The obvious question here is, what on earth is she wearing?!?!
Other than that she looks pretty good… perhaps a bit slimmer than the last time we saw her?
Oh man. I want to give her props for being original with her style, but this time it just failed completely. Even with confidence, it would have been hard to pull off this style. She doesn’t look confident. She looks sad and anxious.
Weightwise, she looks good. She is nice and tall and slim too, with a pretty face to boot. If only she’d kept those hair extensions..
The outfit is definitely a bit sloppy, and she looks really exhausted. Shame–she used to be so beautiful.
I am too blinded by her wardrobe in order to comment on her figure… I swear she keeps making bad fashion choices day by day starting with those too huge boyfriend pants in other pics! agghhh

My first thought was, predictably, what the heck is she wearing?!
But then I realise that I complain all the time about the fact that, where I live, the grocery store practically has a dress code; no one ever just hops outside to run an errand without first donning heels and a full face of makeup.
So I’m not going to fault Katie Holmes for doing exactly what I wish other people would do: dress like a casual human being from time to time.
Although, that said, a ‘publishing building’ seems like the type of place where one should be properly attired, unless I’m not understanding something … whatever, she looks good, figure-wise, although not as lovely as she once did.

Wow what a mess!!! What was she thinking when she put that outfit together!? It is just awful! She looks about the same weight wise last time we saw her, although it is hard to tell with those baggy clothes she is wearing.
I guess those shorts are better then the rolled-up boyfriend jeans. I don’t plan on copying her style though lol, she looks sloppy.

Her ankles are too thick for gladiators and the black color makes her look super white. If she wants the gladiator she should’ve done a different color.

I rarely see her dressed in anything cute these days. The girl just completely lost herself after she married Tom. She is just a shell of a person now, like a robot. Its so depressing….

Long shorts and gladiators just don’t go, on no one. Well, at least she still manages to surprise me with her outfits, which is more than I can say about boring Nicky Hilton, for example. And even though she looks sick here, I still think Katie has a great face, cute AND interesting.

I have to say there is really not much I like about Katie Holmes if anything. This outfit is just ridiculous, her hair is hideous and I cannot stand that stupid smirk she makes. On top of it, she is married to one of the most annoying celebrities ever.

I understand the trying to dress down that’s fine and all but there are so many other casual comfy cute outfits she can wear. She used to be so cute and pretty and now she’s married to tom cruise and is loaded! (I’m jealous about the being rich part) she can wear and buy whatever she wants and everytime I see her she just dissapoints me and I’m like why does she dress like that!! She looks like a homeless person who hasn’t bathed in about a week. Her husband is worth about $500 million and she chooses to dress like this? She used to be so cute and even beautiful. Now she always looks tired, sad, run-down and miserable. I make next to nothing compared to Katie and her husband, and I manage to leave the house looking 100 times more put together than she does in this picture. Pretty sad.

Note to Katie Holmes: Here’s a novel thought for you – dark wash jeans with a flare leg, black ballerina flats, and a cute black v-neck shirt. Maybe a bit of concealer, blush and lip gloss so you don’t look like a zombie. Maybe even comb your hair. That would take 10 minutes but wow, what a difference that would make! Try a normal outfit for once!!!

Not a good outfit, I think it makes her looks heavier than she is.
I don’t envy her body (classic pear shape), but when she wears make-up and has her hair done, her face is very very pretty.
Naturally pretty, but the shoes don’t work with the look she is trying to pull off.
Sometimes it really pisses me off the way very very rich people think they are so wealthy that they can wear any old crap to a meeting. If I was going to a publishing house, I would certainly not go looking like that.
Am I the only one who kind of likes her here? For once she is dressing like a casual YOUNG person in warm weather- not severe or trying to look as old as her husband. It’s fun and refreshing even if it’s not perfectly coordinated.
Does she ever do a make up? her face is getting uglier she is def not like herself as in her Dawsons Creek series. she is a good girly tho

Katie really doesn’t have a clue how to dress herself. She obviously has a stylist who gives her the key pieces for each season (safari bag, oversized man shirt, fringe sandals), then Katie, bless her heart, just puts them on all mixed and matched.
I don’t really like her legs. I know she’s done marathon’s and stuff but her legs always look quite untoned.
Also, the user accounts thing isn’t working.
