Geri Halliwell Looks Thin
Category: Celebrity Weight Loss, Geri HalliwellGeri Halliwell and the other Spice Girls performed at a concert yesterday in Vancouver, Canada. I got a couple of emails stating that Geri looked quite thin during the performance.
I have to agree, as it looks like she has lost some more weight. She’s almost down in Victoria Beckham territory…
What do you all think - is she getting too thin?
Yeah she looks quite thin, but not too. She has no waist! If it’s true what she said about not dieting and just walking a lot, then it’s fine if she looks like that.

She doesn’t look too skinny to me! She seems to be a naturally petite woman who is in good physical condition.

geri has no waist, so that skirt she is wearing is not as good as it would look on someone else. apart from that *deep breath*
i *would* say the rest of her body looks good but for the simple fact that she is obviously competing to be the skinniest and therefore her e.d. may (may??) have returned. for this reason, and the general air of desperation, it isn’t a look on her that i like.

i dont know if she’s scary thin, but i think she looks gross. she looks old and kind of unhealthy (which is ironic considering how muscular she is).

No way is she almost as thin as Posh!!! She’s thin, and it was recently reported that she lost weight, but I don’t think she’s stick thin. She shouldn’t lose any more weight cause she’s starting to look like a bobblehead doll.

She looks quite… normal to me actually. Somewhat toned, but I don’t think she looks thin at all. Old, yes. Thin, not really.

i read yesterday she is thinner than posh. aparantly geri weighs 44kgs=96.8 pounds
and apparently she runs 18ks a day and doesnt eat much blah blah blah.. id say its safe to say shes going to extreams.

she’s thin but she’s fit. she’s thin because she works out - look at those abs! VB is so skinny b/c of dieting but Geri is toned and trim. they all looked great and sound great last night.

I agree with Karma about the dress. They look ridiculous, but then again they aren’t trying to impress 30 somethings. Does anyone over 13 listen to them?

I’ve been thinking this one is almost Victoria’s size and she looks better than Posh because she actually looks like she exercises, instead of just starving and smoking.
There are other gossip bloggers, who have been to the show, also confirming that she’s not much heavier than Posh, so her apparent extreme thinness is probably something you have to experience in person. You know the old saying about the camera and ten pounds, so it’s definitely clear that Geri would looks quite tiny if we subtracted those pounds.

She looks very muscular, but not VB skinny. Perhaps she should be Sporty Spice.
I don’t have much of a waist either and because of the narrow hips, it does give the illusion of being thinner.

no. she’s very muscular, but the woman has thighs. she looks okay. victoria scares me, especially her boobs.

She’s slimmed down like crazy. I really hate it when celebs like her admit to having had an eating disorder after gaining and saying they love their ‘new found curves’ and then they collpase back to boyish figures with boobs. She really looked like a woman even a few months back. Vicky B is a bad influence on anyone without a strong self image. I think Emma is gorgeous as is Mel C. Mel B.. well she’s always been ok. Victoria is beyond words.

That said, she isn’t aging well at all. Her skin seems to have lost elasticity and she’s not old enough for that yet…is that what tanning does…I bet it’s fromsun worship.

she had one heck of an ED during her it’s raining men/yoga crazy days, compared to how she was when she wasn’t in the limelight and leading as average a life as she could have while still exercising i hasten to add religiously she was no where as thin as this

Geri hasnt looked normal since she originally left the spice girls years ago. She has been too thin for SOO long. That creepy muscled thing is NOT cool. Woman are supposed to be flat not 6 pack like a man!

Oh come on, she definitely doesn’t look like VB. People in the showbiz are expected to look toned and lean, and I think she has a great body that’s nice to look at. Why are people always seeing potential skeletons when someone tones up and loses a few? I mean, is it a pleasure for you to look at Mel C in picture 2?

Victoria’s skinny reputation will always trump Geri’s weight. It appears that people cannot simply believe that there’s anyone skinnier than Posh because she’s been doing it for so long.
Anyways, after reading breads post, I’m starting to think that Geri’s friends and family should keep an eye on her, without showing alarming concern just yet, but as a necessary measure of precaution.
i love geri, i met her in holland park in london, she was so friendly and intreasted in everything but her. i have so much respect for her and think she looks amazing like this.x

She’s not thin. She’s not fat, but she looks like a man! Horrible body! She can work out all she wants, but she will never have an Eva Longoria type thing going on. If I were her I’d put those “abs of steel” far far away. Ugh.

Does bones have to like literally protrude from the skin in order for people to acknowledge the fact that she might just not be well. She looks unhappy and appears to be forcing herself into what she is not. I wonder if all these females celebs of today were famous at around the same time as Marilyn Menroe, how normal we would all look ey. It is about being healthy and happy, but this doesn’t look normal for her at all. She doesn’t come off to me as being happy.

She’s getting old, and it’s great to stay fit when you’re old. But I think she’s clearly obsessing, especially given what she looked like before she started this diet for the girls’ reunion. A little more weight would look a little more natural on her.
They should have kicked that neurotic Victoria out of the group and then toured as normal women who can actually sing. Let Vic have her reality TV show and soccer husband.

I think the Spice Girls were cooler in the 90’s. And, Ginger and Posh looked better and healthier in those days. Sad, sad, sad. However, Ginger seems to have very fit abs, so perhaps her extreme thinness is due to a very strict and healthy diet along with a very strict exercise regimen–not anorexia.

Ever since she’s lost the weight again she looks old and haggard. She is just one of those people who look better with some more meat on her bones. But Geri always takes everything to the extreme and she is very competitive. I can’t stand her.
