Her stomach is certainly pretty darn flat! And off topic, I have no idea why she was wearing a hoodie and skirt over a bikini… maybe it was cold in Miami yesterday?
Did she get her boobs done? They look big. Nice stomach though.

As someone who has also had her boobs done, I say Avril’s are real. Her boobs have ALWAYS looked that way. Do a search for her bikini beach pictures, back when she FIRST came out, and you’ll see that they look the same. She’s always had nice boobs; she just doesn’t show them off.

I don’t think she’s had a boob job. I’ve seen other candids of various ages of her in swimwear, etc. where her chest looks the same. I’m about the same as Avril, in body type, height, etc. and I know I can make myself look larger or smaller in the chest area depending on what kind of bra/swim top I’m wearing.

clearly those are fake breasts, they are out of proportion with her body and the shadows in pic 3 make it pretty clear that she has small (probably under the muscle) implants
