i’m not a huge fan of her personally but i do think she’s pretty & a good role model. i adore the fact that she’s maintained her athletic frame despite everyone else in Hollywood, all throughout her career.

She’s as bland as plain rice and although she’s very fit I don’t think her body is very nice looking.
She has the best body in Hollywood, IMO. I get so tired of people posting about how “fit” someone is, when you know the person smokes cigarettes and drinks alcohol heavily (think Catherine Zeta Jones, for example). Jessica is someone who works at her body in a healthy way, by weight-training and eating a clean diet. It definitely shows!
I think she looks very cute, but she’s dressed a lot like me in my downtime so I’m being biased.
She has a truly great, well-maintained figure with lovely proportions.

Rian, let me commend you for the last 2 posts. Jessica Biel and Ana Ivanovic both have the athletic bodies that are achieved through healthy training, and I’m glad to hear so many people appreciating their bodies because I have a similar build to both (depending on how much I’m working out). The 3 of us will never look like delicate little flowers, but can be attractive nonetheless.
i dont think its possible for a person to be more perfect then her! shes beautiful and never gets scary skinny to fit into the hollywod norm!

It’s either a pitt bull or an American Staffordshire Terrier. It’s a bit hard to tell in a picture, pits are a little taller/leaner than AmStaffs. Either a pit or an AmStaff is a great dog as long as you get it from a reputable breeder that has never used fighting lines (which makes them dog aggressive, not people aggressive) and have given their puppies a lot of social (both dog and human) stimulation. Another great cousin of these breeds is the Staffordshire Bull Terrier (the nanny dog), they are the shortest version of this terrier line and very cute. Naturally, these dogs (like many other breeds) need good discipline and socialization because they are quite powerful.
I had an AmStaff for a while, she was a very sweet velcro dog. They are all sweet breeds with a good owner.
she does have a great toned, healthy body. but that is the ugliest effing outfit I have ever seen. Each piece on its own is bad, but assembled they are somehow worse…especially the boots, no way the jeans are the worst..um I mean the top…ok seriously the boots are the worst

I know that by “normal” I’m presuming that you mean not skeletal nor chubby, which I agree with. This body type though is far from normal in terms of the general population unfortunately. I actually think her hips and legs look slimmer than usual, maybe it’s just the billowy top. Not really digging the camel top/jacket and boots. Otherwise would think the jeans and white T looked fresh and classic, but certainly not exactly edgy. She mightn’t be going for a long power walk, I wear sporty clothes for that but often will take my dog to run errands just in casual clothes. Some people just like to have their dogs with them and not just when exercising..

Thanks, Ama! I wear boots while walking my dog everyday! Of course, they’re Wellies, as I live in a rainy climate. Walking the dog requires one to wear clothing that can get quite dirty. It’s hard to look cute!
The only thing I don’t like about this picture is the boots! She has a fabulously amazing body, and I wholeheartedly second the “real dog” comment from mar.

i think she’s gained weight…you can especially see it in her legs. either that, or she’s gained more muscle which i personally don’t find very attractive.
She’s definitely a positive image of health. She looks strong, fit, and like she actually eats meals, not just alcohol, drugs, diet pills, and laxatives!

I think she lost weight. Pitty, because she was one of the girls who looked healty and not giving in to hollywood standards. Even though I think her butt is too thick but she can’t control that I guess. But she should’nt lose weight anymore, to stay a good role model for girls I mean.

My first impression was definitely that her legs look thinner than usual, but it’s hard to tell in jeans. Not a huge fan of hers, a little too muscled/broad in the shoulders. Not that that’s awful, I just don’t find it very feminine.

She’s very fit, but for my taste a bit too muscular and she doesn’t know how to dress well for her bodytype. The lower half looks ok, but she’s got big shoulders, so she should wear something to hide that a bit.

im surprised i havent noticed her dramatic weight loss in the lower half of the body? u should do a before and after of her. she used to have a ASS and MUSCULAR THIGHTS, but her legs are plain skinny now.remember the illusionist premiere of her in the weight dress? you could tell how curvy she was..now she’s just plain lean and toned, like any other celeb who hits the gym.

Ihatecheese- I think people (on here) say that in comparision to some of the skinnier celebs that have little to know muscle tone (like Ashlee Simpson, Nicole RIchie- as much as I love her- ect… She DOES NOT look like a man, and she has a rockin’ body. I’m jealous. I will never look like that, EVER.

I love her boots…and they look comfy. It’s not like she’s wearing stilletos or something. She also looks a little thinner to me. Still great though. I actually used to not care for her but she’s growing on me. Especially since she’s a little more real and down to earth than the majority of Hollywood. Lis, NEVER go to a breeder. there are thousands of pit amstaff and staffie mixes and purebreds in shelters and rescues. buying from a breeder is only contributing to the problem. AND TO ANYONE WHO WANTS ONE OF THESE DOGS RESEARCH THEM EVERYDAY FOR AT LEAST SIX MONTHS! THERE IS A LOT TO LEARN ABOUT THEM AND THEY ARE NOT FOR EVERYONE.
