Kristin Davis Jogs In NYC

She seems to have gained a little bit of weight all over… what do you all think?

actually i think she’s lost weight, she’s always been a pear shape with bigger hips and i think she looks great here! I don’t know where you see the weight gain, I hink her hips and thighs look slimmer all together
She was always my favouite of the SATC girls. She was the prettiest as well. She looks good.
I think she’s definitely lost a little weight or maintained. I mean the puffy vest does nothing to help her, especially since she’s skinner above her hips, for sure. She’s always had thicker thighs, which actually look thinner than before here. I have no idea where you’re seeing this “overall weight gain”

She was the prettiest of the SATC girls but has been a bit thick the last few years. Her hips/thighs look big here but it’s so hard to tell with the winter layers on.
Despite the jogging, I have always found her attractive.

I think she looks fab. You can’t really tell how much she’s gained, lost, or maintained when she’s wearing black pants and all those winter layers.
I think she looks really pretty. I mean, this is an exercise candid, which means no makeup, no prep, nada, and she looks great!
Thunder thighs? Please.. this woman is over 40, and she looks awesome. I’d be proud to look like her at that age.
I happen to think she’s in great shape for her figure! I’ve always loved her and her figure; props to her for sticking to her ideal weight! Being stick thin isn’t the hottest thing around town. Plus, a lot of celebrities look much better with a little meat on their bones (i.e. Cameron Diaz in the Mask, Teri Hatcher in Goldeneye). Sometimes being too skinny makes them look so much older than they really are. When your face caves in a bit, that just looks like crap!

She was my favorite on the show as well, and I’ve always thought her figure suited her well…Hatcher is just ungodly too thin.
I’m not seeing makeup, breads. But even if she is wearing it, it’s probably for the movie, because she’s also wearing “tummy padding”, as Rian pointed out, so that would indicate that she was running for a scene in the movie. Unless she likes to run around with a prosthetic “tummy” just for fun.
Well standing next to SJP would make anyone look large… she looks beautiful and not too big or too small. Also, I like her ear-muffs.

If it’s just her, the actress, out jogging then why would she be wearing stomach padding?

she looks great. we’re probably not used to seeing her in pants since her character is usually wearing dresses and dresses cover up a bit more. plus maybe she had to gain a little to look more pregnant. she was never stick skinny tho… and she looks SOOO good for her age. i think that older woman NEED meat on their bones or else they just look wrinkly and skeletal. she could still pass for late 20s early 30s.
WHO runs wearing fur ear muffs and a down vest? If she’s exerting herself at all, she should be sweating bullets. Even if it’s 30 degrees out. I hate these celebs doing photo ops pretending to excercise.
As for her figure, hasn’t she alwasy had thicker legs and wider hips? If anything she seems to have lost weight and is back to her Sex & the City fighting form.

She has always been slightly “thicker” in the thigh/calf area than the other girls but she is the most consistent in exercising-she did exercise videos! So guess what y’all—she is NORMAL! Hallelujiah! God bless Kristin Davis for having a regular person body! Now the rest of us don’t have to starve ourselves today
Past her prime??? My God, she is soooo pretty — a natural beauty. Always the prettiest of the “Sex & City” girls. Can’t believe her age. She could pass for at least 10 years younger. Never has gotten the recognition she deserves. The definition of pretty! And I loved her ladylike clothes, too.

I was amazed at how flawless her face is without makeup and wanted to post a comment on that-instead, I started reading some of these comments and you people are so childish. She is obviously in better shape now than anyone I can think of in their 20’s. Even so, petty witches with nothing better to do try to make nasty comments. Is it jealousy? What makes you guys so catty? Do you honestly believe others will think more of you when you tear someone else down even though the criticism is baseless?

Mouse, you obviously have never run in 30 degrees. Exertion doesn’t prevent your ears from feeling like they’re about to fall off. And she’s probably wearing a vest because she IS exerting herself (instead of a full coat). (I run CC in a place where there’s about 4 ft of snow on the ground right now.)

This is actually a shot from the movie, if you have seen the SATC movie you will know that in this shot she is pregnant and so would explain why she may look a little chunkier than normal.
