Kim Kardashian: How I Stay Thin

The latest issue of OK Magazine has an interview with Kim Kardashian about her body, fitness regime and diet. According to Kim, she is happy with her figure. She claims to be a size 2 and 115 pounds.
Q: How does it feel to be on TV everyday?
A: I look a lot bigger on TV. When I meet people, the first thing they say is, “Wow, you’re so much smaller than I thought.” I look about 15 pounds heavier. I’m only 115 pounds, and everyone thinks I’m like 130 or 140. It’s bizarre. I’m a size 2!
(OK, what IS it with all of these female celebs claiming to be a size 2?!)
If it’s true, then at 5′3, Kim has a BMI of 20.4, which is on the lower side of her healthy BMI range.
According to the story, Kim has been eating a lot healthier since starting her dancing routines. Her favorite healthy snacks now are granola bars, almonds and sliced fruit. Her typical lunch includes a chicken salad, which has plenty of protein. She also believes in getting plenty of sleep and drinking lots of water to stay healthy.
The article goes on to talk about how Kim wants to shape up/tone up now before she has any babies with Reggie.
My only question is, if she really is 115 pounds and a size 2, why would she be trying to lose weight? Hmm…
