Queen Latifah: 200 Pounds and Loving It!
November 1st, 2007 by Rian | Filed under Tabloid Magazines.
Queen Latifah has a cover story in the current issue of People Magazine. And yes, she does talk quite a bit about her weight in the article… click here to read it.
I have always admired this woman for being so obviously comfortable in her skin, despite her weight. She is 5′10 and weighs “somewhere in the 200’s”. She might be a bit overweight, but her weight hasn’t skyrocketed up and up over the years - she seems to have chosen a range and stuck to it.
Queen Latifah claims to work out and avoid some junk food in order to stay at her current weight.
Her take on her figure?
Q: You rolled your eyes at the word “curvy”. How would you describe yourself?
A: Normal! [laughs] I think I’m normal compared to the statistics. This is a big country nowadays. I would say I’m voluptuous. Statuesque. Definitely curvaceous.
Interesting… what do you all think? Do you agree?

Hey, she’s got a good sense of self-worh. I think she’s beautiful.
good for her for loving herself at any size.
You can tell she’s not supposed to be thin (naturally). I think she looks great the way she is.
She can be really pretty and funny.
I think she is a good role model. However, we are a big country and I don’t think that being “normal” in this country is something to strive for. Because normal is a size 12 or 14 on a 5′4″ or 5′5″ person which is overweight on most, not all, women.
I like her she’s cool
Personally, I don’t think she is like huge. She’s not, she’s just a little on the heavy side. And I mean, she says she works out and eats healthfully so it might be genetic, I don’t know. If she’s fine with herself that’s fine.
She is gorgeous and if that is her weight range, so be it. She works out and doesn’t gorge on junk food. Good for her.
However, we are a big country because of those who don’t care, don’t work out and gorge themselves. That is disgusting and the difference between being a normal range for your body and just being lazy and blaming society for you being fat.
I am happy she has found a happy medium for herself.
I can’t see her ever being skinny…she’d look funny actually. I think she’s gorgeous and has a great personality. That says it all.
I’ve noticed that when a bigger actress talks about being “comfortable” with their higher weight, it’s usually because they are out there looking for acceptance, for someone to tell them that it’s alright…Or she could be saying, “Hey I’m fat, hire me, because I like myself…NOT!”
And on another note, it doesn’t help this country much, when she says that she’s a normal weight according to statistics. The average weight in America is NOT normal, it’s the average out of perentages of weights… It doesn’t mean that it’s ok to be obese, unhealthy, out of shape, etc….
I LOVE Queen Latifah! More power to her, and I think she is GORGEOUS!
Good on her. Yes, she may be a little overweight, but she’s not obese and you can tell she’s naturally big of build. And like you say her weight doesn’t go up and down dramatically.
I wish more people (including me) could be comfortable with themselves and accept that people are made differently.
I admire her, I think she is beautiful.
I LOVE HER ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
She’s not very overweight at 5′10″. I never knew her height before this.
I love her, and I’m glad shes happy, but hopefully she will maybe eat a little healthier, not for looks sake just for healths.
I agree with you SARAH.
What a beautiful woman! Ms. Queen has always been a beautiful woman and I wish her all the best! Doesnt she always seem happy? lol
My first reaction was this;
“Queen Latifah: 200 Pounds and Loving It!”.. Better her than me!!
Then a second thought was how much I love diversity and how boring the world would be if everyone was the same size.
And I will say she is gorgeous and her happiness radiates. Not to mention she seems really down to earth.
she rocks that 200pounds rather well
better than yo-yo dieting
Good for her, but i agree with Sarah. Queen Latifah is probably healthy at this size. That doesn’t mean everyone else is.
what about FAT?? that’s not normal nor healthy at all and if she really didn’t have any problems with her weight then she wouldn’t mind calling or describing herself as a fat person.
I think its great that she loves her life and all, but really, this is not a “normal” size… Or maybe it is in the US but it shouldn’t be normal
Hmm. 5′10″. Is that a ‘Hollywood’ 5′ 10″ or a ‘normal’ 5′ 10″? Whichever it is, 14 stone is too heavy. Full stop.
The Queen happens to be very pretty and holds her weight very well considering that she is overweight. Others with the same proportions might not be as fortunate.
I definitely think she looks rockin’ the way she is. She is one of those women whose presence is so commanding she could be the size of China and still be hot.
Ayla, maybe she doesn’t describe herself as fat because she isn’t. Just because someone has fat on them does not, in fact, make them fat. Also, even if she were fat is not received as a positive word by most, and being that she is so positive that may be why she would not use that word.
She is a beautiful, strong, confident, bigger woman.
She wears that weight well. Not a sloppy fat at all.
It is a little like saying “I ain’t that good at math and English and science, but I feel good about myself, and if I have trouble earning a living—so what.”
There are countries where people are getting better education than in the USA, and their people are not so fat that someone who is 20 pounds overweight looks normal, if not thin. Some of us are affected by this situation; some of us are lucky enough not to be.
I never mistake self acceptance for beauty.
I’ve always loved this woman–her singing and acting. She seems comfortable with herself. I don’t think she is naturally the thin type…that being said, she is obese. She is beautiful, yes, and I’m not saying she should be skinny. But aiming for even the high end of the normal weight range for your frame/height is reasonable. Especially given the recent medical information highlighting the dangers of obesity. Overweight is overweight and using euphamisms to describe that condition is just annoying.
she is talented and beautiful….but would be healthier if she lost some weigh. I think if she tried to be healthier and not skinnier she could still feel great about herself.
This lady rocks!! I’ve always admired her confidence and definitely has the curves!
She’s great. She’s 5′10″ and 200 lbs is okay for someone as tall, and who isn’t fine boned. She has a beautiful face, and she glows.
FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, GET RID OF THE FLASH-IN ADS!!!
I have to admit that I am rather curious about her health. I mean, I wonder if she has high blood pressure, blood sugar problems or anything else? It would be interesting to know…
She can kid herself all she wants, but african americans have a high risk towards diabetes and high blood pressure, even more so at a heavy weight. She’ll probably be one of my patients someday. So sad. Time will catch up with her, thank goodness she has the money to pay for someone to come to her home to do her dialysis for here - she’ll most likely need it….
I meant for her, not here, typo.
right on amma!
Her waist probably isn’t even that big… I kind of get brained washed by the commenters on this website, lots of whom seem to think anybody over like a size four is unhealthy, and then I flip through a magazine doing a weight loss tracking of three women, and by some standars they are really fat, but they still have like 34 inch waists which is still considered healthy. Kind of wierd.
I think Queen Latifah looks healty and I agree that she is not a sloppy fat. Although it probably helps that she is rich.
I love her too!
Yes, she is large — even overweight - but she looks and seems to be happy.
I don’t admire her figure and don’t want to look like her - but I wouldn’t mind having her attitude.
It’s true she carries her weight very well and exudes self-confidence and a happy disposition. Does that mean her organs aren’t covered with an unhealthy layer of fat setting her up for life-threatening preventable illness? Unfortunately not.
thats crazy!
but in some ways its better that shes happy as opposed to others who have a low self-esteem at that weight. but if she’s happy then it may be less likely that she try to get to a normal body weight as well… seems bad either way.
I think Queen Latifa has a really healthy body image that I wish i could mirror! Its hard to look at yourself and love it no matter what size you are.
If she has a son….would he be a prince?
Normal haha. Yer shes normal in America !
And shes not curvy, shes obease.
But i admire how confident and happy she is about her size …
I think she is Tim Jones’ type…
She’s always been about that size so it’s obviously natural and I love that she’s promoting health at any size. As long as she IS really maintaining a healthy diet and getting some excercise, then it’s great.
I’m kinda biased though because I’ve been a huge fan since her first album came out almost 20 years ago.
i am 5′10, and if i weighed 200 pounds, not only would i feel disgusting, but i would also be really unhealthy. 170 pounds is the maximum healthy weight for someone who is 5′10. a new study just came out saying that cancer risk is lowered most if you are in the low range of your healthy weight– i don’t think it’s appropriate to use people magazine to justify america’s obesity problem by giving them role models.
Oh people…chill out. We are not ALL built to be skinny, a size 4 or toned and athletic.
There’s something about her that I like- her attitude, her aura her acceptance. Does she have medical problems due to her weight? She might- she might not. But I respect the fact that she seems genuinely content with her looks. Hell, she’s had a successful career for YEARS, doesn’t succumb to the pressures of Hollywood, and has never gotten a DUI or made a public ass of herself like so many other celebs these days…
While it’s good to maintain your sense of self-worth, I don’t see why some people think it’s good to promote weight “role models” who are, according to medical definitions, well beyond a healthy range. Even if she was exactly 200 and 5′10, she would have a BMI of nearly 29, which is at the very high end of normal overweight and bordering on medical obesity. Come ON… let’s not promote obesity just because it’s “average” to be unhealthy in our country.
hm im torn on this. on one hand, yes she does look big boned and has a healthy body image, but on the other hand i think its so irresponsible to promote “I’m obese by all medical standards but i live in an obese country and i dont have a problem with the way i look so it’s positive thing”. if everyone follows her example by being “okay” with obesity, i cant say that’ll be a good thing. showing people “hey you can be about 50 pounds overweight and pull it off” is the LAST thing we need. you dont have to be a doctor to know that the human body is in NO WAY designed to be carrying around such large amounts of extra weight.. like other people said i dont doubt that she’ll be more prone to diseases and illnesses. i do admire her self confidence but i cant help but think this is the reason so many disgustingly obese young people and perfectly happy with being ridiculously overweight. i get SO annoyed at work or school when im eating a salad and that HUGE girl or guy judges me and tells me to “eat a cheeseburger because my skinny ass needs it”. i am NOT skinny by any means.. i wear a size four, size M, etc.. which SHOULD be average- instead i have to deal with those comments. i cant help but to think “no wonder you look the way you do. if i ate/thought like that i’d look like you too”.
Having a good body image is a wonderful thing if you are at a healthy weight. HOWEVER, people who are overweight or obese should not have a good body image. They should feel bad about their weight because that can serve as motivation to change. I was a very fat kid, with a very athletic older brother who made lots of fun of me. I resented it then, but looking back I’m glad he did it, he saved me a lot of grief later because I decided to make a change.
Queen Latifah is a great person, a talented artist, and a fantastic role model- in a sense of female empowerment, but NOT for health. She is borderline obese, and needs to make a change.
People can claim some are genetically predisposed to be overweight, and it is true that metabolisms differ. However, they do not differ significantly unless there is an underlying medical issue. Plenty of people with low metabolism stay thin, myself included. When I see a fat family, I don’t think “GENETICS”, i think “I bet they all eat the same crappy food and they don’t play sports”. It is beyond me how people can jump to a genetic cause when families so obviously share food and exercise tendencies.
Lastly, I would like to point out that BMI is a horrible predictor of actual health. African American women tend to weigh more at the same size because their bones are denser. This is true, by the way, and also the reason that they suffer from osteoporosis significantly less and don’t make the olympic swim team (they have to swim harder to stay afloat). Also, two examples: a friend of mine is 6 feet tall, former football player, very muscular. He has no visible fat, but according to the BMI charts he is obese. My boyfriend, who is 6′8′ and rather thin is also obese according to these charts. Obviously in Queen Latifah’s case they correctly assess her weight problem, but in general they are worthless.
Oh boy. Thanks for the “tip” Andrea. Cause we had NO idea that BMI isn’t worth much in the scheme of things.
I have met plenty of women in my life who are “overweight” and have minimal (if any) health problems. I have overweight aunts and uncles and guess what? I am pretty sure they will outlive some of my thinner ones (for other reasons). Everyone is different. EVERYONE. Besides that, we have medications these days to help with cholesterol and high blood pressure. Sure, it’s ideal not to have to take these things, but what some of you don’t’ realize is that there actually ARE people out there who eat a “normal” diet and will still never be what YOU consider a “normal” weight.
I like her but I think she’s at least 250 lbs. I’ve weighed almost 200 lbs and I didn’t look as big as her and I’m several inches shorter too.
I think she has a wonderfully positive attitude, and is a talented actress and singer. I do think however that she is definitely overweight and could use to drop some pounds. Obviously she isn’t meant to be a petite flower. She is 5′10″, and larger boned, so she isn’t going to ever be a Giselle, and wouldn’t be a healthy lady if she was. She still should not use empowerment as a disguise for accepting an unhealthy amount of fat.
Yikes, sofia. But yeah I get what you’re saying.
Anyway, andrea, the BMI formula is totally inaccurate. The only way to truly calculate body mass is to do a water displacement test. Bone density and muscle mass play a big role in weight.
I don’t care if being 200lbs is normal now a days in America, it’s not healthy! And it’s sad that people accept being in poor health just because so many others are as well!
Queen Latifah is clinically obese, and the obesity epidemic in our country is costing Americans MILLIONS of extra dollars a year. Also, multiple studies have shown the higher body fat percentage you have, the more likely you are to be diagnosed with cancer and a multitude of other serious health problems. I know many of you will disagree, but how can anyone admire a woman who doesn’t care about herself enough to maintain a healthy weight? The idea that 200+ lbs is her natural weight is laughable. Genetics do influence a person’s weight to some extent, but NO ONE is naturally obese; give me a break.
andrea, you’re comment is a little out of line….why can’t obese people have a positive body image? Everyone’s entitled to love their body, no matter what they weigh. Studies have shown that women who love their bodies when they’re overweight have an easier time losing weight because they aren’t struggling for some unrealistic ideal. I’m not saying it’s a good thing to say “Hey, obesity is okay”, but you have to start out loving your body how it is and work at trying to get it as healthy as you can get it.
As far as Queen Latifah being “normal”, I think that’s a sad state of affairs. If overweight is the new normal, it’s not a good thing. I think a lot of overweight people like to justify it though…the vanity sizes, the whole “big is beautiful” thing, real women have curves, etc. And while women like Queen Latifah (fat but fit) do exist, most women who are overweight are not that fit.
melani,
I wouldn’t have pointed out that BMI is totally inaccurate if people didn’t keep referring to it.
And yeah, I’m sure we all know someone who is very overweight and has no medical problems. But using that as a defense makes you sound like the moron who says “my grandad smoked 2 packs a day his whole life and lived to be 95″ when his doctor tells him to quit smoking. All of medicine is based on generals- “risk factor” doesn’t mean every single person with that trait or tendency gets the disease. I don’t care if she doesn’t have diabetes yet. Carry around a 70 pound backpack for a week straight and tell me you feel good.
My point was, Andrea, that we don’t have access to her medical records and so we have no idea whether she is “healthy” or not. From what she says, she works out and avoids “some junk food”. So I assume she is not sitting on the couch all day stuffing her face with Doritos like a lot of overweight women in the country.
she looks sexy
She is a small woman compared to most Americans!
As for being at a healthy weight… I think this weight is healthy for her. She has never been skinny. This weight suits her body and she´s happy. What´s healthier than that?
overweight it is not healthy not matter what…
If this is what she looks like if shes working out, I don’t even want to imagine what she’d look like if she didn’t!
And to call herself normal is absolutely ludacris. She claims her weight is in the 200’s so who knows where in the 200’s but if she was 200 lbs at 5′10″ her BMI would put her at a dangerously high weight and would classify her as obese. There is no reason she should think this is “normal”. just because half of this country is obese doesn’t make it OK. thats as ridiculous as me justifying my weight at 100 lbs (5′6″) as “normal” because “i’m normal compared to statistics of girls with eating disorders or emaciated models”. I just sound retarded saying that because thats comparing myself to some erroneous statistic that is not based on what healthy living is meant to be.
I have no desire to get into an argument about this, but I feel the need to point one last thing out: people LIE. That’s the first lesson in a patient care class. When you ask an overweight person about their diet and exercise, they almost ALWAYS lie. They’ll say they exercise, they’ll say they don’t eat that much, then they’ll hold out their hand for diet pills.
Maybe they don’t know they are lying, maybe they have no idea what 2000 calories actually is, or they assume that it is normal to eat french fries every day. Maybe they’re ashamed, maybe they’re drug-seeking. There are many reasons. The people on this website take an interest in weight issues and health, so you’re probably right that most people on HERE know about BMI. However, the average public knows painfully little about health and nutrition.
My idea about eating right and staying fit is probably much different from someone who is happy at 200-and-some pounds. But, just because someone says they do something, doesn’t mean they do it. I see people continually accuse the famous of lying about EDs; that goes both ways.
I really, really, really hated medical biochemistry, but I did pick manage to learn a few things, one of them being that calories in/calories out is the rule. If someone eats right and exercises, they’re thin. If they aren’t, they’re delusional about what appropriate nutrition and exercise actually are, or they have a metabolic disorder. If you are truly running 5 miles a day, strength training and eating 1800 calories and you are 70 pounds overweight, go see a doctor.
Queen Latifah is a great role model overall. And I hadn’t heard the term “sloppy fat” before but that’s such a good way to describe why (her lack of sloppy fat) she looks good at her current weight.
She rocks!
Anybody whose first name is “Queen” is a-ok w/me.
Dr. Ding has spoken.
i love her, she looks great. She looks normal to me. It makes her! Shes looks healthy and happy
ALL HAIL THE QUEEN! I’ve been of a fan of hers since day one when she was ripping up mics… before she went Hollywood and started doing Cover Girl commercials. No, she nor People magazine are trying to “promoting obesity” in anwyay… Latifah has always just promoted LOVING YOURSELF… which is something not many women have the strength to do so. She’s NEVER conformed to Hollywood’s standards of beauty and I think it’s because she just has so much more … she’s beyond all that.
I’m sure that as she grows even older, she’ll realize she’ll have to take better care of herself… after all, she has gotten a breast reduction to help alleviate the back pain… and she has to keep diabetes in mind.
Anyway, I love Queen… just had to add my two cents.
what is the point of pointing out that she’s afro- american and has more of a chance of heart attacks miracle mommie? you sound stupid.
Americans are really really fat. Stop deceiving yourselves.
Alyssa - Off subject, but I so agree about the flash in ads!
lola probably microminnie (sorry for the spelling) is a doctor or a nurse. Whats she says about african-americans is totally true: at least black men run a double risk of developing diabetes and heart -related diseases than white men. I am not a medical doctor myself so I cannot comment further and I do not if the same applies for women. There are differences between whites and asians also. It has nothing to do with ‘racism” as you may imply. it is probably very fashionable to bash everybody on these grounds nowadays I guess. I am going to go against the flow here and say that I absolutely despise Queen Latifah. Maybe I cannot understand her notion of humor but I always found her crass, bigoted, racist, obnoxious and man-hating. She is not an image of female empowerment in my humble opinion but a loud, undeucated, opinionated slag. And she exhibits the same hollier than thou image regarding body issues. No it is not alright to be obese ms Latifah-it is not healthy or beautiful or OK. And she should start the treadmill ASAP
Umm… okay.
No, it’s not alright to be hugely overweight, even if it’s “normal” and everyone else is that too. Some to the bigger side, fine, but when you say “I’m normal, because people in this country are mostly overweight”, that’s not being a good rolemodel. It’s telling people that it’s okay to ignore the health risks, because everyone else does so too.
In history rich and beautiful used arsenic to make themselves look good, everyone did that, but we can all tell now that they shouldn’t have used it. Just like we these days know that being way overweight or underweight just isn’t healthy.
But if she really likes herself the way she is now, that’s wonderful! It’s not like we all have to look and weight the same, or live the same way!
I always think that she is cool as the way she is.
She is “FAT”, “NASTY”, “OVERWEIGHT” by my words.
What a dumbass. This is why our country is so fat, we’re told that it’s “okay.” She can love her fat ass all she wants. She’s still overweight and still putting herself at risk for all sorts of problems. I’m sick of fat people defending themselves with being “average”—YES you’re average, because you’re in a country full of unhealthy fatasses just like you.
that is the problem, we refer to her like “funny”.
Yes, everyone says that likes her style and good for her but nobody called her beautiful, because fat people is not beautiful.
By the way she is little more that 200 lbs due to her height.
She’s a real great talent, Miss QL.
I think people around here too often talk about psychological health and physiological health as though they are exactly the same. If a person’s beliefs, values, and habits, etc., seem to decrease their physiological health they are treated as irrational. The situation is a lot more complicated.
Maybe QL would increase her physiological health by dropping some weight. But it does not follow that she would be as happy as she is now. And she seems happy. What’s wrong with that.
I can anticipate that someone making some thoughtless comment to the effect that “she won’t be happy when she has some obesity related disease at 45 and dies at some early age.” Such comments miss the point.
Of course we cannot be happy if we are dead. But there is more to happiness than increasing one’s life span as far as possible. Thinking that suggests otherwise is a reflection of culture in which the dominant notions of happiness are very shallow.
she is one of the best role models in the spotlight today, she inspires girls to be happy and healthy at the right weight for them. i love her!
she maybe be obese but she is loving life and considering we have such a short time with many vaiables that can lead to death other than bad health shouldn’t enjoying the time we have left precide over obsessing over a body if your obese and just dont have the motivation or will to lose the wieght?
*variables
I have never considered her fat. She’s a big woman, but not fat like maybe Kristie Alley. I mean she doesn’t look ugly or roly poly. I dunno.
oink…..why is she relishing and pretending to be happy about being fat?! no woman looks her best when she is drowning in blubber!!!…when I saw this mag cover @ walmart, I almost died laughing…i mean come on girls.”I am positively overjoyed to be a fat cow who instead of losing weight got a boob reduction”-nice one…
….but here it is all going to waste…what a shame….
I think that she has nice features and is lucky to have a towering model- like height,(but she is in no way statuesque at this weight)….if she would lose aprox 50lbs….she would shine…she seems to have the classic black girl build…which I as a white girl personally do covet
The woman’s got humour
She always looks good and she carries her weight well. Even though she’s big, she always looks fit and healthy, and never fat.
I love her…her voice, her acting, her personality…I just wish I had such self-confidence!
All I have to say is that unless she has a medical disorder, there is no way she works out and avoids junk food. She is fat, obviously she is not doing something right. This is not to say she isn’t a great person but she has a problem, she is obese.
She carries her weight well and is an attractive woman, but she’s not “curvy.” she’s “overweight” or “fat.” I’m tired of people using the euphemism “curvy” to make fat/overweight sound more palatable. Especially when they are claiming to be ok with their weight or lauding another persons weight. If you are truly ok with the weight and the way you look then say the word “fat” or “overweight.”
And one more thing - I don’t believe for a second that she is ONLY 200 pounds. She’s 200 pounds like Tyra is 165. That being said I still think she carries the weight well.
she’s fat and overweight, she’s just trying to accept her fat body because she’s too lazy to get up and work out to lose that weight.
How much is 200 pounds in kilograms?
so what—
AMEN!
I dont care how much you love yourself, when you are overweight, you are unhealthy. Confusing a million Americans into thinking that obesity is ok is perverse and wrong. Too many of our tax dollars are paying for triple bi-passes because Queen Latifah said it was ok to be chubby.
She worded it in a sneaky way…she said she’s “In the 2’s”, which to me means she weighs probably a lot more than 200 lbs. I’d guess she probably weighs in at about 220 at least.
i think her attitude serves as a good example. one can tell by her frame she isn’t meant to be 115lbs at 5′10, but i do think she’s slightly overweight. but if she feels great at that weight, then god bless her. however… personally, if that were me, i’d feel a little too heavy. and i also agree with a few posts back that said someone like this does actually encourage obesity. if you think about it, it’s true. people will continue their bad habits bc they think, “oh queen is big, so it’s ok for me i’ll just eat this cheeseburger.”
I can’t believe people are so accepting of her when they bash Jessica Simpson, Hayden Whatever, etc. Being a little fuller is bad, therefore celebrities should just become overweight in order to be accepted! Right?
how many synonyms can there be for the word FAT? I wish over weight people would just quit making up flattering words to use about their obvious overweight. Its just pathetic. If the woman had a good sense of self worth, then hell, she would be able to stand up and say, yeah im fat, and i like it!
she is overweight. i love her but she is overweight. i would feel sick and immobile if i were at least 40 pounds over weight like she is. just because everyone else in the u.s. is her size dosnt mean she’s not overweight.
Okay you guys, Queen Latifah is NOT clinically obese . She is a tall woman. At 5′10″ 200 pounds that only makes her overweight. She is exercise and eats heathy. If she is doing that, then evidentally she would lose weight. WHy should she hate her body at 200 pounds because she is over weight? she is wait until that last 40 pounds is off to be considered “normal weight” to be happy about her weigtht. Honestly i think this “clinical obesity” talk is getting out of control. Yes being obese is unhealthy, but the hype around it is too much. We should be aiming more for eating healthy and exercise then what the scale says. For the “normal weight” people who keep talking about the obesity epidemic…SHUT UP. Losing weight is not easy at all!! I myself is 5′9″ 200 pound. I know my ideal weight is 160 pounds…but i know eventually I will get there. All the stress about obesity doesnt help. But loving your body as it is NOW and working at it to be as healthy as it can be should be the goal…NOT what the scale says. Besides the number of “normal weight’ people have been increasing with type TWO diabetes…LIFestyle is so much more important than wat the scale says. You can be thin and unhealthy. Being thin is not a sign as health.
I’d prefer reading in my native language, because my knowledge of your languange is no so well. But it was interesting! Look for some my links:
I’d prefer reading in my native language, because my knowledge of your languange is no so well.
i like Queen latifah she is the women i want to be with and i agree with her and i believe in her with all in my heart she is the women i wanted to date i can do anything to be with her and i can do anything to meet Queen latifah with all in my heart.
