She is still sooo skinny..I hope the baby is getting enough nutrients..I get so sick of all this “cover up” dress wearing and hoopla over her and you could see her breasts were larger in those tarplike dresses you could see it in her face just come on and say yes I am friggin pregnant..I guess she wanted to wait another week to now wear a skin tight dress..Irritating.
Oh and to add,her being as skinny as she was and as tall as she is to be showing that much I am thinking she is like 7 or 7.5 months along already. That is a pretty significant baby bump..How far along do you all think she is?

She looks wonderful! She has this glow about her. All the weight seems to just have gone to her stomach though…look at her hands…I do not know if this is healthy or not for her or the baby but I’m not sure. I’m not a doctor so I wouldn’t know.

How on earth does a woman get pregnant with such a low body fat percentage? Nicole Richie aswell.. hmmmmm.. makes me wonder..
she looks too thin if she is indeed about 4/5 months pregnant, her elbow bones look really sharp and are jutting out.
If it’s anything like her last pregnancy, she should be gaining a healthy amount over the next couple of months. And this time, she doesn’t have grieving as an excuse to slim down so drastically.
I adore Angelina, but she needs to set a healthy example for her kids, especially her daughters. You need to make time and sit down to eat proper, healthy food at regular intervals throughout the day. Being ‘too busy’ isn’t an excuse; fueling your body properly isn’t something you just set aside as optional.

i’m seconding n’s comment. How in the world was Angelina even menstruating/ovulating? She was so freaking skinny (same with Nicole Richie) that it seems like it would just not be possible to get pregnant. That said, I think she looks beautiful pregnant and I hope that she has a healthy pregnancy.
although its common for women who are too skinny to lose their periods, some still manage to have them even to the point of emaciation, which is why angelina is still able to be pregnant, she obviously didnt make herself infertile through her starvation.
I hope she puts on enough weight for the baby, and then i hope she sees the light and keeps the weight on.

How the HELL do these malnourished women get pregnant so easily? I know they have money… but with Angelina’s busy schedule and everything, I highly doubt they were doing fertility treatments. Same with Nicole Ritchie. There are so many women who have fertility troubles because of too-low weights and body fat percentages. I don’t get it…

It isn’t as though you drop below a certain body fat percentage and your menstruation automatically stops! If that were true whole african societies would be wiped out by failure to conceive! Some women have trouble with their cycle at any weight, and some will have other medical problems associated with malnourishment before their periods stop. It is different for everyone. And by the way, infertility is more commonly associated with obesity than anorexia- think PCOS.
And by the way, I think Angelina is a home-wrecking whore.

I’m guessing she’s about 6 months. I think Angelina is a naturally rail thin woman, and I have a similar body type and have two children, both of my pregnancies I looked similar in bump at 6 months. I really started packing it on after the 7th month.
Sort of off topic, but did anyone see Jessica Alba on the red carpet last night in her talking to Ryan Seacrest? She says she is in her third trimester already..I was sort of surprised by that. I would have guessed her mid-2nd tri.
Well all we can see here is her arms and face… And they actually look a bit healthier!

Andrea- PCOS isn’t only associated with obesity. I was diagnosed with it and I’ve got a healthy BMI of 18. Just wanted to clarify that… also PCOS doesn’t mean automatic infertility, Vic Beckham and Jools Oliver also have it, both thin and with kids!

I think your comment about PCOS is not true. I have it and am a healthy weight and easily able to conceive. I think it is at both ends of the spectrum. PCOS does not mean obesity.

I don’t get it either; I lose my period when I get under about 16% body fat and it seems like these skinny minis in Hollywood get preggers instantly. I think a lot of them use Clomid, but some of them are probably not underfat, just underweight. There’s a big difference…it’s your body fat levels that determine how much estrogen you have, and everyone’s threshold for how much estrogen they need to ovulate is a bit different.
Still, I’m kinda surprised Angie’s pregnant again. Doesn’t that sort of go against all the stuff she’s supposed to stand for? Like overpopulation and adopting homeless kids and whatnot. Plus I thought she didn’t really like being pregnant. Whatever.

ovulation does NOT depend on weight. It does depend on the amount of body fat, which is why some female body builders, although the proper weight, can lose their menses.
Education, girls, education, before judging people as “unhealthy” example and yadda yadda.
Um..it is very possible to get pregnant even if your periods have stopped. Just because you’re not menstruating doesn’t mean you’re not ovulating.

i’m sure we’ll be seeing lots of the “she’s so skinny, the baby’s gonna be malnourished!!!” comments in the next couple of months. why do people think that you need to gain 50-60 pounds to have a healthy baby?
I think if she gained 15 pounds, even after she gives birth, she’d be the most beautiful woman alive. I mean her eyes, nose, lips, skin, neck, height, she’s got it all. Plus she doesn’t care of what anyone thinks, she does her own thing, whether it’s taking other women’s men, giving birth in africa, adopting a million kids…she’s just herself
I’m so glad Brad left Jennifer Aniston for her! She’s such a better catch - talent wise and personality wise. Jennifer Aniston always seemed to have the personality of an old, moldy sponge, the fashion sense of someone who’d never been introduced to color, and an individual whose only goal in life was to be thin and toned.

For all the people wondering how she got pregnant at such a low body weight (which is what I’d be wondering too… I lose my period as soon as I drop below 100 lbs, and I’m at a higher BMI than she is)… I read somewhere (not sure if it’s true though) that she had to go through in vitro fertilization to get pregnant, she was unable to get pregnant naturally. Which makes a whole lot of sense to me, she looks WAY to thin to be mensturating.

she totally went through fertility treatments for this pregnancy!! although, yes, skinny women conceive all the time as do overweight women. she looks way too thin for someone carrying another life though. i am not saying she needs to balloon up & gain 70lbs with this pregnancy, but at least gain the 35lbs which i think is recommended for underweight women.
I didn’t say every woman with PCOS is obese. It is ASSOCIATED with obesity. In fact, one thing we recommend to obese women with PCOS is weight loss and glucose control. If you have PCOS and are thin, you are unlucky because you haven’t done anything to cause it. Yes, that happens. But MOST of the time, women with PCOS are obese. And hirsuit. So I guess if you have it and are thin, you can either consider yourself unlucky because you have it or lucky because you aren’t fat and hairy.

the androgens (masculinizing) are what causes them to be hairy (hirsuit).

Star magazine (Feb. 11 issue) says that she had in vitro fertilization, and that she is expecting twins this summer.
In vitro or not, this is definitely a baby bump ! I’ve never really liked her as an actress (and I don’t know her personnally so who am I to judge ?) but good for her if she wants to have more kids. She’ll probably gain enough weight so as to be healthy in the next few weeks, but I’ve always pegged her as a naturally thin woman (although she did get thinner in the past year)
