She obviously has no qualms about showing her pregnant figure off in a bikini… and yes, now even I believe she is really preggars.
The good thing is that she is no longer super-thin over the rest of her body - arms and legs, etc. She looks now to be gaining a little bit of weight with the pregnancy, which is a good thing!

This is what a normal thin person should look like. Not a 6 month pregant lady. Nicole Richie is still very thin to be pregnant. Her midsection seems to have gained weight but her arms and legs are sticks!

Nicole looks adorable, and I’m very glad that she appears to be comfortable enough with being preggers to wear a bikini. As a pregnant woman, she looks very cute. People, if that was a gut and not a baby that would be revolting, not cute.

Im glad that she gained the weight necessary to give birth maybe she will stay true to her words and continue living a healthy life.

she looks great, and we can all she has gained some weight which is so good for her and baby, and look at those boobs, they look great, if only they would last forever.
i wish i look like that when i was pregnant with my kids, i eat so much and so gained so much weight, it took forever to come off, i promise myself if i ever have another baby i wouldnt over indulge the way i did with my 2 pregnancies.
give the girl a break, she eating, maybe not as much as most expecting mother do, but as least she eating enough to gain weight.

WOW. These pics completely took me by surprise! I heard ages ago that she was pregnant but somehow it didn’t quite sink in / seem possible, given that she was so underweight, but now…. WOW, she looks so healthy. I reckon that becoming pregnant is the one thing that can make girls who struggle with weight loss get a whole fresh new perspective on things and find a reason to get healthy and listen to their bodies. Suddenly life becomes about the baby rather than about themselves. I have a lot of respect for her!

She looks great, she has gained a decent amount of weight and seem to be doin’ fine. She has always had super skinny legs even when she was fat. Just look at the Simple Life seas. 1 her and Parisite’s legs were the same size. So any way I just hope she and the baby are healthy.

If Nicole wasn’t pregnant that body would no longer be considered slim. That is not an average slim body unless you ARE PREGNANT. For a regular woman that is nor pregnant that would be terribly out of shape and fat. That would not be attractive or shapely or “womanly” - GAG ME! It would just be revolting and in need of exercise. Spare me the excuses of how women are supposed to “embrace their curves” save it for Dove commercials. Those commercials were made to make $, not to really help women.
That is average slim for a woman that is Nicole’s size and is PREGNANT. That would not be a slim or average slim size for a woman that is not pregnant. That is not skinnier than an average slim woman unless you are somewhere in Texas or some crazily overweight part of the united states. That is not slim, period. UNLESS YOU ARE PREGNANT THAT IS NOT SLIM. This “curves are the only way to be womanly” cr*p is making me ill. Go buy some Dove products. They made a ton on that campaign, laughing their asses all the way to the bank.

Maybe she’s not that skinny anymore but she still looks THIN FOR A PREGNANT WOMAN (minus the belly). If you took the belly away she’d look smaller than average. I’m actually surprised she’s still wearing a bikini while pregnant. You don’t usually see that, and I don’t think I would do that.

Curves do make a woman, womenly…its what seperates the female body from that of a male body and it is what makes the female body all that much more desirable. Why is it weird to see a pregnant woman in a bikini? I wore them with both my pregnancies. They look cute (assuming one has the shape for a 2 piece to begin with). For me, just the thought of something tight over my belly totally grossed me out…especially after my belly button popped. Even fitted t shirts felt super annoying…I can’t imagine a 1 piece or a maternity suit. Ew.
Yay Nicole you look great. She looks just like she should at this stage of her pregnancy. You aren’t supposed to get big until the very end when the BABY is big. I only gained 25 lbs w/both pregs and both my kids were 9 lbs I mean there is nothing you can do your body is really on auto pilot for 9 1/2 months but she is doing it the right way…whay is everyone wanting her to get fat? That wouldn’t be healthy for her to pack on needless weight…prob wouldn’t matter to the baby…it’s just really bizarre.
Sorry to double post but does anyone look at these pics of Nicole’s face and see the Nicole from the 1st season of the Simple Life or is it just me? When she was soooooo skinny for so long she really took on a different persona…she looks like her old self with a little of the baby weight on.

Woah, finally I think now I can beleive that she is pregnant and not strapping a pretend belly on under her floaty dresses. She looks fab though and although ‘yes’ her wrists and lower legs are still skinny - from experience of being as thin as nicole used to be, my wrists and lower legs were the last places in my body to put weight on too!! I really hope that nicole doesnt go back to being bony like before though - she looks great with boobs and a little bit of weight on her.
She seems happy anyway and joel seems a great partner and is sure to be a great dad - unlike that awful DJ AM who seemed to be such a bad influence on her!!

she looks great. My sister-in-law, had bones sticking out in her pregnancies, and ended up having 4 late miscarriages due to lack of nourishment (so diet obsessed!). So I don’t think she is too thin at all.Its good to see that she has put the health of the baby first, before her eating disorder. (unlike my selfish sister-in-law).

I think she looks a slim pregnant woman (but healthy). Her arms and legs are slim but healthy and her belly is huge (obviously because there is a baby in there) She dosen’t seem to have much fat on her but everyone’s bodies react differently to pregnancy. Some put on a lot of fat whilst others don’t - but I don’t think we should critize them either way.

some women actually get thinner after giving birth than they were before they were pregnant. Many keep 10 or more pounds whether they want to or not.
From what i have seen, pregnancy is a pretty good antidote to eating disorders—-maybe the experience of gaining weight brings them into a different world where food becomes an ally rather than an enemy. I doubt if Nicole becomes plump—but I would bet the 85-90 pound days are over, and she will settle in at 105-115 after the birth.

Nicole looks exactly like a petite pregnant women is supposed to at five or six months. I am pregnant; almost as far along as her and a little smaller. Also, what’s with everybody’s comments on changing bump sizes? That’s normal, depending on what you’re wearing and the time of day, believe it or not. Lay off the preggos!

It has been confirmed by doctors that even if a girl gets pregnant, it doesnt mean she can pig out on junk food and gain tons of weight. The most she can gain is 15lbs. Keep that in mind, ladies.
