She’s really pretty.
As annoyed as I am to look at her…I must admit, she looks incredible here.
She has a nice body. She shouldn’t lose anymore weight though! I don’t think this dress is very flattering on her figure. It makes one breast look way bigger than the other.

it’s pretty amazing how much she’s changed since the hills season 1… she does look good though, as long as she doesn’t open her mouth.

Very thin, but at least she has a bit of hip & her legs have some shape, not the shapeless toothpicks that many posters seem to envy. If she was any thinner, she would be too skinny.

I’m not a huge fan of Heidi but she looks OUTSTANDING in these pictures. I’d go so far as to say these are the best pics I’ve ever seen of her. Amazing body, hair, makeup, and outfit.
Her hair looks good, as well as her legs. I’m not into plastic boobs. Also, I absolutely hate the way this chick dresses. She is wearing a beautiful Herve Ledger dress, but mucks it up with the Pink Prada bag and Fendi cuff. God forbid she doesn’t have designer labels plastered on herself. Real classy.

I think she looks just ridiculous here. The hair is awful, and that dress is not flattering on anyone. It looked terrible on Jenny McCarthy, and it looks just as bad on Heidi. It makes everyone’s boobs look totally lopsided and bizarre.

Now that she’s messed around with her nose and made it smaller, it just makes her chin look that much bigger. But you can’t really tell in these pictures.
