She looked completely skeletal - pretty much emaciated - with sunken cheeks and bones everywhere.
Yikes! You can see almost every bone in her back. I wonder what made her drop to such a low weight? Whatever it is, this is certainly not normal weight loss.
I’m sure we will be reading about her ED in a tabloid soon enough…

Her daughter suffers from a nerve disorder requiring surgery. She had left nip/tuck last year to be with her daughter. Her family lived in the uk while she was in the us with the show. I think she went back to nip/tuck and maybe all of the back and forth,daughter and show have taken it’s toll on her. She is so pretty and I feel sad for her that she has let herself go like this. I hope she gets help .
Argggghhh, so tired of celebs flaunting their EDs for publicity. I know a lot of people will be mad at me and say ‘EDs are a disease, blah, blah’. I agree with that, but this idiot is DEFINATELY trying to milk the publicity thing. Silly witch.

If you were sick, and thought you looked ill (as some readers have suggested she has a daughter with a nerve illness) you would cover up - there are ways to look dressy when you have a dress with more coverage…

See the way she is sucking her cheeks. She’s doing it on purpose to get the extra thin look. JLo os famous for doing this kinda trick. Very true to the girl who said that if she didnt wanted attention for this she would have choose a different kind of dress.

I know she left nip/tuck for a while to take care of her child because the child was very sick. Perhaps it has something do do with that. Stress depression can also be reasons for losing weight don’t jump to the ed conclusion right away

Joely Richardson ( I MUST TOTALLY AGREE ) looks like she is walking on a very, very “fine line” of skeletal !!! She looks like (just) a taller version of Allegra Versace who weighs a bit under 70 pounds. I know that Joely’s (young) daughter has some type of neurological type of disorder …which I am certain MUST be taking a HORRIFIC TOLL on Joely (emotionally, mentally, physically, etc.)…but Joely needs to be healthy in order to just “be with” or “be around” for her daughter. Joely looks like she will “keel over” at any moment ! Joely’s back bones and ribs are so prominently sticking out so, so far! Hope she gets her act together and puts on some weight so that she is able to “just be there” & care for her daughter ! I just wonder how tall she is and what her actual weight is as of the time we are viewing these horribly sick looking pics of Joely !!???! Has anyone heard regarding height/weight factors ??!?? So sad….wish Joely receives the help she herself so direly needs. Joely CERTAINLY cannot be a full time care giver to her little girl. It seems that Joely (herself) needs a “24/7″ aide or helper for herself!

I love the gown, but for someone who looks that brittle and skeletal, it’s a disaster. Like Angelina Jolie, she seems to be showing off how anorexic she is. Unfortunately, like AJ, this look is especially unflattering on her. I see traces of an 80 year old woman in her face. Eeek. Her skin looks soo thin and unhealthy, like it might fall off her body at any moment. If she’s sick, I hope she recovers and gets healthy, but if this is anorexia, it’s a bit late in life to be anything more than a publicity stunt, like everyone else who’s jumping on the stupid-ass bandwagon.

I know at the height of my anorexia I really didn’t even realize I had it. Not eating was like an unconscious way for me to cope with the stress of losing somebody extremely close to me. Looking back at pictures of myself from back then it is shocking to me how nobody around me told me to just snap out of it!
Perhaps all the stress of her daughter’s illness is affecting her in ways she may not be aware, but seeing these pictures may alert her to the fact that she will be no good to her daughter or anyone else if she doesn’t put her own health first.

That’s the dumbest shit I’ve heard all day. There are less painful and just as despicable acts committed to get your name in the news, people are smart enough to not resort to being skeletal, and if you were the type to do something that heinous, you’d have enough self-love to not put yourself through the misery.

this is the first time ive ever commented on this site after months of reading but i wanna defend her.
she doesnt seem like the type to go for the publicity angle. shes from a theatrical family and an accomplished actress, shes got nothing to prove or gain from being photographed like this. Plus, she clearly cares a great deal for her daughter and sacrificed her career to look after her. no good mother would conciously make a decision to lose a drastic amount of weight, effecting her health, just for a bit of publicity. its gonna do her more harm than good.

In “King Ralph” she had a belly pooch…. I first saw that movie post Nip/Tuck and I was shocked at the weight loss she experienced as she aged. It was quite noticeable then and it is certainly noticeable now!

Wow, she´s got the boniest body I´ve seen in a long time. There are a couple of celebs out there that are considered skinny but actually look fantastic (Jessica Alba, Keira Knightley, Eva Longoria,…)but she just looks scrawny and ill.

i am trying to keep weight on, but for thin tall women, who generally eat light anyway, as we age, we lose a lot of muscle and weight. i’m 36 and when i’m a bit too thin i look horrible, so i’m trying to plump up a bit and build muscle. but alls i’m saying, is i could see myself looking like her if i lost weight. big wake up call for me….. hijack over….
