Vince Vaughn Goes Bicycle Riding
You may remember that I recently reported that Vince Vaughn was looking rather out of shape these days.
Well, it seems he is doing something about it. Vince was spotted in Marina Del Ray on a bicycle several days ago.
Bicycle riding is a great exercise - really good for the heart and muscles. As always, it’s great to see celebrities doing something healthy. I personally find celebrity workout photos very motivating.

It is nice to see celebrities working out. It’s good to see celebs who are fit working out- so you know they DO have to workout to look that good, but it’s also nice to see celebs (like Vince Vaughn) who aren’t in the best of shape and trying to do something about it. Celeb or not, it’s a constant battle.

Good for him, he needs to clean up a bit if he’s going to have a career beyond the next 2 years.
I’ve heard rumors that he is actually gay, ppl say that’s why he drinks so much because he’s stuck in the closet…not sure if I find that likely or not. But the dating of Anniston certainly supports that as their ‘relationship’ was clearly a studio fabrication to promote “The Break Up” they were “secretly dating” during filming, went public the week before the premeir and then broke up the week of the DVD release
