Heidi Klum Eats Pasta
It’s always fascinating to see what celebrities eat or buy at the grocery store. Especially when it’s a gorgeous supermodel like Heidi Klum.
Here, she can be seen eating some type of pasta dish.

I’m not sure exactly what that is (I don’t really tend to eat pasta very often), but it looks yummy.

i don’t think she’s all that. She just looks average.

I’m not a fan of hers either and personally I think that dish looks nasty!! What are those round things, mussels??

Is that really HER? She looks like shit!

grrr this makes me so mad that dish looked like more calories than i consume in two days yet she looks 10x better than i do and she has had children and shes like 10 years older….how on earth does this bloody work
By Agne on Jun 21, 2007 | Reply
she looks amazing, I wish to look like she when I’ll be her age
By Rian on Jun 21, 2007 | Reply
lace, no offense, but your body needs food and fuel to lose weight and rev up your metabolism. If that plate of pasta is more calories than you consume in two days, your metabolism is probably totally screwed up. I’d suggest eating more and see what happens!

She looks okay. Her hair looks dry and damaged.
Personally, I don’t like pasta, so the dish looks gross to me.
By omg on Jun 21, 2007 | Reply
It’s pasta di mare (pasta with different seastuff).

I think it looks delicious
and if she looks like shit, I’d like to see a pic of whoever thinks so…. :S:S:S

I’m sure you all look better than her, sitting at your computers.

The funny thing is, in todays modeling world, heidi wouldn’t even be able to get a job. She is not fat by any means, but she is not thin like the girls of today. Its her name that makes her famous. I don’t really like her personally. I like giselle and adriana.
By angela on Jun 21, 2007 | Reply
how can you say she looks bad? she’s not dressed up, but she has serene, casual beauty. her skin looks flawless! she also doesn’t have that awful fake tan many celebrities & models sport these days.
By b on Jun 21, 2007 | Reply
right there with you lace, i have to strictly watch what i eat, mostly proteins and veggies and it is rare that i get the treat of a big plate of carbs, then i have to go work out. and no way am i even close to looking like Heidi. i think she looks great! natural beauty.
By Anonymous Realist on Jun 21, 2007 | Reply
This is like, “Heidi Klum stuffs her face with pasta, vol 4, issue 7″ .. frankly I feel like you can see it on her body the last year or so.
By Anon on Jun 21, 2007 | Reply
I think she looks cute, and I love her jewellry. I can’t believe that plate of pasta is more than someone eats in 2 days though! That’s pretty sad.
By Persephone on Jun 21, 2007 | Reply
I am not crazy about mussels so the pasta dish doesn’t appeal to me.
As for her eating pasta, who cares?
By anda on Jun 21, 2007 | Reply
i admire her for the way she looks after having three children..she has a wonderful body..but i have never liked her face…i mean not without make-up..
By lambman on Jun 21, 2007 | Reply
I adore Hiedi
Joelle - I agree with you about the hair…She’s been bleaching it for a few years, but she looks much more attractive with her natural light brown color
By An on Jun 21, 2007 | Reply
I don’t like her new bangs- they hide her face and make her look fake.
By Muffy on Jun 21, 2007 | Reply
I agree. I like her with brown hair better, which is usually not the case, but with her, yes, brown hair.
By weeee on Jun 21, 2007 | Reply
I wonder what kind of witchcraft she uses.
I’ve heard of good genes, but she’s ridiculous!
By jennac on Jun 21, 2007 | Reply
how is this such an enigma? it’s simple–this is probably the most she eats all day. if you don’t eat much else, then a 500 calorie dessert won’t make you gain weight. you could still lose if your calories were low enough.
and obviously she doesn’t eat the whole thing of pasta.
no offense but the girls who are complaining probably eat a lot more than they claim to. this isn’t magic.
another thing to remember is, she’s a supermodel so she’s much taller than the rest of us. bigger people can afford to eat more calories.
By SuperModelSuzie on Jun 21, 2007 | Reply
WOAH…check out the rock on her finger! Is that a canary diamond??? How can she eat pasta and still look that great? Does she only eat half the portion or something?
By ItsyBitsySpider on Jun 21, 2007 | Reply
What is up with this “how can she eat pasta and be thin” frenzy? Shocking news: thin people eat carbs, too, like sweets and pizza and bread and the whole yummy package. But with MODERATION. Why are you people surprised?
By sharon on Jun 21, 2007 | Reply
Yeh i don’t get the “how can she be thin when eating pasta” fasination?. By eating ONE plate of pasta you arent gonna gain 20 pounds but if you eat 20 plates in a row then you probably will. Its the same with other food like bread and donuts etc ,eating one slice or portion is okey just don’t over do it. Like ItsyBitsySpider said its all about moderation!!!
By lacey on Jun 21, 2007 | Reply
She’s eating Spaghetti Vongole, it only has clams in it.
By maya on Jun 21, 2007 | Reply
taller people dont eat more than short people!!
i’m 170 cm and i eat like someone is paying me to model or something. and yeah im thin but i watch everything i eat. i dont eat bread at all (usually) and no sugar and ….you got the picture
By anonymous on Jun 21, 2007 | Reply
Her hair looks absolutely adorable here.
By Perfectionist Cabaret on Jun 21, 2007 | Reply
I don’t see why all of you guys are talking smack about her hair. She looks gorgeous as a blonde. She looks as though she’s lost weight as well, but she’s definitely not too thin. Looking good, Heidi!
By Sasha on Jun 21, 2007 | Reply
I feel sorry for people that won’t allow themselves to eat carbs. Your body depends on complex sugars, so it’s really not conducive to being healthy. You need everything: protein, carbs, and fats.

Self indulgence is sexy. There is nothing that irritates me more than a woman who picks at her food and orders tasteless garbage. Being a college student, money is tight and I once took out this girl who only ate about 1/6th of a $50.00 meal and than she told me she would wake up at 5:00 AM the next to run it off at the track. Obviously, I never saw her again. Women like that are usually an overly self conscious, uptight, neurotic mess and are not in the least bit attractive.

I love the cut of her bangs and her hairstyle overall. I don’t know what people are talking about who say she looks like shit, she looks beautiful as always to me. I’ve even seen her pics with no makeup, no matter what she does she can’t look ugly.
By Kay on Jun 21, 2007 | Reply
She could definitely be consuming that number of calories a day. I am her height & slim, exercise 5 days a week and can eat 2400+ calories without gaining. Food=good, it is your friend, embrace it!
By JessieGirl on Jun 21, 2007 | Reply
EWWW!!!
Look at that pic one more time and stare beneath her eyes…..doesn’t that look like that woman’s had absolutely no sleep????? I mean, it’s all dark like she’s goth or something (no offense to any goths who are on this site) but it looks like she decided to punch herself in the face!!!! AND 1.) Yes, I sorta like her as a blonde but I think she’s georgeous as a brunnette
2.) She really does seem wiked skinny for a woman with children but hey, isn’t that what she’s paid for? And besides- I hear she has a disorder with eating since she’s a model and that now she’s really having a breakthrough with pasta and other carbs!
3.) Yes. Her face does look a little shitty for a celeb, but it’s just that some people (mainly celebs) just don’t look good without make-up (take my sister for example :p )

Why is it that people have think you cannot be attractive if you eat? Food is good!! Energy, vitality, fuel, keeps people alive. So why does everybody associate food with bad, evil, toxic. And I’ve there’s a bit too much of “How can she EAT and look so good.” Ummm… genetics, height, physical activity, etc…
By Natalie on Jun 22, 2007 | Reply
Give the poor girl a break. Good for her for eating a huge plate of carbs!
By hope on Jun 22, 2007 | Reply
Maya - I think she meant that taller people CAN eat more than shorter people because they burn more calories throughout the day. Obviously many short people actually do eat more than taller people.
And, Heidi looks great, I’m sure she didn’t eat that whole plate in one sitting though, or if she did, she probably didn’t eat much else that day.
By glam on Jun 22, 2007 | Reply
she looks good. as usual. she must work so hard for her body if shes eating pasta haha.
By ItsyBitsySpider on Jun 22, 2007 | Reply
What are you people talking about when you say that “it is probably all she eats for the day”???
A plate of pasta can not be more than 800 calories, especially since it is with seafood and not with cheese or sausages. Heidi probably needs to eat around 2000 calories per day (considering her height, weight and age) in order to maintain her current weight. And she could have a nice breakfast and a light dinner with the other 1200 calories. If she only eats 800 calories, it is called starvation.
Some of you must be really weight-obsessed and it is not healthy. You should loosen up!
By Rian on Jun 22, 2007 | Reply
Sasha, I don’t know if I agree that our bodies necessarily need complex sugars to run correctly. People who cut grain and sugar carbs out of their diets tend to shed their extra weight quite quickly and feel absolutely amazing in the process. There are thousands of people who have cut all carbs from their diets (except for veggies and fruits), and manage to live long, healthy lives at healthy weights and have regular blood pressure, blood sugar, etc.
By Claudia on Jun 22, 2007 | Reply
I hat the fact that so many of you have been brainwashed into thinking that carbohydrate is bad.
It isn’t and your body needs it. You should always have the brown rather than the white version but it won’t do you any harm and it won’t make you fat.
By Miss M on Jun 22, 2007 | Reply
It looks like Spaghetti Vongole or frutti di mare… nice! I love pasta and I eat it quite often and no, I am not fat either. What is it with you girls? What kind of life do you live where you pine because you can’t eat pasta because you might gain a gram or two!
You can eat what you want as long as you do exercise and don’t overdo it with alcohol (lots of empty calories).
As for Heidi Klum, I always said she was overrated. She is the über-German who can do nothing wrong in her eyes. Interviews with her make you think uh, shut up, everything is always perfect and happy and she is of course super duper! I can’t stand that woman.

By JessieGirl on Jun 22, 2007 | Reply
OK, but seriously here! Look under her eyes! EW!
Like I said before, give the girl a break, I hear she has a HORRIFIC DISSORDER with her eating…… and the whole plate of pasta thingy is a good sign in her case, I hear carb-loading gives you more energy and more energy means a better workout.
It sounds like most of you are starving yourself just for looks when if you look in the mirror, you look fine to others but terrible to yourself. I have those issues too, but I remind myself of the poor, starving children around the world (even in America) who’s parents cannot afford feeding their children let alone themselves. It’s THAT that sets me aside from starving myself and pushes me into light dieting and constant workouts- I feel fine. You should too. I mean look around your house and tell me that your computer or your refridgerator was expensive along with all of America’s other luxuries that you can find. Well all that money basically goes to waste when you starve yourselves and your basically putting yourselves in the place of all those unfortunate people, only YOU have a way out- not them. I know it’s not really your faults but I just simply agree with you, im just trying to make you think too. Thanks
By JessieGirl on Jun 22, 2007 | Reply
Vesides, like my sister says whenever she pigs out,
“YOU ONLY LIVE ONCE, MAKE THE MOST OF IT”
If I hurt any of your feelings, I’m sorry, but it’s just kinda true even though you may feel presured or alone or whatever. It’s not nessisarily your faults, but I was just trying to create a picture in your mind. Did you know that because their parents can’t feed them, children around the world get multiple diseases and die. Plus, the United Nations estimate that around 3,400 people die a DAY because of their lack of food. And here us girls are complaining about our own wheight when there are people who seriously SHOULD complain but you never hear from them? I think it’s a little funny
By troublegirl843 on Jun 22, 2007 | Reply
Carbs are the perfect binge food. Yea - she’s eating it now (in large bites I might add) but she’s just gonna purge it anyway…. That my friends is how you eat like that and then look like that all at the same time….
(Btw.. b/p will give you the dark circles under your eyes)
See the guilt on her face!!
By emmie on Jun 22, 2007 | Reply
troublegirl843 — usually I am good at recognizing satire/snarkiness. But in your case I’m not so sure? You are joking, yes? If not . . .how sad . . .Someone else mentioned the circles under her eyes too. I don’t know, I am going to take a wild guess here and say perhaps its because the woman has 3 kids under the age of 4!

Wow! The ignorance about food etc on this post is breathtaking.
By lace on Jun 22, 2007 | Reply
im feeeling slightly angered at some of the sarcastic arrogant comments as to the one i left stating i probs eat less then that in two days!
Simply because you people do not know what is going on in anyones personal lifes, or what has gone on…i currently have n ed which im working on but seeing gorgeous celebs like heidi tucking into pasta makes me wanna eat because its obv doing her good.
however its not vanity that some people dont eat they have other shit to…so think b4 u type

she one of the few celebs who is comfortable with only wearing makeup when she has to. she looks average. but probly all of those hollywooders do, completely makeupless. she seems healthy.

Yeah - let’s ask for a post about stars without makeup!
By Anna on Jun 26, 2007 | Reply
dark circles can come from many sources, you guys, she has how many kids?? shes also a supermodel, so i’d say her time is pretty limited, hell, i have no kids and i’m not a supermodel but i work 2 jobs and only get about 4-5 hours of sleep a night and my circles are always pretty dark. come off it, just because someone has a decent figure and has circles under their eyes doesn’t mean they have an eating disorder!!!
