More Britney Spears Candids (Instead of Jamie Lynn)
December 20th, 2007 by Rian | Filed under Britney Spears.I’ve gotten several requests for a Jamie-Lynn pregnancy post, but I just can’t bring myself to do one right now. (Perhaps when she gets farther along in her pregnancy). Why, you ask? Well, I hate doing posts about underage (under 18) celebrities, for starters. Also, the story is just… sad. I cannot help but be scared for the very young generation of girls (some as young as 7 or 8!) who look up to these female celebrities. Young pregnancies, rehab, not wearing panties in public, public drunkenness, scary skinny Hollywood It Girl skeletons… what’s next?
Anyway, I’m off my soap box now… Here are some new pictures of Britney (instead of Jamie Lynn) shopping at the Lisa Kline store on Robertson. She seems to be doing her usual ridiculous paparazzi-inspired moves.
If nothing else, Britney is looking pretty fit these days. Perhaps she is gearing up for another round of lipo or plastic surgery…

i totally agree. it’s depressing, really. especially since my 13 year old sister watches her show on a regular basis. definitely a scary role model for young girls to have. i just hope she doesn’t try to glamorize teen pregnancy. ugh.

She actually doesn’t look bad here, but her looks seem to vary from day-to-day. I’m definitely tired of hearing about her though. Almost always something about her in the news. Never anything good too!
It’s is scary and shocking about her sister though. She seemed like the smarter, more level-headed of the two.

Depressing? Try being married and wanting a child more than anything, but having challenges in conceiving, and then picking up a copy of a magazine blaring headlines that 16 year-old Spears is pregnant. It’s another reminder that life isn’t fair - especially when you have the desire to be a parent, as well as the ability, but not necessarily the ease in becoming one.
I am SO SICK of seeing her! She disgusts me. Can she stay home for on frickin night???

Thank you for being considerate about a 16 year old girl going through a challenging time (understatement of the year!) She is going to be facing enough judgement from people who think they should scold her or judge her. The last thing she needs on top of that is people talking about her pregnancy weight gain or lack thereof. Yes she is in the public eye and yes young girls do look up to her but she made a mistake that has life long consequences. And lest we forget she is a young girl herself who obviously comes from a disfunctional family.
Physically she looks pretty good but we all know that mentally she still seems to be quite disturbed. And speaking of disturbing I think it is a little weird that people are clamoring to see a picture of a pregnant 16 yr old. Jamie Lynns situation is neither cute nor worth photographing.
What happens when a 135 pound woman with heavy thighs has them trimmed down by lipo—–and stops worrying about what she eats and weighs in at 150 a couple of months later? Where do the 15 pounds go?

I like the hair color. But that’s about it.
I wish she would quit torturing her hair every other week! One of the rumored reasons for her head shaving incident wast that her hair was so messed up from all of the dyeing and exstensions that it was all falling out (I remember pictures of big bald spots on her hair, so it could be true.)
If she keeps up the changing her hair color every other week, she is just going to have to shave it off again.
On a side note, someone needs to tell her that she looks SO much better with blonde hair, just watch her new music video compared to the one from a couple of months ago, she looked so much better in the new one.

In this particular post of Brit-Brit in the red dress ( EXCEPT FOR that hideous hat); Brit looks pretty good (better than she often has in those horrific “mix and match” outfits and too short shorts as well as too short micro-mini dresses (and very visible thong panties) !
Rian, I understand about your not desiring to “speak to” / “speak out about” Jamie Lynn Spears being that she is only 16 right now! But what a SAD, SAD SCENARIO ???!!! I don’t know if any one has given this family’s situation any thought (yet) and who is REALLY, REALLY going to be the one to suffer MOST…but I think that these sisters’ mom; … Lynne Spears is the one who will be needing the MOST HELP (Emotional, as well as Pyschiatric couselling and so on) ! Lynne is already (allegedly) trying to get help for Brit-Brit and IMO Lynne will end up being Sean Preston & Jayden James substitute “mother figure” (care-giver) for Brit’s two boys and NOW she (Lynne) will (probably) and allegedly be doing the major portion of helping Jamie Lynn raising her child !
Lynne has already raised her 3 (three) kids (Bryan, (30); Brit,(26); and Jamie Lynn who is 16) …and it appears that now Lynne will be starting ALL OVER being a “substitute mom figure” for her (soon-to-be) 3 grandchildren !!
Another thing about Jamie Lynn is that she had a MAJOR pregnancy scare back in late-July / early August., 2007. She confided in her big sister, Brit (NATURALLY…..the “outstanding role model” the bigger, older and wiser sis ….ha-ha!). Apparently, Brit had “advised” (being the wiser older sister that she is). Brit also had explained to Jamie about ways to prevent getting pregnant…like shots or birth control plls, etc. (EVEN using condoms!) Jamie said that the pills as well as getting those monthly birth control shots made her fat!
Gaining 4 or 5 pounds using birth control pills is NOTHING (compared) to how FAT she is going to end up being when she is nine months pregnant !!!!! Doesn’t Jamie realize how Fat she will become as 9 months roll around. Of course, pregnancy “fat” is definitely not the same kind of being (regular Fat )as someone who just cannot control their eating patterns. And usually (and hopefully); once Jamie has her child, if Jamie follows through, she can exercise and begin an exercise progam and healthy eating to get back down to her pre-pregnant weight! What a HORRIFIC YEAR this poor “ship-wrecked” family has gone through this year! It doesn’t look too promising (either) as we enter into 2008 !!! It just is so, so sad !!!

Yes, we can all see that she is wearing skivvies on this particular day, but we shouldn’t be able to see at all if she is or if she isn’t! If she took care to keep her dresses long enough and not shoot revealing poses at the photogs, it really wouln’t matter if she wore them or not. But she seems to expose that area quite carelessly.
