Well, it seems she has now hit new lows of skinniness… the girl is so thin now that she looks like a different person!
If she goes any lower, she’ll be emaciated! I can’t help but wonder why the tabloids aren’t gonig crazy over her right now. (You all know how they are with celebrities who lose too much weight…)

I don’t doubt that she’s skinny, but these pictures do a poor job of illustrating it. Both Hilton sisters have suffered from eating disorders in the past. I agree with Ana Paula that people were extremely critical of Nicky not too long ago when she put on weight. Unfortunately for her, she gains weight in her upper half which distorts her body and makes her appear wider than she is. I wonder if she’s lost the weight with a little help from the Columbian marching powder- as we know the Hiltons are no strangers to drugs.

She is thin. She also has a rather unfortunate body with the short legs and long torso and arms, sort of…ape like.

She has gorgeous eyes, however. And usually a good fashion sense..she knows how to dress to downplay her negatives and play up the positives. But not with this outfit..she needs a tall heel to jack up those legs a bit.
If I were Nikkis dietician and personal trainer, I would put her on the Jennifer Love Hewitt/Kelly Clarkson plan and turn her into a real woman. : )

I can’t say I ever paid attention to her to notice any weight gain or loss so I can’t say. She doesn’t seem obscenely small and that size may be normal for her
I feel a little mean saying this because it is clear she is at an unhealthy weight, but I think her face looks a lot more attractive when she is on the lower weight end of her spectrum rather than how she looked earlier last year.

She does look thin. It’s usually difficult to tell whether a celebrity’s thinness is due just to weight fluctuation or unhealthy eating/mindset, though. Here, the light is washing her out AND she’s wearing dark eye makeup, so she appears sickly as well as thin.
Nevertheless, she does seem to have that desperate, sad look in her eyes that I can remember having when I was starving and incredibly depressed. If there’s something going on with her, I hope that she resolves it, and that the paparazzi go easy on a suffering celeb just this once.

Nicky does look pretty (EXTRA) THIN lately ! She does fluctuate “weight-wise” (as we all do). However, these recent pics represent a MORE Emaciated looking version of Nicky. I am surprised, as well, that the tabloids have not “picked up” on Nicky…but the tabloids are (and usually have been) all about Paris and leave Nicky “in the shadows”…so to speak. Nicky does seem more private than Paris…but since Paris’ jail time…even she is not quite as “in the news” all the time. I think now that since Nicole (Richie) is a mommy and Paris is doing her thing and Lindsay Lohan is lying low since her 3 stints in rehab in less than a year….things are kind of “dwindling down” as far as the news on these main “party girls” !! (Of course there is still Tara Reid, and sadly Britney Spears and even more sadly…her little sister, 16 year old-and pregnant Jamie Lynn )!
I do think that Hollywood is trying to emphasize more positive and HEALTHY female images….like
the girls in High School Musical, and Amanda Bynes, and Blake Lively (Gossip Girls), Hilary Duff, MILEY CYRUS / (Hannah Montana) …especially Miley since she is only 15 and so far seemingly unaffected with the negative and “big bad Hollywoood” perceptions. I really hope that Miley does remain as wholesome as she is currently. Hollywood has “projected” enough negativity and drugs, drinking and party girls !!! Although, I suspect, that if these “party girls”, drugs, drinking and everything that is the “big bad Hollywood Scene”….the tabloids would suffer serious financial losses!!! You can model as a short person if you are famous, you do not even have to be pretty or slim if you have the right parents or name.

nicky modeled with her sister paris for donald trumps modeling agency. he doesnt really take bullshit fluff from people. to do the runway they prefer you be 5′8″ minimum. however sometimes they’ll let in a 5′7″. not every tall person has long legs and arms. oh yeah, her weight is fine. its the lighting and the eye make up that makes her face sunk in.

Nicky is 5′7… in all bios, and in real life. In fact, in person she looks even taller. I’m 5′4 and I felt like she was towering over me. She’s always been SO skinny but it’s worse than ever now in these pics, DEFINITELY resembling Allegra Versace, GREAT call whoever said that. RE: Some of the comments comparing Nicky Hilton (especially Nicky’s face) to that of Allegra Versace, that is very, very accurate of the heiress (at age 18 and through 20 to 21 at 66 to 70 pounds at that time). Now, however, Allegra has added some much needed pounds to her frame. (MAYBE 15 TO 18 pounds ???… Just a “wild guess”!! ) Anyhow, ALLEGRA IS STILL THIN….BUT DOES NOT LOOK LIKE QUITE AS MUCH AS THE “WALKING DEAD”! She was pictured in Milan at her uncle’s MILAN WINTER FASHION SHOW (in mid January, 2008) with her younger brother (Jonathan, I think?) …Allegra’s face looked a tiny bit fuller but she had on a somewhat bulky coat….so it was hard to tell about her actual body image…but she was spotted in St Barts in January , 2008 in a bikini….she was really an entirely DIFFERENT and GORGEOUS girl.

I don’t think Nicky’s always been this thin. She used to be a good 15-20 lbs heavier. And even then, she wasn’t exactly fat. She really needs to gain about 10 lbs to look normal again. Her face is really gaunt right now and her ass is flat. It looks like someone popped it with a pin.
I actually think she looks good here.. i think the extra weight from before was from the stress of her breakup. This seems more like her natural weight… the Hiltons are built like this. I also think she is much classier and prettier than Paris. Also if her legs are “hopelessly short” than mine are non existant!

You can only achieve this level of thinness if you stop eating. You lose not only fat but also muscle, which is why her bum is square-shaped, with no roundness to it. She is not eating, and it shows.
Unfortunately, she wasn’t blessed with a good body type (strange flappy butt, big feet, out of proportion arms/legs, weird neck) but being bone thin really isn’t helping her to look her best. And I agree, she’s got the Zoe/Allegra face going on - I really do feel sorry for her. On paper she has all the pluses - skinny, rich, career, etc. - but in reality it doesn’t look so good, eh?

I completely agree that people can be naturally thin (I myself am pretty thing naturally), but there’s no way that a person’s thigh is thinner than their knee without going hungry.

I’d seen a picture of Allegra Versace on the E Channel at some MILAN FASHION SHOW. She was in a coat and hard to really see her clearly.
However, the picture of her / (Allegra) in St. Barts (in 2008) appeared in a magazine: “In Touch Weekly” in the most recent edition dated Feb 4, 2008… it (…the article0 was tucked away back on Pg 74 and it was titled: “People In The News” ! She looks so ENTIRELY BETTER/Gorgeous.
Goodness. Who ever commented on her knees being the same width as her thighs is totally right. That cannot be good. And her head looks enoromous compared to the rest of her body.
