It’s a little hard to tell in these photos, but it looks like she hasn’t gained too much with the pregnancy. Her face and arms seem only slightly bigger than before.

oh give over people, she’s in the late stages of pregnancy, and she’s short and curvy to begin with. Of COURSE she’s not going to look tall, willowy and with a bowling ball shoved up her top like most people seem to think heavily pregnant women should look.
need I remind you that pregnancy dieting of any kind, restricting calores, carbs, fat to anything less than the RDA is pretty much abusing the foetus.
The hair is her natural hair, and i’ll be damned if I would ever style my hair every single day of my life just to keep in fashion. why expect her to? she isnt even working right now.

You’re right, who the heck looks like a model with a basketball belly….only the models LOL. I’m 5 days overdue and I don’t look like Salma (better I think) but I’m also not as short. Face it, any extra weight on a short, curvy woman will make her look big. But, she is a beautiful pregnant woman who I hope is having a great pregnancy and a healthy delivery ahead. Keep it in perspective people

I have a similar body type…height and build… to Salma and I was at least this big in the last couple of weeks of my pregnancy. It was pure hell. We short, curvy women suffer for our babies
