Is it my imagination, or has she gained some weight recently? What do you all think?

You could never tell in those clothes! She’s still quite thin. If you had someone standing next to her for comparison, it would be obvious. NO ONE could ever look attrative in that outfit. Period!

The hottest woman on earth would look awful in that outfit. I think she looks the same weight-wise as she has for the last few years. She seems to carry her weight around her midsection.

I really think she’s made-up to look middle aged for the role, in fact, her waistline might be padded. Notice how in the first picture the wind is blowing up the shirt, and there’s something under the shirt (not skin colored).
I thought she had been looking really thin during her past few appearances. Perhaps another post of her in a dress would be more fitting.

Think that Catherine is (still) dressed in the clothes (and frumpy-looking clothes at that!!) which she had to wear in her movie. IMO, I just think that she is “made up” to appear this way for the movie she’d (just) completed. She looks to be ‘made-up’ to look like a middle-aged house-wife (no offense to middle aged housewives)….many ladies in their 30’s, 40’s & 50’s remain quite toned & look much younger than their true biological age(s) …(they go to the gym to work out or go swimming, etc, in order to keep their bodies “in shape” as they become older). OR, they (like Katherine) have personal one-on-one personal trainers and dieticians to prepare the EXACT PROPER type of MEALS! IMO, Catherine is thin/slim and if she had on better clothes (in these pics) which fit (complemented) her figure she does have a thinner and slim body. Catherine is a beautiful lady with a beautiful thin and toned body.

She just has the kind of body type where her legs are really skinny but her waist isnt very defined. It’s a kind of strange body shape but nevertheless she is still beautiful!
There must be something that happens when younger women marry old guys…look at Katie Holmes. They start to look older than they really are; probably to make their hubbies feel less geriatric. White/light-colored pants are never that slimming, so I think that’s why she looks heavy. Also, she needs some makeup BADLY.

I don’t think she looks like she’s gained weight so much as not wearing make-up and wearing clothes with absolutely NO shape. You can see in the first one that the pants are baggy and sitting low and very loose on her hips but….ugh! I don’t know anything about this new movie but I hope she’s dressed for the part or on her way to get hair and make-up done, not thinking this is a good look!

She looks pretty thin to me. The clothes are pretty loose so it’s hard to tell. she looks pretty good…not as worn out as others are saying but definitely not in her late 30s as she’d like people to believe.

She’s always been a bit thicker in the middle, especially in the last few years. I noticed in her movie “Intolerable Cruelty” with George Clooney, she doesn’t have much of a waist. I think it’s just her natural shape. Plus, she doesn’t really strike me as the type that works out regularly.

It’s hard to tell in those clothes, the most noticeable difference to me is her face, when she doesn’t have a lot of make-up and retouching she definitely looks like she’s finally ageing.

she is a curvey woman so you put here in suburban mom outfits like that and she looks bigger…if she were in a tight black dress with better make-up she would look like the bombshell she is. she has hips and a large chest, but even in those horrible pants you can tell she has a small waist and slim legs

I think the fact that she’s having to dress in frumpy mom-clothes and less-than-attractive face makeup for this movie is what’s making her look older/heavier.

She’s wearing a loose shirt. That might be causing you to think she gained weight, but she looks just fine. You can’t really tell with those kind of shirts.
No, she’s just wearing a bad outfit. She has that classic apple shaped body with a broad body and thin legs. Her face is still beautiful though despite the contortions!

She looks this way naturally when she does not wear a lot of make up - remember ladies, you could all look beautiful if you had a professional apply your make up. She is just aging naturally and she does not have a small waist, but wears undergarments to get that look. Her waist is not well defined and she has football width shoulders. Now that she had her boobs done, it makes the shoulders appear less wide. Don’t forget she has had a lot of costemic surgery done - it all catches up with you.
