Clearly a lot of people on here have no idea what muscle tone looks like! Try getting some yourselves and then talk about other people having none. So there’s a couple areas going south, but there’s also some abs, shoulders and quads that have definitely seen the gym.

i think she looks really good, i’d be happy with her body, but what I don’t understand, is where her boobs went?? in all of the pictures you see of her, even recent Victoria Secret ones her boobs are like a C or D, but they look more like a A or B cup here.

I myself have had 5, I’m 5′3″ and weigh 105 but I still have a round, stretched out tummy and no waist. I do work out with weights but the only thing that’s gonna help my stretched out tummy is plastic surgery and I ain’t goin’ that route.

Meh…could be better. I know she’s had kids, but still, she needs to work on her nasty lower back and ass. When you can see your ass cheek between your legs from the front, that’s disgusting. Lovehandles are disgusting. She also needs to learn the rule of “don’t eat a big meal before putting on a bikini.” Bloat is NEVER attractive. Oh, and she should opt for a different top. Her “boobs” (wherever they went), look misshapen and funky.

I don’t think her belly button looks too high. Ideally, your navel should be in line with your natural waist and, if anything, it sits below her waistline.

She’s extremely thin, but nothing looks right. Given the fact that she’s exposed in terrible lighting and has had several kids, she still doesnt have any of the curves in the right places that she’s famous for. It looks to me like shes overly thin/starving and her skin would probably look a bit better if fuller.

The more I look at her, the more she looks like she may have had a tummy-tuck to tighten and remove possible loose skin from her pregnancies. She seems to have a fading smile-shaped scar on her lower pelvic area which runs from hip bone to hip bone and her belly button is elongated on top, which is a tell-tale sign of a tummy-tuck. I wouldn’t blame her since it’s impossible to excercise away loose, saggy, post-pregnancy skin.

wow it amazing what retouching can do, walking properly, well cut clothes, padding and lighting because i once thought this woman had a waist, butt, boobs basically a figure…it was all lies to be a model, you just have to be tall and very skinny, actually having a nice body/face is irrelevant it seems…that is the job of the styist, retoucher, make-up artist, botox injector, designer and the list goes on

Just because some women’s bodies bounce right back after childbirth does NOT make it the norm. What people mean, when they say “good for a mom” is that that body has been stretched to capacity and back, in this case three times, hell yeah she looks good considering. It is NORMAL for women’s bodies to change after pregnancy. The pretense that everyone should revert right back to normal with little or no effort is ridiculous.
What happened to her boobs, you ask? Three kids happened to her boobs, that’s what. Hormones are cruel to the “girls”, so give her a break! Sadly, it looks like she had lipo done but didn’t bother toning up the muscles underneath, so now it looks like her stomach is bloated, but not exactly “fat”. She needs to do some Pilates or serious core work to tighten the muscles to pull her innards in. And a razor would be a good idea too…armpit hair is nasty.

Elle was the first one to be known as “The Body” then Hedi came along and stole it form her. I’ve never thought Heidi had a super body (at least for a model anyway) to begin with. Yea, she had great breasts but I always found her to be very average looking.
Now she looks good for a woman who has had three kids. Once you have had three pregnancies your stomach is never going to look perfect again, but I’m sure she could care less; she’s got three beautiful kids and a man who loves her. She looks like she is enjoying her life and not worrying that she may not be VS perfect anymore. Good for her.

The trouble is we’ve all been distracted by her beautiful face up until now. i certainly feel better about my hips now I’ve seen hers! it just goes to show how airbrushed her jeans ad was too.

I cant believe how many people are saying she has a terrible body, or even good for having 3 kids and being her age. Her body is great regardless of age or kids. Go anywhere and you’ll see girls in their 20’s everywhere that have probably never had a kid that look way worse even clothed. I dont see many people with bodies as good as hers when I go to the beach. Her stomach is perfectly flat, she probably just ate something (I wouldnt even say a BIG meal), and it looks like she has some muscle tone in her arms and stomach. Staying so skinny alone is a big challenge as it is I’m not sure what else you guys want from her.
