Again, we’re not actually seeing her eating the hotdog - she’s just holding it. How come when nicole does that everyone assumes it a publicity thing ‘I’m eating junk…look’ but when its Kate we’re like ‘oh good for Kate’ she is still a total twig!
yeah but she has actually put on weight (unlike nicole) so its easier to believe that she eats, even if thats all she ate in the day- its still probably more than she had before!!
so she does eat (just not much i guess, was the hotdog actually totally consumed or done for the photographers)
i think she still needs a bit more grub, though i guess its not best to mix eating and swimming close to each other
Kate is looking so much HEALTHIER than she has in a l-o-n-g time !! Good for her. She is looking normal now. (Still on the very thin side of “normal”…but NOT scarily skinny…’deathlike’ as she has looked in the recent past) ! Don’t particularly like this bathing suit shot of her. The one of her in the black bikini is so much more flattering to / for her! I am still NOT convinced Kate is eating all that much. (Especially junk stuff)…. For all you non-veggies through, not all hot dogs are that bad for you actually. If you make sure that you only eat ALL BEEF, KOSHER than you avoid the parts and the hotdog isnt too bad for you (about 13g fat—not great but i guess ok for a splurge, and about 150-180 calories)

while i the lazy person who sometimes takes a week of exercising develop muscle definition in a matter of days, some people just cant get definition that easily

Before she was painful to look at but I actually think she looks fine now. Her shoulders aren’t broad, her hips aren’t wide and her limbs are slim. She is just teeny tiny naturally.

Funny how we learn so much about being overweight is unhealthy for us but no one really wants to say too much about being underweight unless you look like skin and bones.
Her face is so sweet! I think she’s a good actor too. An earlier post said vegans don’t get any protein. Not true. My BF is in the best shape of her life since going vegan last year. She lifts weights, does cardio and gets protein six times a day — tofu, almonds, protein powder, etc. She has amazing definition.
yeah she looked good in blue crush and everything but i think this is a better look for her becaues its less work and still looks good because she is naturally really petite. so to have a body like she had in blue crush, she had to work her butt off 24/7, which isn’t something most people want to do, especially when you’re as happy with your body as she seems to be now.

I could never eat a hot dog from a stand. If I get one, it’s Kosher only. I think most people know what hot dogs are made from, they just don’t care.
