Scary Spice Tones Up Her Tummy Scary Fast After Childbirth

Those darn Spice Girls always seem to make weight news - usually weight loss news. The latest is Mel B. (Scary Spice) who has been spotted out and about, showing off her toned and taut tummy.
So how did she do it? According to one source, she works out with a trainer six days a week, 90 minutes per session. Plus, she does martial arts, yoga, and of course - Dancing With The Stars.
Mel admits that her schedule is pretty hard to keep up with these days, what with DWTS and the Spice Girls tour:
She said: “I’ve got Dancing with the Stars and then in addition to that I’m learning 20 songs and 20 routines for the Spice Girls tour.
I think because we’re training late at night it’s a little more difficult to grasp hold of the steps.
The expectations are really high. I just hope that we can do it.”
I can’t help but wonder if all the other Spice Girls are trying their hardest to keep up with Victoria Beckham’s super-thin hard body…

I must disagree. Victoria does not have a hard body at all. If you can find some pictures of around the time she moved to LA, you’d see she had some cellie and very saggy knees. It leads me to believe that she maintains her weight through extreme eating habits and chain smoking.
The other girls seem to be more well adjusted and satisfied with their figure, so I doubt they’re trying to keep up with Posh.

Her tummy looks really good, but yeah, I don’t think it’s all that amazing because 7 months is a good long time. How long did Heidi Klum wait to get her prebaby body back? I think it was something like 3 months or so.

What really strikes me about that flat tummy after only 7 months post-childbirth, is the fact that she has a very young baby at home that can’t be spending much time with her mama as of late. Between the grueling DWTS schedule and her Spice Girls obligation, I wonder whose raising that precious baby?

yes i think that there is probally a lot of pressure on all the Spice “Girls” to look younger, thinner and sexier - Posh gets ALL the american press and it’s always about her weight so that’s a lot to be compared to

I just read an article in Star that said she weighed 110!!? I mean, maybe if she’s 5′ tall. But she looks like me with a big rack, and I’m 5′4, 130ish. I wish they would not tell us celebs’ weights at all, or STOP LYING.

I think I’d flash my abs if they looked like that too. I’d be checking them out all the time as well. Good for her. As for the guys in the gym, yeah I don’t mind when they do it either. I don’t mind one bit. If they want to lift shirtless I’m all for it.

BUT THAT IS NOT A MERIT OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT it is simply the way u put on weight i put on my lower area of the body and not an inch on my tummy. but believe me it is genetics i also had a very flat stomac the same day i gave birth and did not need to wait for it to draw back but that was also because of the positioning of my uterus in the body doctors explained….so no big deal some women just don;t become huge when pregnant…
the shirt lifting and flexing for the photogs is lame, but she does look good in a healthy way, not a super skinny way.
Getting ready for a world tour in skimpy outfits is pretty good motivation.
