She is very thin, but I don’t know is she’s scary skinny again. You certainly can’t tell in the dress. I think she’s beautiful none-the-less and she’s certainly come a long, long way from her Ally Mcbeal days.
Mermaid plaits are back in, I love her hair here. Her legs are like Renee Zellwegger’s. Muscular but boney, and veiny.

Carly – Her braid is called a fish tail. My mom used to do my hair like that in the 80’s as an alternate to the French braid. I never learned how to do it. I bet you could look up the instructions. Peace.

I think they’re wonderful and adorable together! Portia is naturally slim, I think, and she doesn’t look frighteningly thin like she did when she was really struggling with anorexia during her “Ally McBeal” days (I think she was 80-something pounds then–and she’s quite tall!). I loved Portia in “Arrested Development,” and I can’t wait for the movie!

Enough of the “wife” corrections! And technically the wives ARE still partners since CA reversed the legal status of same sex marriages.
I think this is a good weight for her. Since she and Ellen embarked on a vegan lifestyle, they both have been looking healthier and leaner. Wish I had the discipline, but I love seafood too much.

The braid is called a “fish” or herring bone” – you could probably google picture instructions, but pretty much all you do is divide a pony tail (or your hair) in half and then take a small amount from the back of the left section and add to the right section, then add a small amount from the back of right section to the left section and repeat. Takes a bit of practice but I learnt to do them by practicing on my cousin they work the best with long thick hair.

Think that Portia looks stuningly gorgeous here. She’s “slim/thin” but she pulls off a beautiful body at her current weight….she has a small waist and she looks a bit more toned (even though she is a little bit thin…but not overly thin)! She looked so, so ill back on Ally McBeal at 5′9″ and 82 lbs.! She looks really radiant and healthy here.

She is by far one of my favorite actresses ever. If you ever watch Arrested Development or Better Off Ted, she is the most hilarious person ever. I absolutely love everything about her in those shows and she is absolutely STUNNING.
