Yeah, that 1st dress doesn’t flatter Jessica…makes her (already large) DD breasts look bigger, saggier-looking. Have seen Jess in clothes that are much more tailored, better fitting to her body type/size, etc. She, IMO, is going to be one of those who will always be a yo-yo dieter. (Sort of like OPRAH)! But, hopefully Jessica will not become as “fleshy”

Think Jessica is a pretty girl. She needs, as someone else mentioned, a better stylist! Well, at least she didn’t (as of yet, anyhow) turn up pregnant and needing to get married ASAP before athe baby bump started to show! I bet that, dad, Joe Simpson is NOT A HAPPY CAMPER with Ashlee’s pregnancy prior to having gotten married! He (Joe) is saying how great he thinks Pete Wentz is and how thrilled he is that Joe is a welcomed addition to his family. That’s bull. Back at Thanksgiving, 2007, Ashlee wanted to bring Pete over for the Family Thanksgiving Dinner, etc, and Joe didn’t want that…PERIOD!! Now, he just loves and adores Joe??? It’s just terrible when I see the comments and it’s almost like a pack of super jealous people trying to project their problems on somebody else. I think we have similar body shapes–in that we’re both very short and have lg. boobs, and it does kinda suck because if you gain 5 lbs it’s very noticable!

I’m a DD myself that’s why I recently started a diet & working out…being busty & short is so not a good combination, IMO. It’s a constant struggle not to appear stout.

It is so annoying when stars get skinny and then gain it all and then some back. I say just stick to a plan that is easy and not too much work if she is simply too lazy. Celebs always want quick results and don’t care about long-term health.

Jess is trying too hard to be thin like her sister Ashlee and it just doesn’t work for her. Her body’s just not built to be uber-thin like that. She should just exercise to maintain her curves and to be healthy and just enjoy her body the God made it…CURVY.

It seems like she usually tightens up a lot for movie roles and then let’s loose a little when she isn’t filming anything. Maybe she’s more comfortable at this weight? I’ll bet in person she is still tiny.
I also think these dresses - both of them - are horrible, unflattering choices. She is obviously playing up the fact that she is putting out a country album…by dressing like a sexed-up version of Poly Anna. But she’ll get through the phase and get back on 5 factor, and here we’ll be again in a few weeks reading about her dramatic weight loss. Sigh…

it’s funny because her and i are the exact body shape. We’re the same height and both have the same breast size. I also have long blonde hair, and when she got super fit and trim I always figured that’s how I would look if I got that way…but now she’s gained a little and we look pretty much the exact same. I’m 135, and by NO means fat, (even for my short height, but boobs add weight! lol) Thing is, because people have seen her SO much smaller, it’s easy to say she looks like a whale, just because of the difference. But, if you’d of seen her MUCH bigger and then saw her like this: you’d think she looks good and healthy. I think she’s just having a good time in life with enjoying food, and NOT working out for hours a day. Let her enjoy herself…oh well. People can look NORMAL, they don’t have to look like perfection all the time. They are real people. And, soon she’ll get “back into great shape” but it should be when she wants to and not “pressured” just because that’s what people *want* to see.
p.s. when you’re short and you gain or lose weight, it’s SUPER obvious, so be a little easier on her!

We must have such a distorted view of people’s sizes to think that Jessica is fat. I think she looks slim, probably still a couple of sizes smaller than the ‘average’ size. Fat or thin, she is still one really beautiful woman. I think her body weight is naturally heavier, and she fights it all the time. Regardless though, she is still very pretty. Although at times her wardrobe choices leave a lot to be desired.

Nothing she can do about (a reduction is way more complicated and dangerous procedure than an augmentation) so why go on about how big they are? Really, what a beautiful face she has! She is lovely. How could anyone call her ugly or chubby? Stick thin is not cool everyone…nor is it natural for the majority of women in the world. Most women have curves; now I’m not saying fat..I truly mean beautiful curves…it’s how we are meant to be…we’re not supposed to look like skinny 15 year old boys nor are we to be obese. We are just supposed to be women…some tall, some short, with breasts and hips and defined waists, some of us are athletic, some a meant to be softer. The female shape is a beautiful thing and we’ve all been taught to hate it.
Rian, can you do another Jessica post next week…in a better outfit so she gets a more fair shake from all these negative folk on here? The dresses are what’s killing her here and it’s not fair to make such “fat” conclusions with biased photos. Thanks! Have a great weekend!

why does everyone pick on ashlee for having plastic surgery. jess had tons on her face. eye lift. brow lift, botox, restaylne. i dont get it. ashlee takes such a hit for her nose job. halle berre, demi moore, jennifer aniston, ect have all had work done, why arent they called fake? they are called beautiful. dont get it.

Oh there’s no way she’s 115 lbs. I don’t know how tall she is, I’m guessing she’s at least 5′3″. I’m 5′2″, had a baby 9 months ago and I know I didn’t go back to my pre-baby weight of 115 and I don’t look this big. She’s gotta be around 130.

Why does everyone make such a big deal when Jessica gains a few lbs? We all know when she gains 15 or so, she always drops it in a few weeks. She’s never been fat. She’s gained some in her boobs, hips and thighs in the past, but has never looked bad. If anything, when she does drop the weight, sometimes she gets close to too thin like back in her Daisy Dukes days.

The clothing choices were obviously terrible, and she’s definitely gained a few pounds, however, she will always be a gorgeous girl, whatever her IQ may be. I think she just needs to work on her arms to get the muscle tone back and she’ll look fine. Those dresses are doing more damage visually to her than a few gained pounds in my opinion.
I think she looks fine. She does seem to fluctuate alot…like Christina Ricci does ( I really don’t think she has ever fully recovered from her past eating disorders. )
I dont think that empire-waist dress is flattering for her figure. It gives the illusion that shes bigger.

Well, it’s all relative, isn’t it? If you’re fatter than her, then she’s skinny. If you’re skinnier than her, then she’s fat. My opinion is the girl has an odd, out of balance figure.
