Hey everyone, just wanted to wish you all a very safe and happy New Year 2008! Be safe, don’t drink and drive, etc etc. (You know the drill).
In case anyone was wondering, I will possibly do a couple of posts tomorrow afternoon (Jan 1st), although most people will probably be sleeping off their hangovers and/or late nights. (Personally, I am planning a very low key evening this year. Last year was just… bad. It involved too many bottles of rum and So Co, a big group of drunken people, fighting… so this year, no drinking!)

This post was requested by several of you over the past few months…
In case you don’t know, Courtney Yates is/was one of the contestants on Survivor: China. Her emaciated frame caught the attention of many people watching the show.
Here are a couple of pictures I managed to find of her:
Some visitors on the Survivor website have debated whether or not Courtney has an eating disorder. You can see that debate here. I certainly cannot say whether or not she has anorexia, but she definitely is way too thin for good health.

I think many female celebrities have now caught on to this little trick: Lose too much weight and… presto! Get yourself a tabloid cover.
Anyway… as many of you probably saw in stores over the weekend, Tara Reid is in a cover story in the latest issue of In Touch Weekly.
The funniest part of this story is the cover quote:
“Exclusive: She blames her weight loss on no room service in her hotel, but doctors warn her health may be in danger.”
Now there is an excuse we haven’t heard!

It seems as though Jenna Jameson is channeling the “Hollywood It Skeleton Glam Girl” look these days. Or at least trying to.
She’s got the whole nine yards - hair extensions, heavy make-up, the Nicole Richie “look at my skinny shoulders and back” pose…
