Crazy Celebrity Diet & Exercise Secrets
Category: Celebrity Diets, Misc Celebs & Diet News, Celebrity ExerciseDISCLAIMER: Do not read this post if you have severe body issues. And do not try these diets and/or exercise plans at home or you could become very sick!
There is a very interesting article running on the UK Daily Mail website right now that exposes some truly odd (and scary) celebrity diet and exercise secrets.
I’ll sum up some of the highlights for you all. According to the article, often times when celebrities reveal their diet and exercise tips, they aren’t quite being honest. There is a lot more starvation and obsessive exercise going on behind the scenes than most of us know. (Not very surprising, is it?)
For instance…
- Many young Hollywood It Girls take the drug Adderall, which is supposed to be for ADD. But it is said to kill the appetite and give you energy as well. It has been found on many young celebs who have been arrested, such as Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan and Britney Spears.
- Clenbuterol, a horse asthma drug, is also used to lose weight quickly. This drug however is said to ruin your metabolism, so those certain celebs who seem to fluctuate a lot in weight are suspected of using it.
- One famous actress only ate a few hardboiled eggs each day while filming the movie “Cold Mountain”. (Hmm, who could that have been… Nicole Kidman? Renee Zellweger? Natalie Portman?)
- Marcia Cross admits to often going hungry to stay slim. Her recent confession: “Not eating is a constant struggle. It’s like they pay me not to eat. It’s a living hell.”
- A lot of celebs spend hours in the gym each day to shape up/keep fit/tone up. For instance, Kate Hudson worked out three hours per day to shed her pregnancy weight. To prepare for her Daisy Duke role, Jessica Simpson worked out two hours per day, six days a week. One singer/actress reportedly spends 5 hours per day in a Hollywood gym. (Hmm, I wonder who THAT could be…?)
Anyway, those are some of the highlights of this fascinating article… click here to read it in full! There is more than I mentioned, like one model who lived on Diet Coke and peanuts.
Any guesses as to who any of these ‘mysterious’ celebs are that are mentioned?

no wonder hollywood is so messed up. i honestly don’t understand why anyone in america would even start to think that any of these celebrities are “role models.” its pretty sad that this is what our world has come to and what it takes to be defined as “beautiful.”
I think that you should take this article down. I think that it is clear that many of the people (myself included) who visit this blog have body image issues. I think this article may give people unhealthy ideas about how to go about losing weight. Thank you.
IF someone wanted to lose weight so badly, as to want to go to these “extreme” measures, I am pretty sure there are TONS of other sites that would give them this type of info. This is nothing new, and nothing surprising. I think most of us have heard it before.
I bet the 5 hour a day working out celeb is Renee Zellweger.
Natalie Portman’s vegan so the egg thing isn’t her.
Ugh.. the thing I find stupid about these articles is when they try to say these methods DON’T work. They obviously do, that’s not the question, it’s the fact that you shouldn’t use these methods to lose weight. But all this bull about stuff like Adderall eventually making you fat…. is Nicole Richie fat now? What about Lindsay Lohan? Paris Hilton…. hmmm no.
Same with caffeine… Mary-Kate Olsen drinks it all the time, supposedly to stay thin. But according to that article it can actually make you fat! But is she fat? NO!
I think instead of lying about things like how restricting your calories a lot can make you gain weight (yeah tell that to starving children in Ethiopia…) and all that other stuff, be straight up! Say that yes, these methods DO work. You will lose weight if you starve yourself/drink lots of caffeine/take Adderall… but you will hurt yourself in other ways and you will not be able to live that kind of a lifestyle forever. Trying to trick people that they don’t work is silly, people aren’t dumb they can see the results… it’s whether or not they also want the consequences.
What really blows my mind is not necessarily the extremes to which celebrities go to lose weight, but the fact that they do utilize such means when losing weight is not really that complicated or difficult in the first place. Sure, it takes some willpower, but if these women are willing to starve themselves, they obviously have some willpower. Female fitness (not bodybuilders) models are slim and sleek and have a very low body fat percentage and they don’t need to take drugs assigned to different species or starve themselves. S-h-i-t, female fitness models eat more than some guys.
Sad but I believe every thing that is written here and it is more than likely all true. Hollywood is a sad place.
it’s been obvious for years that the ‘it’ girls are going to extreme lengths to stay skinny. If you haven’t heard about the tricks of the trade yet you are far behind. I find it very refreshing to hear the truth about how the girls stay skinny. its not their ‘fast metabolism’ or that their ‘naturally thin’. i think those excuses are more dangerous to young (and older) girls who think they’re supposed to look like that. If everyone can learn that it is not natural, that these girls certainly wouldn’t look like that if they ate heathfully, it gives me at least a better self image.
i think that the only eats hard boiled eggs is renee z
They do what they have to do to maintain, it’s the industry. As a society, we will critcize them for being big, but then others critcize them for being too thin. We never discuss the average celebs, because they aren’t any fun to talk about. It’s one extreme or another, i’d rather look at a bag of bones who cares enough to not be fat than a larger celeb who looks like she hasn’t met a donut she doesn’t like.
I think the singer-actress that worked out for 5 hours is probably Hillary Duff..she’s not a “naturally thin” celeb and probably has to work hard at maintaining.
I think the singer-actress that worked out for 5 hours is probably Hillary Duff..she’s not a “naturally thin” celeb and probably has to work hard at maintaining.
I’ll go with the obvious guess and say Oprah?
When the article highlights the fact that these methods DON’T work, it’s because they really DON’T WORK!! You might lose 10 pounds in a week by fasting/taking drugs/doing whatever is “required”, but as soon as you start eating back normally, you’ll gain twice as much, for your metabolism will have slowed down, and your general fitness will be screwed up. Ergo the fluctuations in weight that many people struggle with. The only way to really lose weight is to go to a nutritionist and follow his/her advice. We are being brainwashed and kidded around by these celebrities.
I pretty much stopped reading after they stated that Britney has been arrested. Not much fact checking going on (not that I really expected it from the UK Mail).
Clearly, these methods work. What saddens me is that we (myself included) idolize these women & they way they look when in actuality, they are unhealthy & unfed & endangering their health. HELL, I LIKE TO EAT! That doesnt seem to be a happy way to live. In addition, when we call Sienna Miller or Nicole Richie “fat” we drive her to these habits.
This makes me sad. I like to look good, but I don’t want to be responsible for tearing another woman down.
I think renè zellweger is the eggs eater and madonna surely works out 5 hours a day…I think paris hilton is not naturally thin, she has bulimia for sure, she’s a yo-yo and she admitted to throw up last year(remember the to-do list?)she’s a fucking lier…
I’m not surprised…the eggs eater is renee zellweger, natalie portman is a vegan and she’s too intelligent for this, madonna surely works out 5 hours a day but she’s madonna, she’s the best…paris hilton is not naturally thin, she’s clearly bulimic, she’s a yo-yo and she admitted to throw up last year(remember the to-do list?),she’s a fucking lier…
I’m not surprised!! the eggs eater is renee zellweger, natalie portman is a vegan and she’s too intelligent for this, madonna surely works out 5 hours a day but she’s the best!!
If they really truly use these methods, they work. Look at them. How skinny are they!
and PARIS is not naturally thin, she’s clearly bulimic, she’s a yo-yo and remember her to-do list last year?she admitted to throw up…stupid ugly bitch–
paris is clearly bulimic,,she’s a fucking bitch and a lier
Kayleigh. thank you.
B.SophiaLoren, you tear them apart so that you’ll feel better about yourself, and that means you’ll think that you yourself look good. Pretty much everyone has this tendency in them. Hell, these women likely do it to each other. And you shouldn’t feel bad for them. They have a choice. They get a lot of attention and make gazillions of money for doing what they do. So it’s understandable why they do it, but not excusable. And it doesn’t have to be this way. History has shown us that women don’t have to starve themselves to be considered beautiful and desirable. If Marilyn Munroe were put on this site today, we’d get dozens of comments saying she’s fat, untoned, etc. Yet she had more talent, personality, sex appeal, and beauty than all the airheads today combined. And better, one can find a few examples today of people who are physical and aesthetic role models because they look healthy, strong, smart, and happy. (Though I can’t think of any names at the moment!!
)
My reaction to the article is poopsian: the one possible bright spot is that these idiots will keel over dead sooner rather than later, and then we won’t have to look at their stupid faces and bodies any more.
I agree with liz. I think this should be taken down.
liz, the article is all over the internet. It would do no good to take it down. I hope the people visiting this website are intelligent enough not to use any of the methods listed!
Cecile, I don’t think it’s Renee because she’s not a singer, just an actress, right?
I think Renee Zellweger was the egg person in “Cold Mountain”…I also heard she runs 10 miles a day. I think she has problems.
This doesn’t need to be taken down. Just don’t read it if you have issues.
And these celebs that do these things are not HEALTHY. What matters most is being healthy.
@ Milla
The point I’m trying to make is yes, they DO work. You will lose weight if you starve yourself or do drugs or whatever else. But is it worth it for the side effects? And to keep the weight off you’ll have to keep up that kind of lifestyle and diet forever, is that even possible? That’s the point I’m trying to make… it will work, you will lose weight, but inevitably something’s gonna give because no one can do that forever. And then yeah, you’ll gain back but that’s true of any kind of yo-yo crazy dieting, not just these kinds. They work but only until you stop employing those methods.
Thalia- Jennifer Garner is an excellent example of a fit, toned, happy, well rounded woman. There are never fat or scary skinny stories about her.
This is why I will never be stick thin. I couldn’t jeopardize the REST OF MY LIFE for being able to fit into a 00 right now. It’s just not worth it.
everybody has their issues…
But these are extreme mesures they HAVE to do because it’s their job to look god and be thin.
If they gain weight they might as well lose a movie role for a thinner and younger actress who is starving herself at this very moment…
O well, I looove eating, so I probably wouldn’t be a succesfull actress. LOL
I’ve added a disclaimer. Hopefully people will listen to it!
I can see how someone can exercise a couple hours per day, as endorphins are addicting, but 5 hours? Wow.
As for eating only a few eggs or nuts per day, I wouldn’t be able to get out of bed! I don’t know how those celebs do it.
P.S. If Hilary Duff worked out five hours per day, she would be a HECK of a lot thinner than she is now! She’d be a skeleton.
who cares?
I like what Tim Jones said. This article isn’t saying anything that we didn’t already know - gals (and some guys) will use extreme tactics in their pursuit of thinness. In reality it is very simple - everything in moderation (food, exercise etc).
Maybe instead of going on this site and various other sites listing “celebrity diets” which all equate to eating disorder behavior which im sure most of us are familiar with, we can all can get off the internet, get off our asses and go walk around in circles for a couple hours trying to figure out why we have bought into the media’s definition of a perfect body and how our obssession with body image is just making someone else laugh all the way to the bank. Stop obssessing about diets. Eat to survive, stay active and start living your life. Your body is a temple not a gauntlent for carbon dioxide, diet coke and hard-boiled eggs.
‘not a straight guy in the world knows the difference between a size 14 and a size 4′
HA, right. there’s no way i believe that. guys can definitely tell the difference.
I completely agree with Liz…although this article may be posted elsewhere on the internet, this is definitely NOT a website that should be posting a “scary skinny how-to” manual.
I have personally experienced how such articles can lead to a weight loss obsession. A couple years ago I read an article about how LL took Clen to lose a bunch of weight, so I found a website that would actually sell it to me and ordered some…along with another drug advertised on the site to cause even MORE weightloss! Mind you, I was about a size 4/6 without diet or exercise and really didn’t need to do anything more than give up some junk food and hit the gym a few times a week to tone up a bit. But after reading about Clen, I had discovered a way to be super skinny a la LL in her “scary skinny” days. I started taking the pills, they made me feel REALLY horrible and thankfully I was smart enough to stop taking them.
I fear that some girls (either younger, more insecure, or with a little more extra weight) won’t stop and cause serious injury to themselves. Or even worse, some may even combine a few of these weightloss tactics, which could be SERIOUSLY HARMFUL!
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don’t try these!!! Having worked in Hollywood a bit, I have seen how celebrities eat very little and workout a lot for a few days to get the extra flat tummy for a photoshoot or revealing scene, but MOST do NOT do this continually! Lighting, makeup, camera angles, clothing and airbrushing is VERY misleading!!
wow… this is seriously crazy. and just by the way, i think its great that you put this disclaimer up!!!
Yeah, the size 14 comment at the end of the article is bull. I was a size 14 through college and didn’t have much luck with guys. I lost 35 pounds last year and I definitely get more attention now from guys as a size 6 when I go out.
INfo about Clenbuterol is a little misguided. Clenbuterol is used in Horses in the U.S., unsed in humans other places. Could go on and on, but everyone here has Google so why bother?
Yeah, I was pretty aware of the craziness that goes on in Hollywood. Some of those stars are just plain stupid. Clenbuterol doesn’t only wreck your metabolism; it DESTROYS your thyroid gland. Yep, it DESTROYS it. So you’ll lose a bunch of weight at first, but then as soon as you stop taking it, you regain it all back and if you keep taking it, you end up with no thyroid left. I suppose most of these methods do work, for about 4 weeks or so, but then they backfire and you wind up worse off than you were before. Anyone knows fasting or juice cleansing or anything like that is mostly water loss and food loss…it’s not “real” weight.
And I’m fairly sure most stars work out a lot more than they admit to. I KNOW it’s Madonna who works out 5 hours a day (she actually admits it; none of the other ppl would probably admit it). And I do have to give Marcia Cross props for at least admitting that she gets paid not to eat. I CANNOT stand it when these celebs say that they’re genetically blessed or something like that. Or that they eat whatever they want (as long as that something is eggs, lol) and play with their kids for exercise. It’s like, PUH-LEASE.
Spectra, you are right when you say that “cleansing” diets usually result in water and other fluid loss, but they do in fact allow you to lose “real” weight. It just so happens that the “real” weight loss is muscle and not fat. I am not defending “cleansing” diets. If anything, my comment only discredits their usefulness even more.
Ugh Marcia Cross is an idiot for not eating, and anyone else is too…you need to eat to survive and eat so you are not hungry…you learned that when you were born omggggggggg, I like being thin but you have to eat or you’re just going to backfire and splurge. The length people go through makes me angry/sad.
wow, thats sick, i eat eat whatever i want and just do 30 minutes of cardio everyday and my weight never goes up, i am very toned and fit, cant these people just fit 30 minutes of cardio into there “busy” days.
everyone needs to relax a little. We are all old enough and responsible enough to not have to “do” everything we read about. Hopefully we can read something without it endangering ourselves. If you don’t want to read it, don’t. But, don’t make her take it down because y’all are not smart enough to make your own decisions.
JANIE…You are very naive. I wish we all lived your fantasy world.
its a british size 14 dumbass, which is size 10 in the US
Just about the egg diet…it couldn’t have been Natalie Portman, she’s a strict vegan.
Sorry guys, just had to put that out there. =)
I would guess that 98 percent of the people that visit this site have body image issues and a past (or present) filled with eating disorders. Including myself.
This is triggering but people choose to read it and the strong people will not go back to old ways or try these things.
Read the whole article people, it’s not healthy.
do you live in richmond va?
I really want to know who the 5 hour a gym girl is.
Anyone know?
Oh and Britney Spears was arrested, she just turned herself in and we never got a mugshot.
I bet the 5 hour a day working out celeb is Madonna. I think Nicole Kidman is more capable of the few eggs a day diet.
I think they’ve no choice really. It’s their job to look pretty, and the scrutiny they’re getting from the press isn’t helping too.
My god..Leave it up and let darwinism take its toll.More bad news on that horse drug is that it perm. thickens your heart muscle. + heart attack after heart attack and then you get to die young and fat with your blown thyroid. So glam!
These methods are for fast loss for jobs. Not for real people that have the time to take it off. Like tim jones said…You can eat like a horse if you workout for it.
But everyone is lazy and wants the quick fix.
Biggest secret of them all.
Eat for right your weight and be active 30 minutes - 60 minutes. You will be slim eventually. 1200cals for female - 1500cals for male
WOW> so exclusive!
R ian shouldn’t have to take this post down. Information about clen and adderall is everywhere..on other sites, magazines, on tv, etc. etc. It’s nothing new.
I think the boiled egg (ew!) celeb is Renee Z. The 5 hours of exercise a day celeb is def Madonna.
To anyone reading this post and thinking of trying Adderall.. doesn’t the fact that Britney Spears uses it kinda turn you off? I mean, c’mon, obviously it isn’t THAT effective.
Kelsey, sorry, but frankly that’s stupid.
What I find astounding is how these super skinny celebs subsisting on diet coke and prescription meds manage to get pregnant!(i.e. Nicole Ritchie or Kidman) When your body is so thin you don’t get your period, let alone a sex drive
Kayleigh - you’re so right. I read the article, and I work in the industry .. I thought a lot of it was accurate - but I laughed so hard when they said Adderall can make you get fat. That’s a lie. Adderall (and a LOT of celebs and models are using it) is pure amphetamine. There’s nothing mysterious about amphetamine and its effects - gaining weight is simply not one of them.
I’m not trying to encourage ANYONE to use it without a doctor’s recommendation, but the fact is there are hundreds of thousands or even millions of people who’ve been taking Adderall safely (for ADD, narcolepsy, etc.) for many years. Everyone from air force pilots to Presidents to actresses use the stuff. Also in life we tend to mix “drug use” up with “drug abuse.” Big diff.
The IV thing is just ludicrous. I’ve never known anyone to get this stupid. If someone does that they have major issues and need serious psychiatric help.
Again, I’m not recommending any of the things in the article, but I am encouraging everyone to apply some basic critical thinking.
Oh another thing or two -
I know a lot of body-conscious people in the industry, and not a single one, to my knowledge, uses clenbuterol.
And also, modeling agencies frequently discourage girls from getting too much exercise because it makes them eat more. Sounds weird, but…
“There’s no straight guy in the world who knows the difference between a size 14 and a size 4.”
Count me as one who (proudly) does.
i would try all of these if i had the chance. or the money.
coke is fine for now.
clenbuterol does NOT lower your metabolism. It will stop working after a while and you’ll have to take a break from it but your metabolism goes back to normal at that point. It does harden the heart wall if you take it for an extended period of time which increases your risk of heart attack and other heart problems.
reading more of the comments I’d like to clarify some more. Clenbuterol does NOT work on your thyroid. You guys are confusing it with the hormone t3. The thyroid makes hormones t3 and t4, so if you take it your thyroid stops making it. Clenbuterol is not a hormone and it has nothing to do with your thyroid.
I have a revolutionary idea: Eat in moderation and balance when you are hungry, stop when you are no longer hungry. Be active for at least 30min most days. No horse pills required.
How can I make millions off of this?
One last thing - the clenbuterol you get if you type “order clen” on google is very rarley pure clen. If your lucky you’ll get mostly chalk dust but you may get rat poison or something with similar side effects as clen but with much more horrible effects on your body. There are sources were you can get “quality” clen the like but they are not easily found on google. So if you HAVE to take it and I cant change your mind, do lots and lots of research on were you get it.
Now i know why im not thin
Starving yourself and taking drugs ruins your body, period. No wonder why some of them look sickly looking.
Oh goodness, people are actually considering some of these methods now? I took adderall in high school because that was the “cool” drug for a while–it’s just synthetic coke. It’s bad enough people feed this to their children like candy, let alone want to submit themselves to a nasty drug habit just to lose a few pounds. Another side effect is a lack of sleep. I for one, will NOT give up sleeping and eating to fit into a 0.
adderal is a prescription drug, but of course a lot of these celebs can obtain them illegally and/or their doctors are very willing to prescribe various meds that they don’t even need. Case in point: anna nicole smith
I just think it’s sad that women put down other women, shouldnt we compliment each other?
Anyway, I just dont understand how many of them can go and say I am so healty, I eat healthy food n work out, when its not true, thats sad.
I find this article very triggering. Suppose I should have listened to the disclaimer.LOL.
My bet is that this may go down as one of the most popular, most viewed post.
I agree with Liz and slide too.
i was on a diet coke and coffe for 1 week and i lost 8 kg.
That sounds awfully dangerous Lina. Diet coke sucks the calcium out of your bones (osteoperosis is not worth losing a few kgs) and the sweetners and preservatives have been linked with cancer and heart disease.
all these girls are very stupid…they don’t know healthy diet and work out is the only way to stay thin and fit and healthy…others way aged you so much and drive you to death very quickly…and marcia cross is a complete idiot, she’s more than 40 and she has 2 babies, she’s not a young drunken it girl who spends time slutting around…
What this article has done is taken all the “bits and pieces” about celebrities and their diets that we’ve already read about for years, and put it all into one cohesive article. Nothing really new here, nothing to warrant taking this piece down. We’ve heard it all before. I can’t even take an aspirin without worrying about the possible side effects, I can’t imagine taking thes drugs for any reason other than for what they are intended. And for Natasha to give Adderall a casual, subliminal plug, is more dangerous than the article itself.
I feel nauseous.
So celebrities put in extra gym hours before important roles. So Lindsay, Paris and Britney have disordered eating. So, some celebrities smoke and some drink coffee. But it’s not that hard to lose weight and to keep it off, especially if you can afford a personal trainer and a chef. Any celebrity that starves themselves constantly is stupid, because they’ll pile the weight back on after their extreme diet. And I have to point out that what with Lindsay et al being caught with coke, the article understates the role of drugs in Hollywood. However, most celebrities probably work out regularly and mostly eat heathily - but that doesn’t make a good newspaper article, and that doesn’t satisfy the public’s desire for a quick-fix weight loss.
I always knew a sizable amount of posters here had serious body image issues, and the extent to which it was displayed on this topic should not be alarming given my previous statement, but geez, seeing it in print is horrifying.
I’m going to get this out there: In my opinion, Jessica Alba is the most gorgeous girl in Hollywood. She has amazing skin, a perfect body (IMO), she did get skinny for a while, but she was always toned. SHE is a health nut, too. eats healthy, exercises, takes vitamins, cuts out the caffeine..and look at her. She’s not sickly looking - she is the epitamy of health.
Look at some of these girls who do these things mentioned, and they are nasty looking..Lindsa Lohan, Britney, among others.
This is not a healthy way to lose weight, and it will show in your looks. I’d rather lose weight the healthy way, and look good at the same time.
ya…and i’m with you on that one..I can’t take anything without having a slight panic attack..couldn’t imagine putting drugs in my system.
I find this article to be right on target to everything I expected from the Hollywood community. I used to be addicted to drugs and I lost about 40 pounds from it, but as soon as I stopped I gained some of the weight back and my body was in horrible condition. No wonder so many people die at young ages in Hollywood. I would have died if I had kept up my diet pepsi and cocaine diet. I take Adderall for ADD, but it was so easy to get it from my doctor that it was scary. All I had to do was go in, say the right things, and I got it. But, it’s not the wonder drug everyone thinks. Even though I take my required dosage a day, you do get adjusted to adderall and most of the initial effects of the drug wear off so you remain focused and alert, but the reduced hunger and the “speed-like” effects go away. I know many people who take Adderall and they all say the same thing.
Right Tim Jones. The thing is it shouldn’t have to be a struggle. Eating sensibly and getting a normal amount of exercise should bring most of us to a normal weight. The problem is not many are satisfied with normal anymore. Sad. We live in a world of excess and just don’t know when enough is enough.
Good thing celebs have the money to pay for all the consequences of these crazy “tips”. IVF to get pregnant, because you stop ovulating when you are too skinny; plastic surgery and botox to fix your sagging, sallow skin after you suck its nutrients; “exhaustion” admits to deal with dehydration from not even wanting to gain water weight; weekly manicures to cover your broken nails and extensions because your hair is thin and lifeless; take after take because your short term memory is nonexistent and you can’t remember your lines….
no wonder being a star is a full-time “job”.
i believe the UK Daily Mail more than i believe these celebs who say they eat healthy meals and exercise 40 minutes a day
crazy diets are one thing but taking drugs is just stupid - especially when you’re using drugs that aren’t meant for what you’re using them for - you can really mess up your body AND your brain (not that these 3 are using much of their brains)
eggs only = Renee Z.
3 hours a day wouldn’t have been necessary if Kate hadn’t gained 70 pounds when pregnant
5 hours a day exercising - when do they work?
There is some truth to the fact that extended cocaine/adderall/amphetamine use will eventually make you fat. Look at people like Jim Morrisson and Elvis before their deaths. Eventually the use of uppers will destroy your metabolism. When you come down, you feel REALLY hungry and binge eating ensues. Your digestive system is so messed up it can barely even process all of that food, and it results in weight gain. The only way to avoid that is constant drug use, but most people can’t keep that up. So in the first stages of addiction there is usually ridiculous Wino-esque weightloss, but the later stages are often accompanied by weightgain.
Well said, Kayleigh.
Having worked in entertainment/modeling, none of these methods sounded innovative or new to me. I once knew a model who ate whatever she wanted but would use meth or heoin for the week prior to a photoshoot to drop 15 pounds. I have tried a lot of tricks myself (nothing that extreme) but always have a backlash of weight afterwards. Currently, I have discovered that strictly maintaining a clean diet (low-fat vegetarian with less than 40 net carbs a day) and working out 5-6 times a week allows me to stay in optimal shape. (I do not think an hour and a half to two hours at the gym is excessive; I think it’s necessary if you want a muscular, lean body, like Jessica’s was in Dukes.)
Whoever said they do 30 minutes of cardio a day and can eat whatever they want is either A)blessed by God or B)delusional about how “fit and toned” they are. (Either that or they are under 20.)30 minutes of cardio a day 3 times a week is fine to improve cardiovascular health, and better than nothing at all, but you are not EVER going to look like Jennifer Garner, Heidi Klum, Jessica Simpson or any of those types with that minimal amount of exercise. (unless you are the luckiest person on the planet.)That’s the least amount recommended by doctors for basic health manintenance (ie, to not keel over of heart disease and diabetes), not what you do to get a fab magazine-worthy body.
*runs off to buy adderall*
kidding.
I think the person who exercise for 5 hours a day may be kylie (very famous in the uk) i think i remember her saying something like keeping in shape by taking her/her boyfriends dog for a walk and doing yoga.
woops sorry retract that i didnt read ‘hollywood gym’
They do undercut the use of COCAINE in Hollywood to stay slim. HELLO NIKI HILTON
Hey everyone, I’ve closed comments for this article. Please read the comment rules - this is not an ED or pro-ana site. I was simply reporting on celeb diet and exercise gossip as I always do. Too bad it was taken the wrong way by some of you.
To the people who say they hate this website: Stop visiting it. Common sense.
