I feel really sympathetic towards Amy. She is struggling with drugs, self-injury(it seems), etc. I hope she gets the help she needs. She’s a wonderful singer, and it’d be a shame if her talent was wasted due to addiction and self-hatred.

Whoever made Amy the godmother to their kid must be as crazed & dazed and stoned out of their head(s) as Amy is! Sure wouldn’t want Amy assuming responsibility for my godchild…if I had one !!! They may as well throw the kid to a pack of wolves to raise the kid and “pray” (hope) for the best !!!

Why anyone would want Amy Winehouse to be their child’s godparent is beyond me.
What is it about some truly talented people, that don’t seem to think they deserve success? All this self destructive behaviour is a sign of low self esteem.I love her voice and truly wish that someone would be made her conservator and see to it that she gets some help, a bath and some new friggin shoes!

Sorry but the cracked out look just isn’t a nice one! She needs to be forced (committed) into the hospital-rehab facility.
Sometimes I think that all attention that we give to her just increases her addiction, since is clear that she is a suffering soul without no love enough. But since she is not blind, not ignorant and she has money, reach the bottom is just her choice… Hope something changes her course…
