I was stupid enough to buy her exercise video. It was very apparent she does not excercise much. She totally did not know what she was doing. I get the impression it was a video more for men to purchase and watch, not to get a solid workout. (well, they would get an arm workout! lol!! sorry)
Anyway at the end she talks with Jason Vale about juicing (not with steroids) and even provides a really yummy recipe loaded with good for you fruits and veggies.
I ordered all of Jason’s books & I had great success losing weight while juicing and also exercising - I just didn’t use her crappy video!!
p.s. Jason Vale’s books are hard to find in the states - he has a website but I ordered the books from Amazon UK.
