She looks great weight-wise, in my opinion: healthy, not too thin. Any weight she may have gained several months ago looks to be gone now…

Is that a tattoo on her arm? It looks really tacky! Other than that I think she’s looking good.
Don’t like the dress her boobs look sad in it. Not crazy about the hair either, but weight wise she’s aok.
Doesn’t she tend to carry her weight in her bottom half though? So you wouldn’t really be able to tell from this dress. But I think she’s looking great!

…Love the color of the dress. The style would also conceal a multitude of sins. I like her in that she isn’t a Hollywood cookie-cutter skeletor. Pretty eyes. Wish she’d stop bleaching her hair though. Great actress. Her arms look decent, which would be a good indicator of weight gain, and I’m not seeing anything chunky here. One thing about this girl though–she looks old for her age. Don’t know what it is. When I see her pic I think “what a great looking 26-32 y.o.” And then I remember, isn’t she only 21 or 22–if that? Hmmmm….

I think her face is spectacular. She’s looking a little thick in the second picture though, but it could just be the angle. Definitely not overweight, but I liked her better when she was a tad thinner.

She reminds me of Kate Winslet in these pictures but her head looks kind of big for her body, but not in a anorexic way. It’s wierd… pretty dress though.
i think she looks fabulous. she is gleaming and looks like she has lost a bit perhaps, either that or her arms just look a tad more toned than we’ve seen her in the past. i’d love to see some more recent shots of her where she isn’t wearing such a flowy bottomed dress, so we can get a more accurate assessment. she is most definitely an hour-glass gal though.
at 5′4″, i’d estimate her around 122 right now i think. what do you all think?
She looks fat in this picture and every other. She’s plump,and gets away with it because she has and shows big boobs. If this were any other girl people would be on her case about fatty arms and face. Hilary Duff looked like this before she dropped the weight and people were on her like fat on bacon.

The best thing I can say about her dress is that, finally, her boobs aren’t either squashed flat or jumping out at us, or both, finally.
Another actress who refuses to give into the size zero craze, got to give her props for that. She has a naturally voluptuous body that works for her.
Her eyes look a little bloodshot in the last photo and her teeth could be a little whiter.. otherwise, looking good.
I used to think she was pretty…and she still is….but I think she looks better with her hair down and wavy….and she really needs to change that dress. I just don’t find it flattering, neither the color, fabric or style. Also I prefer the smoky eyes + nude lip gloss look on her…..not feeling the red lipstick against pale skin. ewww

The dress can hide lots of problems. I don’t like the color or cut for her.
Her hair is too light - it washes her out and her teeth need to be bleached - they are the same color as her hair.
It’s hard to tell what’s going on body wise. I saw a picture of her wearing black tights and flats and she looked like she gained a lot - then another picture in a wine colored dress and she looked slimmer. The pictures were all taken at press events for this movie.
She needs to be careful what she wears.

She looks better here body-wise. I don’t see how she’s large at all. I wouldn’t say she’s skinny, just slim. I prefer more tone in the arms and shoulders.
I also prefer her hair down and not bleached. I don’t think her face is nice enough to stand on its own. I think she’s odd-looking, but my boyfriend thinks she’s gross.
I agree with those saying that the dress is hiding any weight gain.
She’s fine as she is, but anymore weight gain will have me questioning her eating habits and lifestyle.

Normally…I love her. She looks in this picture however, like a clown. She’s a good size, though the dress does her no justice, and it wouldn’t hurt to lose a few.

Her stylist picked a good dress for her, at least. She doesn’t look any fatter or thinner than she’s ever been, but I think the dress takes a few pounds off her frame. She’s never been really toned or muscular and her pale skin doesn’t show her muscles too well. She kinda reminds me of Kate Winslet too…she’s got a womanly figure. Maybe that’s why she looks a bit older than she actually is.
i reckon shes about 125-130 pounds - perfectly healthy weight! she has a gorgeous, womanly figure. she clearly takes care of herself (but that is a monstrous tattoo)

I like the fact that she actually looks like a woman instead of a bag of bones like Keira Knightley and Natalie Portman. I don’t think her face is very pretty and she does look much older than she is. She does seem likeable and is a good actress. Her teeth look as they need to be whitened, though.

The dress itself is pretty and could hide…pretty much anything. It makes her look thin, but it makes her boobs (one of her only physical assets) look sad and poorly supported. The color of the dress, the color of the lipstick (makes her teeth look even yellower!!), and her hairstyle do not do her any favors.

I just don’t understand the appeal of this girl. I can admit when a woman is beautiful, and I just don’t see it! Her face looks kind of chubby in these photos, and yes she has big boobs but so what? Her overall body isn’t that great. Natalie Portman, her co-star, is so much more beautiful! Compare Scarlett to women like Gisele Bundchen and Alessandra Ambrosio and Scarlett is a plain Jane.
the women who complained about the tattoo are probably the ones that give me dirty looks when their husbands look twice at me (pretty heavily tattooed), rarely in a disgusted manner might I add. Maybe you should get off your high horse and figure out why it is you don’t like them (or girls like me) in the first place.

Scarlett doesn’t look too bad here, though I’m not a fan. She does look to have slimmed down a little bit, good for her - she needed to. She’s 5′1″, NOT 5′4″, as widely thought. She herself has admitted to being 5′1″. Any added pounds will show really obviously on such a short girl. She’s actually shorter than Natalie Portman if you see pictures of them together. Natalie is GORGEOUS!
I don’t get her either - not particularly beautiful, the kind of actress where you just can’t forget that she’s Scarlett pretending to be someone else, a body like a peeled hard-boiled egg, and the most inelegant duck-like gait I’ve ever seen.

I have to admit that I look at these pictures and my black heart relishes. Borderline chubby (cleverly hidden by a tent-dress), greasy hair and talentless as always. Never read the book and probably never gonna watch the movie-unless on dvd: scarlett and natalie are major turn offs for me. Natalie a bit less of course because she may be good in this movie.

first of all, she is not FAT!!! she is at a normal weight for her height and frame. Second, i think she looks beautiful. Natalie Portman is soooo overrated in terms of her beauty, i’d rather see Scarlett J any day. PLus, she is a much better actress than Ms. Portman who ruins every movie i’ve seen her in.

Breads: There’s no way she’s an 8. I’d say a 10, especially for trousers (given her height).
Having said that, she’s one of those girls that I never really have an opinion on, weight-wise. She doesn’t look thin. She doesn’t look fat. She looks like she just has a body, which serves the function of holding her organs in place - that’s it.
I liked how she looked in Lost in Translation: like an ordinary, normal girl. A pretty girl; one who doesn’t really have an opinion about her butt and has never checked for cellulite in the mirror.
