Star: Jessica Simpson Gains 30 Pounds

The article claims that Jessica has been so happy since getting back with boyfriend Tony Romo that she has relaxed on her dieting and exercise regime.
“Her weight is a dead giveaway of her mood,” says a source. “When she’s rounder, she’s happy. When she’s slimmer, she’s not. Whenever Jess falls in love, she’s so content she loosens up on the hard-core dieting and takes her trainer off speed dial.”

The story goes on to say that Jessica has been indulging in high-calorie foods like fried chicken, waffles and five-cheese ziti.

Now this beautiful girl is all natural and curvy– unlike Kim K. She is no where near heavy. She looks good to me. Maybe a few more sit-ups.
30 lbs lmao….thats hilarious. She is shorter, so 30 lbs would definitely show up like crazy….id say maybe 10 or so, nothing rediculous.
I have to say she looks a lot better when she is curvier and more shapely. I thought she looked disgusting and gross when she was doing Dukes of Hazard. Obviously, her body isnt meant to be that thin and tiny.

She is definitely “curvier” on top, but 30 lbs is a serious exaggeration. She obviously gains weight in her arms, breasts and stomach before she gains any in her legs, which is why they still look pretty nice. I’d say she’s stopped exercising, and has put a little fat on in the midsection/upper arms, but that’s about it. 10, 15 lbs, TOPS.
I say about 5#. I’m 5′5″, I recently went from 115-120 and it shows!! Jess is only about 5′2″ so even a small weight gain will show dramatically. There is no way she packed on 30 pounds.

I think she looks fabulous. It’s easy to look heavier when you have bigger boobs. Depending on your outfit, you could look 15 lbs heavier just because of your chest.

I think when she pushes up her boobs she looks much heavier. She should leave the “girls” covered or modified. In the mag cover she looks huge but in the other photo she looks like she probably should look.

The shoes are a bit too clunky, but otherwise I think she looks terrific. I don’t get how people think she’s fat. She’s not a naturally skinny person. Not everyone was meant to be scrawny.

Jessica looks fine. Shes so short that if she really gained 30lbs she would look HUGE, but she looks nice and at a good weight for her. I really wish people would leave her alone. The girl likes to eat so let her, shes only human.
Oh and Shiloh is the most gorgeous baby I have ever seen. When she gets older she is going to be so beautiful.

She’s reported to be from 5′2″ to 5′4″. I would guess she gained 15, but not 30. She should get back to her “Dukes” shape.

i think jess’s legs look really good here i mean it could just be the extreme high shoes she isnt as thin as her dukes days but i mean come on that was howwwww the hell long ago. like 2003…… she looks fine.

No way did she gain 30 lbs. I am 5′9″ and when i gain 5 to 7 pounds boy do I notice it. Maybe she gained 10 or less. she still looks fine.

She looks fine. I’m in the minority here — I think she looked better as Daisy Duke. I was impressed with her lean and shapely figure. JMHO. Although I think she looks okay, I don’t like her outfit. She’s trying too hard, pairing those short-shorts with those heels.

30 pounds would be WAY noticeable on a short girl like Jess. She gained maybe ten,tops. I think she looked best in Dukes of Hazzard, but she still looks really good now. And hey,I’d love eating whatever I want,being in love,and still looking great! Aside from b.s. tabloid stories like this one, Jessica is a very lucky girl.
On a separate note, Shiloh is absolutely gorgeous! That little girl is going to be stunning when she grows up (to be expected with two of the world’s most beautiful people as her parents).

To me this is so messed up! When the pictures surfaced of her wearing that pink bikini and looking skeletal the tabloids were saying “SCARRY SKINNY!! 112 POUNDS!!” Even if she has gained 30 pounds since then, at a woman of about 5′6 or so, she is perfect for her height.

She’s gained maybe 5 lbs. - she’s a shortie, so it shows up on her a lot quicker than it would on, say, Charlize Theron. Plus, she gains it in the luckiest of places: her boobs. We should all be so darn blessed

As for L&W:SVU’s Mariska Hargitay, I think she is absolutely GORGEOUS and the perfect size, even after baby. She looks wonderful.
Poor Jess. The reason she probably goes up and down so much is because these magazines are all over her. “Jessica depressed over latest break-up. Drowns her sorrow in ice cream.” Please! The girl looks fabulous. She certainly has one of the best sets of legs in Hollywood.

If Jessica wasn’t in the performing arts she could get away with looking this way. She’s definitely gained 15lbs, and she’s 5′3″, so it’s visible. Jessica has a beautiful face, and when she gets in shape, she’s a knockout. Right now she’s a girl with a pretty face with a lazy figure, tho her legs are retaining some nice muscle. Lose the weight girl, you deserve to always look your prettiest best!

I stood three feet away from her in Florida at a restaurant over 4th of July. I promise you she is tiny.
Considering that she was about 112 when she did Dukes of Hazzard, if she’d gained 30 lbs, she’d be 142 now and she is definitely NOT that big. She’s my height and when I was 140ish, I wore a size 8-10. I’d guess she’s probably at MAYBE 125-130 right now and she looks fine. Still, I think it’s really stupid when women decide to slack off when they’re in a relationship. Why wouldn’t you want to look good for your boyfriend/fiance/husband?
