I don’t really think she lost or gained any weight, this outfit just highlights how thin she has always been. Her face looks radiant and beautiful though.

Stunning? She used to be stunning, but now she looks greasy and weird looking. I wish she would do something with her hair… and maybe cover that forehead while she is at it.

She does need to do something better with her hair, and needs to grow in her eyebrows. She’s an absolutely stunningly gorgeous girl when she tends to herself. I think she has lost some weight, but that’s not surprising, I’m sure she’ll be in therapy for years, I think anorexia is one of those things that takes a very long time to recover from once you’ve had it. She’ll probably have some ups and downs like Mary Kate Olsen. Hopefully they’ll survive. Be well, Kate!
These pics are terrible! And I honestly can not tell if she has lost weight or not. The clothes she has on are too baggy, and not at all flattering to her shape.

Just because a woman has small boobs doesn’t mean that men who are attracted to them are child molesters. Some women just didn’t grow big boobs and refuse to pay to get bigger ones, that doesn’t mean that we aren’t attractive, too. I don’t see what the fascination with big bags of fat is anyway.
P.s. I hate Kate’s shirt, too. Not flattering. She still looks pretty, tho.
yeah to what mosquito said. a small chest can be super sexy and a lot of guys like it. remember what breasts are - they are bags of fat just like MB said. i don’t really see what is so sexy about carrying around big sacks of fat and milk (or silicone!) on your chest.
Yes, I thought the same thing when I saw her in a different photo. I hope not…she was just starting to look healthy. Maybe her boyfriend broke up with her? Her weight seemed to plummet towards the end of her relationship with Orlando Bloom.

I didn’t mean that we need to starve our boobs away like the supermodels(are forced to do). I’m just saying that some people NATURALLY have small boobs and don’t feel the need to change them(to be bigger or smaller) to make other people happy, and they shouldn’t have to.
Also, that if someone finds smaller boobs attractive, people shouldn’t make fun of them for that. It doesn’t mean he/she is a child molester, it means he/she has their own idea of what beauty is and it doesn’t include huge knockers. To each his own.

maybe shes bulimic now or something cause her face looks all puffy and i dont think she looks very well. Her eyes are small and look swollen which happens when you you throw up alot.

Slim, but hardly relapse territory. So what if she doesn’t have DDs? Not everyone derives their self-worth from their cup size! I would be a bit depressed if I had to, that’s for sure.
Kate would actually look pretty good if it were not for that unfortunate hair. Perhaps she wears it like that to make it look thicker? I wouldn’t be surprised if she lost some of it when she lost all that weight, and it takes a while to get back to being thick + healthy.

She was soooo much prettier when she was in that surfing movie. She was certainly heavier but it was all muscle.
On the boob issue–I have big ones and wish they were much, much smaller. They make me look fatter and I always have to get shirts bigger because of them. It sucks.
As far as her weight, it looks like she’s lost some, and I can’t tell if she chose this outfit to hide or accentuate that fact. She looks like she’s swimming in these clothes, the way they hang on her tiny frame, but maybe she thought they’d add size to her, and on the other hand, if she’d worn something that gave her some cleavage and hugged her in the right places, she might have looked healthier. It’s hard to tell if she’s lost weight and what she intended to convey with this clothing style, but to me, she looks very fragile and sickly. Her hair doesn’t help at all. She’s really got too big a head/face to be so skinny. Some people can wear it well, but like Angelina, Kate doesn’t. She needs 15-20 pounds of muscle.
