High School Musical star Ashley Tisdale had an elliptical machine delivered to her house yesterday.

It appears to be a Life Fitness machine (the same one my gym has).

It looks like someone wants to stay in tip-top shape!

Hey, if I could afford one (and had the space!), I’d have an elliptical at home as well.

  6. lydia | 23/08/08

Hmmmm.. looks like the eliptical might have put on a few pounds since the last time we saw him. arms still thin tho…………….

  7. meagain | 23/08/08

haha no one bluured the tag #, oops!!

  8. Teed | 23/08/08

I’m not an elliptical fan. It doesn’t give you any natural kinds of movements, lets you go slowly when you get tired, treadmill is much more effective for me.

  9. MK | 23/08/08

I dont like the elliptical i own one but i never use it i use the treadmill. The elliptical is way overrated.

  10. Mel | 23/08/08

  17. asicsgirl | 23/08/08

I always think these are fun at the gym. I have a treadmill which is enjoyable with good music but I wish we got one of these instead

I want the treadclimber sooooooo bad!!! This is a good machine tho - elipticals give a serious workout if used properly.

I think you can achieve one of the best exercises in the world with a good elliptical machine. They are amazing. I’ve taken note that almost all the best celebruty bods use them.It works almost your entire body,is easy on joints, great during pregnancy, etc. I own one, too!

it is always good to mix it up to stay in best shape.

I actually did a lot of research before I bought mine, b/c I wanted to make sure and get a reputable brand that would last, ecspecially if I was spending that kind of $$! If I’m correct, that is the Lifefitness X5 version (maybe the advanced version, but I can’t see the screen). I got the X5 Advanced (just means it has more preprogrammed workouts). It’s next to top of the line for there home versions. They have a better home version that sales for like $5K! WTF! The Fitness In Motion store here in Arlington, TX had a special on it (X5) marked down from like $3800 to $3000 or something like that. I went online to lifefitness.com and saw had an even better sales price of $2500 w/free shipping and the store honored that price for me. It sounds like a lot, but it pays for itself in a year if you cancel your gym membership. I already had all the weights other home gym equipment I need so it was worh it. Plus, I don’t have to get dressed and drive to the gym anymore, I can just roll outa bed and hop right on it.

This actually could be the X3 version, which is just a little bit less expensive than the X5. Either way, they’re both great machines made by a very reputable company.
