honestly i think that first one is just a bad/unlucky shot.
come on, we all take them.. at 5′4” and 110, i can tell you i take these unforchinate shots all the time.

It might be the makeup. I saw a pic of her on the us weekly website and thought she looked tiny.
wow, it doesn’t even look like her. yes, she has put on weight and very quickly, too. her body is covered up, but if her face is an indicator of her overall weight, she went overboard. all imo.

the photo is a bad angle on her chin. she couldn’t have plumped up this much from last week… but then again, she’s very petite, so even an extra 5-8 lbs are going to make her look hefty.
Eva’s actually shorter than 5′2″. She’s actually only 5′0″ according to celebheights.com, which I find way more reliable than imdb.com. Why is her face ballooned up ?
Skinny or not I just don’t think she’s pretty.the Hair, cute clothes and makeup does wonders! I’m sure if she wasn’t “eva longoria” she would be no big deal at all! I mean if you saw Charlize Theron and she wasn’t a celeb you could say wow she’s gorgeous! Eva uhhh not so much.

To me, it looks a bit like hamster face. After bulimics purge. :/ She’s not big enough to have a double chin, it looks more swollen.

i’m 5′4.5″ and fluctuate between 112 and 114. bex, i think you probably look fabulous and slim at 119. your bmi is around 20, and that’s ideal.

She’s not putting on weight. She was just photographed at a crappy angle. Even nikky hilton would have a double chin if she was photographed like that.

If this is “real” she obviously gained weight, but it either is weight gain for her part on Desperate Housewives or she is wearing special makeup.

If she’s on the set, it’s probably just makeup. To be honest, when I saw the first shot I totally thought it was prosthetic… it doesn’t even look like part of her face! And it certainly doesn’t match up to the rest of her body.

I saw her recently with her husband at the market by my house. She is beautiful and very, very petite but well proportioned. Must be a camera angle or set-up.

DEFINITELY makeup! It takes quite a bit of weight gain for it to show in the face like that, and she was just in Glamour a few months ago looking fine.

i think its her genetics with the double chin, she always seem to have a tiny bit of it even when shes super skinny, i know some of the skinniest people who have inherited double chins..its just a unflattering pic and but shes still looks fit and tiny..x

Have to agree that Eva must be wearing a prostetic and or make-up…ESPECIALLY in her face! Just saw recent pictures of her and she was thin. Even when she gained weight on Desperate Housewives (which she subsequently lost)…her face was not this huge.

I think she would blame it on the show, and how its for the show, or just make-up or whatever. But I personally think she gained a few. She is so short and petite, that if she even gains just a couple pounds, it shows way too easy on her frame.

I think that picture was just a bad angle, we all have those types of bad shots one day!! But it could also be some makeup, but i’d rather say it is just a bad shot a the bad moment… She is still very pretty, even if she decides to gain some weight one day!!!
The chin is definitely prosthetic. You can see the makeup line where the color doesn’t quite match her natural skin. She may also be wearing a fat suit or just really baggy clothes to make her look heavier for the show.

I think Eva has a “normal” face in comparison to her super skinny body…I used to work at a psych clinic for eating disorders and the girls I see with rail thin bodies but “normal size” faces (which sometimes look bloated) tended to belong to girls who had bulimia. Because of the swelling caused by regurgitating.
Of course I’m not saying Eva has it. She might be one of those people who has a tendency to gain weight in the face (I have this problem too). Which is why there’s even more pressure to stay extra skinny just to keep the face from looking like a balloon.
Today on E News I saw photos taken of her just yesterday at Victoria Beckham’s birthday dinner and she did not have a double chin or bloated look at all. Definitely a prosthetic here.
That pic was so funny I laughed. I rarely laugh on this site, but I’m atill cracking up. I’m small/short also and it is true. You can overeat for one week and have a double chin.
Just FYI, when you photograph someone from an angle that’s somewhat ‘underneath’ them, it can add up to FIFTY pounds. I think maybe she’s gained a few pounds, but the double chin and whatnot are probably the result of a bad angle and horrible lighting. Take a picture of the skinniest person in the world from an angle that’s underneath them even slightly and they’ll have a double chin.

Just like “bellybutton” (teehee– nice name) I saw the photos of her with V. Beckham on her bday and she did not have a double chin in the least. No way that isn’t prosthetic makeup on her in these photos.
