She may have gained a little weight back recently, but I think she looks totally gorgeous and healthy.
She’s glowing!
I wouldn’t want to be that size, but at least she has muscle tone and doesn’t look dumpy like America Ferrara or Jennifer Hudson. And is it just me or do they do some sort of computer trick with her music videos…she usually looks about 15 lbs. thinner in them than she does in candids.
love the hair, makeup and overall glow. the dress color is nice but maybe not the big bow. she looks radiant.

If by “dumpy” you mean soft and feminine, or the way real women look than yes Beyonce, America and Miss Hudson look “dumpy”. The only things women such as they do are prove the unquestioned superiority and beauty of “fat” women over those disgusting lollipop heads like Paris, Nicole, and nasty cadavers like Madonna and the Desperate Housewives.

Ugh. I’m Beyonced out. In the past four years she hasn’t changed her looks, music, or style at all. Rihanna, the new girl, changes her self & her music at a pace Beyonce can’t keep up with. Look at these pics–they’re boring as hell. Whatever edge this girl once had has dulled overtime. She’s a caricature of herself.
And America Ferrera is not dumpy. She’s fresh-faced & pretty.
^It’s my opinion, and I’m sticking to it. =) I love her and her character on Ugly Betty, I just don’t find her body attractive. I think she only appeals to women because she looks “real”…all the men I know think she’s plain and dumpy as well.
Beyonce looks beautiful, her face looks so fresh. Her body is womanly and perfect.
America Ferrera is beautiful in a different way, she may not have the “perfect” body but she has a lovley face, especially when she is done up.
I hate Beyonce. I hate her body, her personality, her fug face, and everything about her. She has a terrible shape. All of her weight goes straight to her hips, thighs, and ass. I agree with bec, Beyonce has been played out. Beyonce has no talent! Rihanna is 1,000,000 times better! BTW, I love America Ferrera! She is a beautiful, down to earth Puerto Rican girl! She is so not dumpy! She’s real. Unlike the fake, superficial, diva Beyonce.

Beyonce looks so incredibly fake to me. I saw her once on Punk’d and she flipped until she knew the camera was on her, and then she got that stupid glued-on smile back.
She may be bigger than some, but she can work it! To her credit, she pulls off her weight better than a lot of the size 0 bobble heads do.
I like Beyonce better when she’s curvier–she was too skinny in her role in Goldmember. Some women can pull off the curvy look and not look “fat,” and Beyonce is one of those fortunate women!
At any weight, Beyonce is one of those lucky women who always looks gorgeous due to her hour glass shape. Lucky! The fact that she has a very pretty face and fab hair probably doesn’t hurt either.

The dress with the pocket in the front is just not doing it for her. I really hate it. I would never like to be that thick, although I like Beyonce.
I think that Beyonce is gorgeous and has a much better phyisique than Kiera knightley, BeautyQueen. Be happy and thankful you look like that. She is fabulous and although I have nothing against Rhianna, Beyonce is better looking and more talented.
P.S. Guys don’t usually go for the stick skinny girls. Most have told me they don’t want to hug a skeleton. (and by the way, I get a lot more attention as a 6 than I did as a 2).

i have to agree with some of you here, i’m also sick and tired of beyonce. i thought she looked wonderful in “dreamgirls”, but then she made a huge deal out of getting her ‘curvy’ figure back by eating a ton of sweets. she has a fabulously pretty face, but her body is beyond curvy, i would actually call it tubby.

No, it’s NOT her real hair. Hers is should length. I don’t think she needs all that make-up and hair though. She’s naturally beautiful.
Those tights are hideous… I think I wore ones like that for a dance recital in 1996 when I was 11 years old… and is there a run in the back leg in the first picture? Anyway, I like her shape, I just think her legs are too big.
oh, beyonce… she has a gorgeous face and, most of the time, a nice figure, but she is so goddamn boring. was just watching the ‘green light’ video the other day and thinking: ’shes looks awsome and is presented as a sex goddess, but when she opens her mouth and all these well-measured, mediocre, uninteresting sentences come out every single time, all the sex appeal vanishes.’ give me a star with attitude, personality, sexuality and a bit of crazy edge over the well-brought-up-good-work-ethics-reliable beyonce any day. never heard or read her say one single sentence that would have been interesting, witty or funny.

Beyonce has a pretty face, but so do a lot of other women. She has a nice figure (again a lot of other women do, too). She isn’t the most beautiful, the most talented thing to ever appear on Earth like she makes herself out to be. I seriously can’t stand her personality. I can’t wait for her to go far away.
BeYAWNce is nothing special. Her looks are at best, mediocre. She has huge legs and a huge butt, her face is not pretty and her hair is FAKE people. I can’t stand her voice.. she’s always screetching and yelling. I would rather puncture my eardrums than listen to her sing.

probably a bit late on the america ferarra comments about her being dumpy, but i just want to say that on ugly Betty, her character is SUPPOSED to look dumpy. They dress her badly to achieve that effect. Yes her figure can look dumpy if dressed wrongly, but doesnt everyones figure look bad dressed wrongly? Anything america wears outside of the show really flatters her figure and she looks wonderful to me.
And I LOVE this colour on beyonce. And rihanna cant sing for goodness sake, she hurts my ears. Beyonce is at least tuneful…

Ha- Pink Cashmere, I was thinking the same thing when I saw these pictures. Still, as much as I am not a fan of this dress, it actually looks BETTER than most of the crap her mother comes up with.
I am shocked by some of the comments on here to be honest with you. I never thought Beyonce would be called “mediocre” in looks and talent. I mean, her face is flawless and I have rarely seen a female artist that sounds as good as she does live. Now her lyrics may leave something to be desired, and I wouldn’t exactly buy her albums, but the girl CAN sing.
As for her weight, she looks the same as always and I think it suits her. She will never be a stick and it’s refreshing to see a woman who embraces her “curves”.

Poor Girl - She is so thick and wide and that’s her NATURAL body type!!! My hubby thinks she’s the sh*t. I don’t see it. Not body wise. She does have a pretty face though.
The weight she puts on works on her. And she has to be one of the hardest working people in Hollywood. Just the night before this “Diamonds” promotion, she was in Canada promoting her mother’s clothing line. Some people say she “whores” herself out, but personally, I think it’s better than partying every night and going in and out of rehab.
She embraces her curves and that kind of confidence is very attractive. I believe most guys actually prefer Beyonce’s body type than say…the Olsens.

It does look like she’s gained a few pounds, and it would be best if she dropped them quickly. Her tummy is sticking out, and you can bet that she’s trying to suck it in for all that it’s worth, and it’s not working. Her arms are also getting puffy and will lose their definition if she gains any more weight. This is not a body type that I like, but if she puffs out, she will lose her “look” in general.

when she lost all that weight for dreamgirls i think she was cuter because everyone is cuter skinner. but that was unhealthy and quick weight loss and now she’s back to her normal healthy size!!!

i hate very much beyonce’s music, fashion taste and overall artificial look, but I can’t deny that she knows how to sing. Yes, she gained weight compared to dreamgirls, but you can still see her waist and her arms aren’t flabby, she carries well the extra weight. The pantyhose has to go! Funny, she is one of those people whose I can’t even imagine uber skinny.

So, maxx05, you advocate crash dieting? looksing weight ‘very quickly’ is terrible fo anyones health. just as gaining weight quickly is. Put those in succession and you have a recipe for heart problems.
Its better for someone who has a tendency to be bigger to STAY bigger, as they would even with a good diet and excercise.
personally I think beyonce has a bombshell figure. and its definately natural for her to be like this, and very refreshing that a young famous girl can be ‘bigger’ and still be considered attractive, which is as it should be. I’ll say it again, different body types happen. people make the best of what they have, and to try and break outside of their genes is very detrimental to their health.
I understand that some people prefer one figure type over another, but to say someone should conform to your preferences is idiocy.

I think that Beyonce is beautiful! Yeah, she may be a little bottom heavy but she is hardly overweight and appears to be in great shape. She has always been bigger on the bottom…some people are just built like that and will always be built like that!

Plenty of women are more attractive than her, but with Beyonce you get the tired old excuse oh’ she’s just curvy, she isn’t curvy she is bottom heavy. Just like Jennifer Lopez wasn’t curvy just a skinny girl with a big butt. To me, having curves means having a softly hour glass figure, boobs in proportion to hips.

No way is Beyonce a 4 or an 8. She is definitely a size 12. She has said that her normal size is a 12 and when she fasted on that maple syrup diet for Dream Girls she was able to lose down to a size 8, which is what she is in that movie.
She is smaller on the top, but there is no way her bottom half would fit into anything smaller than a 12 or maybe a large 10 (and even that is pushing it).
What is funny is that the women herethat don’t like this body type should realise this is what most men go for…..small waist, big hips…very feminine and a truly curvy figure. I get the impression that there are some very young girls on this site who can’t bear the thought of growing hips….well this is what happens when you become a woman if you didn’t know already.
As for size, I think she is probably a UK size 10 on top and a UK size 12 on the bottom…..that is a US size 6 and 8 respectively.

I think she looks fabulous - she’s a beautiful girl who looks beautiful in her own skin and body (the most important thing).

Everyone goes on about how ‘wide’ she is, but she’s really not… LoL. Yes, the girl does have some hips on her, but it’s accentuated in photos. She has a beautiful body and face and is VERY talented.
