July 16th, 2007 by Rian | Filed under Britney Spears.I think we can all agree that Britney just doesn’t look half as good as she used to. Something appears to be wrong with her face these days, for one thing. She is often wearing strange expressions. Her hair and face both look oily and unwashed.
However, her weight seems to be hovering around the same number as it has for the past several months - give or take 10 pounds.
Her tummy looks halfway decent. Well, it’s toned… That’s something, right?

For someone who has 2 kids and has been through the absolute hell she has been shes not looking half bad. I feel so sorry for brit. Her problem was that she got caught up in all the bullshit of hollywood. Just lay off her she doesnt need shit from the public.
I don’t get it…One day she looks about 145lbs and bloated (I saw some pictures of her visiting her Mom on the set of her sisters show), and a few days later she slimmer again and looks a bit toned…up - down, up-down, but all within days…and to me that signals something is not mentaly right with her. Who knows she may go days without eating…..like days without washing her hair or showering…
her face totally changed, how does that happen?
From pregnancy hormones? drinking? bad eating habits? being unhappy?

That’s what bulimia and depression do to you. I look just as miserable after a day of bingeing and purging. I don’t see why no one seemed to believe that she’s been practicing bulimic behaviour for years when it leaked during her rehab. She really looks like it.

I agree with lambman. I never thought she was attractive and it was always obvious to me that she worked way too hard to achieve the body she had. Candids of her, especially when she was not touring always looked bad.
I remember when she married K-Fed and my husband insisted this was the beginning of the end for her. When she got pregnant, all he would say is that she ruined herself. I actually DEFENDED Britney and said there are lots of entertainer mothers who easily retained their careers after starting families and that he was acting like a pig.

I’ve suffered with depression to the point where I was suicidal, and I looked like hell too. So I guess I’ll cut the girl a break. What I dont get is how she’s out and about and semmingly flaunting herself to be ridiculed at this time. She needs time out to sort herself out. When I had depression, I never left the house. I couldn’t be bothered to shower, put on make up or dress well but at least I stayed home!

It looks like she’s halfway to having the Tara Reid hanging stomach. I’m rooting for a good makeover, and some career success; and I have some advice to help. She needs more sleep (to look less washed out) and a good skin regimen (or less of the drinking heavily and not washing off her make-up at night habit). Another piece of advice, hire a new stylist and actually listen to her! Her last one quit, because she didn’t want to be embarrased.

I dont understand.. a couple months ago when she was rehearsing at Millenium Dance Studios or whatever her stomach looked great! Abs and everything.. I actually was jealous. But then you saw her going to all these fast food joints and stuff and she easily gained the weight back on. I agree with all the people who said she’s prolly too depressed and unhappy to care what she looks like now. But seriously she needs to move AWAY from hollywood for a while. There are so many other places in the US she could move to that NEVER have paparazzi around where she could just go to take a break and reinvent her self.
