Here’s a little exercise inspiration for us all! Late night talk show host Conan O’Brien was spotted riding his bicycle around Los Angeles yesterday.

    I love him!! Funniest of the U.S talk shows hosts. I had to go on a very rainy holiday a few years ago and while my parents were out doing work, I pretty much spent the entire time watching repeats of his show. I wish we got his show in England.

    I’m glad to hear he’s funny, not surprising, most men who lack in the looks department make up for it in the humour stakes.

    Sorry he looks terrible in lycra, not quite as unattractive as the bloke behind but a close second. Thankfully he’s still mounted.

    The only inspiration he would provide for me is to pedal faster if you had the unfortunate rear view.
