Sarah Harding Update

She looks a bit healthier weight-wise than she did the last time I posted about her… she looks to be at a generally normal weight now.
What do you all think?

I never thought she looked to skinny, almost everyone looks skinny when walking around in skinny jeans. I think she looks great, healthy and slim.
You think she looks normal weight wise??? In the UK a size 14 is the average size, she has a lot of weight to put on before skinny bitch there becomes normal/average. I am so sick of people thinking celebs are normal. They’re way too thin! They should not be a standard to aspire to!

She maybe gained a few pounds since we last saw her, but she’s still really thin, especially on the bottom. Her arms are a little on the thick side.
I don’t know anything about this band or their music. They haven’t come to America. Did they only chose beautiful people to be in the group? Can they sing? They all are gorgeous.

Her arms look thinner in the 2nd picture, otherwise they do look bigger, so it goes to show that the camera can do alot depending on angles. I don’t think she looks skinny, I’d say she looks slim, not unhealthy. If people in the UK are generally size 14’s, then unless they are tall and larger boned, they need to drop some pounds, it’s not something to aspire to. I know that the UK sizing is 2 sizes smaller than US sizes. US people have plenty of lbs. to drop too.

She looks like she’s back to her usual weight looking at her arms and legs, but her face looks a little (more) haggard and her back a little boney.
She has no tone in her arms, so when pressed against her body everything’s mushed to the side and they look wide.
Gosh, that wifebeater-necklace in the chest hair look just makes me want to hurl. Certainly this girl could do better.

Sorry…I meant to say that her arms are thick in proportion to the rest of her. If she were wearing a different dress (one that showed more leg and less arm), she’s look about 10 lbs thinner.

Looks like another girl that gains in the arms and legs first. I think she looks on the thin side of normal. Average shouldnt be the compared point, as most everyone has a weight issue in developed countries.

A UK size 14 (US size 12) may be “average”, but it is NOT healthy. If a woman wears over a US size 8 (UK 10), she is MORE than likely to clinically overweight, a condition whose health risks most well aware of.
While Sarah is most definitely on the lower side of a healthy BMI range, she is probably far healthier than those woman squeezing their big asses into a UK size 14. At a US size 2 I was definitely happy and healthy, It’s not bad to be thin!

It didn’t show all my comment. wierd. Nikki I’m sorry hon but I do have to agree with Alicia. She’s far too thin. UK 14 may not be a bad size depending on how much you’re meant to weigh for your height, this girl has young girls who look up to her, although I cant think why to be honest, she should be setting a better example. She looked better when they first started at a size 10, now she just looks vile
