She looks awful. The dress is all wrong for her. She should try to lose some weight. She’s very young and she looks unhealthy. I know a full figure is nothing to be ashamed of and maybe her body genetically won’t let her lose a lot of weight but I am talking from a medical standpoint.

That dress is a very, very, bad thing.
If the cut of the dress was shorter it would be a little more bearable, but the fact that it’s so long is just green overkill….plus girlfriend’s got a booty and this dress just makes it explode.
This is one of the few times she actually looks so uncomfortable, she’s apologizing for herself! She has definitely got to address the weight issue for herself. She’s a naturally curvy woman and she looks great that way but this is going a little too far - even for her.

Ok. If this fat horse wears ONE MORE MERMAID-STYLE DRESS…I’m going to kill her. WHY oh WHY, does she continue to wear different version of this same hideous dress to every single awards show? Mermaid dresses are far creating a shape on boy-bodied girls that have no waists. Beyoncé REALLY doesn’t need help creating a shape. Her fat ass does that for her. I love how they mash her boobs into this dress (which is 2 sizes TOO SMALL), to make it look like cleavage. Like no. You don’t create cleavage by cutting off the circulation to the lower half of the tit. LOSERS. UGLY/FOUL/GROSS.

Oh, honey ….. she’s a lovely woman who generally looks very nice, but this dress is NOT a keeper! Again, doesn’t’ she have someone to tailor that dress to fit her better (and that doesn’t mean taking it in until it’s soo tight she can farily stand)? Satin is also not a KIND fabric and it just looks too tight all over - the sleeves are tight, the bodice is too tight, that awful mermaid sheath is too tight.

Ok, I usually get upset by people bashing women on this site, but I can’t really think of any words to defend her. The lady godiva weave, the satin, the fit of the dress, the pose that is supposed to make her arms look slimmer. I even like her but she looks horrendous in this getup.

Everytime Beyonce is on, I will always be there to have her back. Yes, maybe the dress is not the best material but that is how you wear that dress (mermaid dress). Any other figure in the dress would be waisting the designer time and vision. Everyone get use to the curves. I mean real curves, hips 38,39,40, and so on with a small waist.
I do not understand some of you people - you defend someone like Valerie Bertanelli but crucify Beyonce. She is at worst a size 8 and that is NOT FAT. While the dress may not be the most flattering, there are a lot of people out there who think it is much sexier to have a butt, hips and breasts than to look like an Olsen twin.

Um. I agree she has gained some weight, but 5′6″ and 180 lbs?? Her BMI would be 29. Which is right about obese. There’s no way. At most, she weighs 155. Which would put her BMI at the high end of normal, maybe about 24 or 25.

haha…I wouldn’t say she’s as heavy as 175 lbs or 180! I know a girl who’s that size and she’s quite a bit larger than Beyonce. If she’s 5′6″, I would guess she’s about 155 lbs. or so.
114 pounds? Are you freakin kidding me? I’m an inch taller than her and that is roughly what I weigh (on a good day). She could stand sideways, and I could stand behind her and be completely hidden from view. Her THIGH wouldn’t fit into the WAISTBAND of my jeans. She has more fat in her ass than I have in my entire body. Scratch that, she has more fat in one THIGH than I have in my entire body. I’m not sure of much in this world, but I’m POSITIVE she doesn’t weigh 114 pounds. She doesn’t even weight 141 pounds. she MIGHT weigh 214 pounds, or at least she’s closer to that than 114.
She is a pretty woman, but she needs to wear clothes in the proper size, with a shape that flatters her body type, and colors that flatter her complexion.
It is common sense, how could she not know this?

Okay, somebody mentioned that Beyonce should lose weight and that they were speaking from a medical standpoint…Pak31 I believe. Okay, yes I’ll venture to say that Beyonce is on the heavier side. She’s fuller for a celebrity. However, she’s not even close to obese so I’m sure her health is just fine.

My first impressions of looking at this was that she was trying to do a rihanna. I’ve seen some pictures of rihanna lookin like shes packed into a tight dress and showing of her curves, but it works, and this just really hasn’t worked. I wouldnt say she is fat though. Just a wrong wardrobe choice. Works against her not for her.
i think while the dress is not figure-flattering at all, beyonce is hardly fat, she just has a curvier body type than people are used to.

I think Beyonce has a real, cuvry and feminine body however I think the dress was a poor choice especially the color for her body shape. The style and cut of the dress is made for a women who is tall and have a slender figure. Secondly, I think the bone striaght hair makes her look wider than what she is because the hair is lifeless and limp. If you are curvy, your hair should have waves, bounce and body to it. Bone striaght hair isn’t very flattering to a curvy figure. Her body is still to die for.

First off, Beyonce is five six and a half….she is not 114 to whoever said that is lying because that would make me 102 then I guess LOL.
Secondly, she DIDNT Gain weight, it looks like she maintained the weight she already was to me. She looked heavier in the other post (her tour)…
Thirdly, She is not 180 either that is a ridiculous assumption. I would say she probably realistically weighs anywhere from 140-160 which is not overweight. Its actually normal. If she was 126 for Dreamgirls, she is usually 146 then if she lost the alleged 20 pounds.
I am not the biggest Beyonce fan (she is a bit overrated and overexposed to me) but she is a beautiful girl who just happen to make a poor judgement in clothing for that night!!!! It should have been a black dress with a waist nipper or spanx to pull her in and she would look better.
In her defense, She is NOT at all fat, she is very curvy and pear-shaped wearing an unflattering dress that makes her look BIGGER. I think she wanted to emphasize her hips and she definitely accomplished that too bad she did not find the time to wear a nipper to keep her tummy in.
