Her so-called pooch is what happens when you don’t suck in, or get a tummy tuck after having a baby. Imagine a balloon being blown up to the max and then the air let out it never looks brand new again. I’m a similar build as Kate, and I have a little pooch after 2 kids, despite any amount of excercise.

Lisa, you probably ate a healthy diet and didn’t let yourself go during your two pregnancies. I gained about 60lbs each time, and I believe Kate did too. I’m glad to be back to a size 4, but it ain’t pretty in a bikini, hanging upside down

Wow, my body looks really similar to hers! except i’m more olive complected, 20 years old, and have never had a kid. She must be around 5′6, 120-125. She looks so young for her age. It makes me feel good to know i have the body comparable to celeb like kate. Narrow hips, cute butt, slight stomach pooch when i’m bloated or eat a big lunch…oh and tiny boobs. And she seems to carry some “puff” in her face and upper body like i do. It sucks. But nothing a little upper body free weight work won’t fix.

The pooch thing is not really fat, it’s just how her ab muscles are. I have very little belly fat, but my lower ab muscles just make a little pooch. A REAL tummy pooch is like, a muffin top. the reason for the slight lower tummy protrusion is the posture. The second photo epitomizes poor posture, which can lead to bakc problems and muscles being too contracted/ too stretched. Stand up straight
