WOW fitted clothes make a big difference. She is still in denial about her clothing size, but this is a vast improvement.
Its a water bottle. Why wouldn’t it be water? This is what I don’t understand when bloggers write things like that. You are harming their reputation for no reason. Its in a water bottle- give her the benefit of the doubt that it IS water. Please remember it was not Britney who was known for sneaking vodka in water bottles.
It seems like she’s retained some sort of psychological stability and with it came control over her weight. She looks healthier here.

It seemed to me like the “unknown liquid” comment had more to do with the fact the “water” is not clear in the bottle - look at picture 2. It could just be condesation, or it looks to me like she probably added some sort of flavored energy/vitamin powder - you know emergen-c or something. Geez people…relax. This isn’t freakin’ CNN - I think we’re all smart enough to take everything with a grain of salt and come to our own conclusions.

Exactly em. And it’s just condensation. I have the exact bottle sitting in front of me with around the same amount of water, and it looks just the same. I wipe it off, it’s clear. And if you notice, the condensation goes up further than the water line, like it USUALLY does. Jeez…”the skinny girl” is getting kind of ansy obviously.

Anyway, I give her credit this is the best I’ve seen her look in along time. Her outfit actually matches and she looks like she put a little thought into it. Her hair does always get on my nerves–I would honestly have a stylist come to my house almost every morning to do my hair. That definately would be one of my celebrity splurge/indulgences!

I don’t know how some people think they can tell from those pictures that Britney is sad. Most of her face is covered under her sunglasses, and only because there is no big grin on her face, doesn’t mean she is upset or something. Maybe she was just not in the mood to smile for the paparazzi.

I think she looks amazing - very casual, just running errands around town. Hair doesn’t need to be perfectly styled all the time. I like the outfit. She looks healthy, slim, and very adult. Good for her….she was a very sick woman there for a while, but she seems a lot more in-control now.

This is the VERY BEST I’ve seen Brit look in QUITE a LONG SPELL !!! The outfit she’s wearing is very flattering (it’s really quite CUTE and it looks to be well-coordinated…it suits her!!! (IE…no cowboy boots, etc)…she looks good in this more fitted look. And, it actually fits her…she doesn’t look like she’s attempting to wear / squeeze into an outfit that looks to be about 2 sizes smaller than she actually is for her body size and type, etc. Britney seems to be getting her body back (the body she had before K-Fed and 2 kids!). She should keep on doing whatever it is she’s doing…like going to Bally’s 3 or 4 times week and working with a trainer, going to her recording studio and singing/dancing as well as eating more healthfully. She seems to be doing so (reviving her body back to a healthy weight and so forth). But she has to realize that she has had 2 kids so close together…plus all the drugs and drinking she’d been doing. It will take her some time to really get back to healthy! (BOTH PHYSICALLY and EMOTIONALLY/MENTALLY). It took her some time to get her body into such a bad state (at her worst) and it will (and should) take her a bit of time to get her healthy body back as well as a more healthy state of mind. Know that her docs are working diligently to get her on the proper dosages of the proper medications, etc and it will take Brit some time to get everything back to normalcy and “health-fullness”. (Is that a “word”)? I am very pleased and HAPPY for her! If the damn paparazzi would just quit breathing down her throat and following her and “lying in wait” for Britney just to come out of her home or out of her recording studio, etc. …she will have a better chance at recovery as well. Having hundreds of people following you and being in your face “24/7″…I think a lot of people would be on the verge of nervous collapse(s)/breakdowns!
Wow! What a huge improvement from a couple of months ago. She looks beautiful. A little on the chubby side but in my opinion Britney looks better with a few pounds on her not so small frame.

I don’t know if anyone has mentioned this before but that watch she is wearing in all of the photos is a heart rate monitor. I have the same model but I use it only when I workout. Perhaps she is wearing it and the chest strap at all times so that she knows her exact calorie expenditure. Its just a thought, but if so that means that at least she is dropping weight gradually and appropriately.

losing 20 pounds in 2 weeks is not especially hard. If you have a lot of extra weight it’s even easier that’s why on shows like the biggest loser those people lose like 12 lbs in a week (not that britney is anywhere near that size). All you have to do is restrict A LOT and exercise mildly….
