I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again - only a truly thin gal can pull off horizontal stripes on a dress and still look skinny!
Guess it’s safe to say she hasn’t necessarily “gained”…

Yeah, she’s pretty much a snooze-fest.
i think that dress makes her legs look even better! yeah she looks thinner here again - guess she had eaten something very salty and had water retention or something in the last post.

The outfit is rocking… though her body isn’t. Poor girl, I know she is naturally skinnier, but that is just unnatural.

when nicky was at her heaviest she never worked out and was never fat, just average. so know that she has began to eat better and workout regularly she is skinny. Shes fine look at her. Plus her legs are naturally thin and the knee bones naturally stick out like that. trust me my legs are like that too and i am just at an average weight
if only she had a little more meat between her thighs… she wouldn’t look quite as frail… i love her shape from the hips up.. at least in this dress i do.
Anyone who can wear Herve Leger w/out it being very curve-hugging and tight is definitely THIN. That’s just too much, I think.

My mom studied fashion design, and she said that the majority of people have the misconception that horizontal strips make you larger. As long as the strips are not too wide, and there are a lot of stipes going on, it can actually make you look longer and thinner (think of a stretched out slinky). I have proof because a year or two ago when horizontal striped long T’s were in, I bought a couple, and people always asked if I had lost weight.
regardless of if horizontal stripes make the average person look fat or thin, nikki is still a stick in this dress.
She looks like crap in that dress. I think she needs more curves for a dress like that. I’m so sick of that style anyway. Booooring.
Her arms look a bit better, but her legs still look horrible. She needs to gain 5 lbs. Then, if she feels she is not tight enough at that weight, she could head to the gym and tone up. It is NOT necessary to be that skinny.

Her face makes me want to vomit. I don’t understand how someone with such an ugly face can manage to be famous. Same goes for Sara Jessica Parker.
I wish she would learn to wear something cut just below the knee, her knees make her legs look awkward and boney.
She seems to have a weight range of 5 or 6 pounds—almost always looks the same. Paris’ body is much more interesting—and fluctuates more.

Yeah, Nicky is looking pretty border-line scary skinny….even in the horizontal striped dress. I sort of like the dress, though…just not on her! I know who’d look even more stick-thin in that same dress…KELLY RIPA…the NATIONAL ENQUIRER (dated Aug 25th) has a big story about how Kelly has plunged to 96 lbs. I’d believe it. I am absolutely convinced that she is so competitive and has to win every contest. (They have those various little contests on Live With Regis & Kelly and she ALWAYS has to WIN)!! I absolutely BELIEVE that this woman has EXERCISE BULIMIA! What do any of you guys think about Kelly (and her compulsion to over-exercise)?? Sorry, didn’t intend to get off the Nicky Hilton topic…but Nicky is so boring!

I absolutely agree that she has a horse face, the dress is cute though. The skinny look just doesn’t work on her, she looks malnourished and bony. BTW: awful legs (too skinny) makes her feet look huge.

Her legs are the only scary skinny thing about her. She carries her weight weird. Her top half looks fine. She probably has to have her legs look like that for her tummy to be flat. I think that besides the tiny legs, she looks healthy.

She’s got the class alright, but her knees are really nasty. Maybe she was born this way, but that still doesn’t change the fact that they look ugh. I don’t have anything against her, though, just being honest. That dress is hot; it looks like sth Audrina Patridge has worn before.
What class? She looks overtanned, badly aged, lanky and awkward like a teen going through puberty.
She’s got largish, wide-set bones with no meat on them so she appears quite gawky and hollowed-out.

I don’t think her body is terribly skinny just her arms and legs - and Paris has the same build. They don’t looks like they never eat.

I LOVE THAT DRESS!!! I saw her in person once - she is very tall and very thin, but I think it is natural. Some people are - you know. She is as fugly as heck though - shame.

I actually really don’t like how defined her knees are. All I see is stick, knee, and another stick. It’s pretty gross and she should put on about 5lbs to look all right. Hell, it might fill out her face too and make it attractive.

Nicky is looking so amazing lately! She looks just as hot in jeans as she does in this skirt. I never used to think she was all that beautiful, now she really is quite stunning.
