Relax… 5′10″ and 130 pounds gives her a much higher BMI than many celebrities we think of as perfect… she just happens to have a different frame.

In the last photo, it appears as if she has a semi-sorta-man-type teratoma with a gangly arm growing out of her back.
at least she’s covered up…. I wonder how long before she ends up back in rehab.
What a hot mess she is! She was very nearly pretty once about ten years ago for a minute and a half — she’s gone too far with the dieting, though. She needs ten or twenty pounds desperately.

I feel sorry for this woman. She doesn’t know what to do with herself. She’s obviously got an addictive personality, because if she’s not on drugs, she’s eating a ton and gaining weight. If she’s not doing that, she’s starving herself and getting surgery. She looks a mess and needs professional help.

I think she looks very unhealthy and seems to be not aware of it…or maybe she thinks that she looks good and likes to show off her skinnyness…that’s a mistake I also make sometimes; it’s not because you’re loosing wheight, that you become more pretty automatically, you only get more skinny

I don´t get that. Her arms are definitly not thinner than Jessica Alba´s , but she is not called “scary-skinny”. But Courtneys face looks creapy, she should get some sleep
schuk, she has a much bigger frame than jessica alba. Her bones alone could be as big as alba’s entire arm. Proportionately, I think she is thinner.

Court said she wants to stay a size 4 since losing weight. I’m slightly taller than her about the same frame size. Size 4 is too small for her. She should be a six if she wants to stay proportional but slim.
I think she’s not meant to be this light. She looks so knobby, it’s weird. Hrmmm yeah, that just looks icky.

What I have noticed consistently from all her skinny pics is that she does not seem happy. I mean, look at her. She just seems empty, like she has lost her soul. Her look is now mournful and I wonder if it’s cus her brain is missing the sweet joys of real sugar and carbs.

I don’t mind the thinness, however she looks as high as a kite. She’s certainly not healthy. Her arms do appear to have some muscle but it doesn’t really matter if you’re only getting skinny from doing drugs. Poor Courtney, I hope she’ll eventually get some help.
