do feel sorry for her on this. it sucks being bulimic, my fiance’s ex girlfriend (who has become a good friend of mine, i know, weird, whatever)was. these girls who grow up with all of the family money and don’t learn any down-to-earth values often get caught up in addictive behaviors. sad.

  I don’t know, didn’t Marcia Cross have a similar thing happen with naked photos of her that were in the trash and someone picked them out. She had to sue to stop the photos being sold and published. Or something like that.

  With Paris’ hedonism and all around laziness I can easily see this happening actually. What she does about it will determine how much of a publicity monger she is. After all, she’s compromised more people than herself with this latest screw up, just like when she lost her phone with all the celeb phone numbers on it.
