She has some serious bones popping out in her back! But as someone else pointed out to me, she’s always had most of her weight in her leg area, which is covered in this dress. So we can’t really say much other than the fact that she looks very thin here, only not as scary skinny as she did in these pictures.

I think she’s lovely. The fact that she has kept her natural body (no boob job) is very telling of her self confidence and adds to her charm, IMHO. Great actress, classic beauty.

Keira is gorgeous! I agree with others, not a conventional beauty but still beautiful. I love everything she wears! Even tho the eye make up plus the poor lighting makes it a little too dramatic for me. I love her thin-ness.

Wow… If anything, she’s THINNER than in those pictures you linked… The dress is puffy, so it’s hard to tell, but you can see that her collar bones / chest bones are even MORE protuding in these pictures. Ouch.

She is a very talented actress with a small upper body. Like Rian said, she carries her weight in her lower body. While she does appear almost alarmingly thin up top, her legs and hips are quite normal looking.

Her legs are probably still normal-looking, but the rest of her body is not. I know she’s always been skinny on top, but she didn’t use to be this thin, shoulder blades sticking out like that just scream malnutrition to me.
I hope she one day feels confident enough to accept her natural shape and start eating.

I think she looks gorgeous. She has muscle tone, so I’m going to forgive her for not having a lot of body fat. She doesn’t look emaciated or underfed at all. She looks like someone who eats healthfully and works out a lot.
My current boyfriend thinks she’s very hot. My last boyfriend thought she was the hottest girl in movies. I don’t know why girls seem to think flatchested=boy= not hot, but in my experience this isn’t how guys see it. Keep calling the skinny girls “12 year old boys”, we’ll keep stealing your boyfriends and making fun of how fat, err….CURVY you are.

She does look scrawny, but I still think she’s beautiful. I have a similar build, where I’m tiny on top and larger on the bottom. It sucks, but you deal with what you’re given, I guess!

On the subject - Keira looks nasty here I think. Her body is OK, graceful and not too thin, but what’s up with her face and head? They look horsy to me.

Keira ALWAYS seems to DISPLAY all of her ‘upper body’ bones protruding out : collar bone, shoulder bones, her back & her very thin ribs, etc ! But, yeah, she does carry her weight in her lower body…hips and upper thighs. Of course, she rarely EVER wears anything that accentuates her MORE Female / Feminine HEALTHY lower body. Her body type creates the illusion that she is very thin when she is not at all so. I have a similar shape, even at 150 pounds my ribs and spine are visible. Its called pear shape. She isn’t to thin, her weight is just distributed unevenly. It’s ridiculous how pathetic all this speculation is. Its also ridiculous to call someone ugly because of their breast size or body type. She was born with small breasts, there is nothing she can do about it short of implants. What should she do, never where any clothes that reveal her upper body at all?

Personally, I find small breasts (and sharp shoulder blades) extremely attractive. I much prefer such girls rather than those with large breasts or generally “thick” girls.

She looks about as thin as she did in the older pictures Rian linked to in this post. The dress is a little different, but her arms are the same size. Everything else, like before, is hidden.
It’s too bad I can’t stand Keira Knightley, because I think she looks great here. To whoever said they pity her for having small breasts, please stop and remember that everyone has different tastes. Personally, I can’t understand wanting larger breasts–they’re a constant nuisance and no good clothing fits you. I myself am a B/C cup and I wish I could afford a reduction and a lift.
In any event, Keira has the perfect sized breasts (okay, in MY opinion). She looks fantastic in this dress.

Keira Knightley is a beautiful woman. She has admitted that anorexia plagues her family. The sad thing is that if she does get up to the ‘normal’ weight, then tabloids will bury her in negative publicity that plagues Jennifer Love Hewitt and Kirsty Alley. She can’t win this battle.

I don’t think she’s too skinny at all, I carry all my weight on the bottom too like she does, my top half always looks skinny taken on its own, clever choice of dress I reckon. She has lost weight, if you see her in the flim ‘Domino’ she looks more healthy, but what seems like alot of weight to us is not that much to keira, who has always been slender, she hasnt lost tons of weight just a bit since she said she had to work so hard for POTC, but she should think about putting some bak on, its not that hard just eat loads u silly girl!!
