Agree with Adanna that Kate is just so beautiful. Think that her current weight is just right. Thin BUT NOT FRAIL! That dress and the placement of that belt are unflattering to her toned, slim body.
You should look at pictures of her before the Hollywood makeover if you think she’s a ‘natural beauty!’

The first and second pictures look like modeling shots…she looks so beautiful in them. I have never seen her looking anything less than stunning.
She definitely doesn’t “look natural” on the second picture!! Come on, she is simply pretending to be skinny with her shoulders up and mouth open!
Does she ever work? Seriously, she hasn’t been in a film for ages; come to think of it, she’s never been in any good movie and I don’t understand why she gets photographed so often.
She has a great body, that dress is pretty much swamping her in fabric though.

I recall an interview with Glamour she did where she talked about weight 130 for a movie role. They told her she looked great and that her then boyfriend probably didn’t mind her extra curves. She then went on to explain that the relationship was so new, that he’d be attracted to her if she were covered in dirt. Hmm, great comparison, being 130 lbs is the same as being filthy. She called herself “fat Kate” at 130 and being 5″8. Yeah..since when is that fat?
I’m tired of celebrity weight snobs like her.
Totally agree with happygolucky and dahlia benoit. I have yet to see her go ‘natural’ in public (i.e. hair pulled back, no makeup, t-shirt, jeans, and flip-flops).

usually i like her choices but that dress is horrible!! she’s one of my favourites though, her hair is always amazing.
i’m about 118, 5″8 & consider myself pretty normal. if i put on any more, then i consider myself fat & needing to loose a few, so i relate to kate.
BAAAD dress. So bad!!! Wow.. just.. wow!! She is so gorgeous and slim and this dress is.. a sheet with a belt. Not even attractively draped.
I’m betting she’s about 5′6 -5′7 and 120. She’s always in heels and I’m betting she would like to be 5′8, wouldn’t we all?

I know where you and Kate are coming from. I myself am 5″8 and around 121 lbs. However, I’ve been around 130 lbs before, and no one, not even myself thought I looked “fat”. I’m only pointing out that her comments are slightly off putting and insensitive to those women who are not as naturally thin. (5″8 130 lbs is still thin and healthy looking.)
If she is indeed 5′8” she must be much more than 130. Look at her arms – they are huge! She also has a man-chin (and her legs are short and stubby – but you cannot see it here). At my highest weight I was about 128 and nowhere as big as her. She’s boring and overrated and plastic (veneers, chin implants, breast implants etc)
