   I’m ignorant… so whats the connection with coffee and cellulite?

   I thought caffeine often helped cellulite… not necessarily ingested, but applied directly on the skin.
   If ingested, is there an opposite effect?

    I actually do not like her legs. Yes, they are a mile long, but her calves are the same size as her thighs. Not the leg shape I prefer.

    She does have a great body, but no way in hell would I trade faces with her. I’m sorry, but I think she’s ugly. Not just “not that gorgeous”- ugly. She looks mentally impaired in every photo I’ve ever seen of her.

    Does she not have one of the best pair of legs ever? Her legs are sooo long, and have a great shape. Not too skinny and not too thick. Plus she has the best waist to hip ratio of any VS model. If only I could put Alessandra Ambrosio’s face on Karolina’s body!

    I didn’t think caffeine was supposed to make you have cellulite…? Where did you here that, Karla? Maybe you’re thinking on non-diet caffienated drinks? If so, that would just be because of the sugar, I’d guess.

    The great coffee-cellulite debate:

    Topically, caffeine encourages fatty acid breakdown. (Lessens cellulite)

    Ingested, it inhibits blood and lymph circulation. Same goes for salt, sugar, and alcohol (i.e. anything yummy). IMO, overall circulatory function isn’t going to be affected that much just by one factor. If you eat healthy, exercise and drink plenty of water, I don’t think coffee really has that big of an effect. Plus, coffee contains antioxidants and caffeine stimulates metabolism and prevents neurodegeneration (e.g. alzheimer’s, parkinson’s).

    Wow, I do find her beautiful, but almost in a non-human way - I admire her like I would admire a thoroughbred racehorse. Phenomenal body, but a compete emotional disconnect, she’s so tall, she seems unreal. Honestly, I wouldn’t want to have her body - I would feel like a freak, beautiful, but a freak nevertheless.

    She has fantastic legs, and a great figure all over. I love her dress and style, she pulls it off very well, and her face is very pretty. Those of you saying she is ugly or has odd legs… Get over yourselves she is gorgeous and you know it.

    Moi: quit being an ass. Beauty is PERSONAL taste. If some people thinks she’s ugly, that is their prerogative. If I don’t like her leg shape- that is MY business. It does not make me jealous, or need to “get over myself”.

    There are models with legs to die for- Karolina is not MY choice. I prefer a leg that gets slimmer on the way down, like my own. Same size thigh and calves, just aren’t attractive to me….Nicole Kidman has the same shape leg as Karolina- just not my thing.

    The face belongs on a horse. The dress is heinous and the body is nothing to write home about.

    Seriously, I’ve got to agree with what someone said over the Adriana Lima’s thread and ask: where are the beautiful glamazon models from the 90’s? Turlington, Evangelista, Naomi — who thankfully is still around — Cindy…. those were women that really evoked images of glamour.

    The VS girls, for the most part, are so generic and lacking anything that would make me think of class, elegance and sensuality.

    she has an awesome figure for a model & photographs really well, but i saw her once in soho a couple of years ago and she looks like a FREAK of nature in real life. she is SO tall & lanky. not to be mean but she looked like a giraffe. i know a lot of models are like that when you see them up close, but I think she’s a more extreme case since she’s several inches taller than the other VS models. i totally envy her career, but at the end of the day i don’t think i’d trade bodies with her!

    I’m with Asuka on this! Well said and you are totally right.

    And there is nothing wrong with finding the models from the 90ies better looking than the ones you see nowadays! They did look better because they had some more meat on their bones, they all looked different, they all had personality.

    The models today are no longer supermodels, they all pretty much look the same and none of them ooze the confidence, sparkle and specialness that the real supermodels had.
