Kelly looks cute here. Lately, it seems that The Live show (With Regis & Kelly) has been wardrobing her in loose fitting tops or “flowy” blouses that are loosely tucked into her skirts/slacks…whatever she wears …sort of like trying to make her look a bit less thin/gaunt on the TV show. She does look very pretty in this outfit, though.
