I think she looks fine. That swimsuit sure isn’t doing her any favors though – for a girl with her fashion sense I’m surprised she couldn’t find a better-fitting one.

I think given her age, lifestyle and the fact that she’s a mom she’s in excellent condition. I also think she’s more of a celebrity model now and doesn’t need to be in supermodel shape.

don’t know if you remember around 2000ish or so, she went to rehab or did a stint in a hospital for drinking or something (not the cocaine thing). She put on a lot of weight then too, and also cut her hair short. You can see in the Coco Mademoiselle ads around that time…her pixie cut (adorable) and a much fuller figure than usual.
Whoa…handles McGee!! I think she had a kid like a decade ago, so she’s had more than enough time to recover. This is what happens when you use drugs to stay thin instead of exercising.
Some people are being ridiculously critical! Yes, she was that waif-ish skinny model 15 years ago. Kate Moss is now in her 30’s, and she’s had kids too.

She doesn’t look bad. If she were to gain another 10 pounds I’d probably consider her to be thick. But I certainly don’t think she’s fat at all, just a little soft looking in the middle. I don’t want to be very harsh because honestly my body looks somewhat like hers, the proportions and stuff, except I’m like 4 inches taller. These pics remind me that I need to start working out more.
I’ll always defend Kate because I love her style and her ability to model. Like Lola said, she looks pretty damn good considering that she’s had kids and been addicted to drugs. I think she looks soft and feminine here, and I like it!!

I’m just a bit tired of that silly little bun she keeps sporting, regardless. It looks stupid. Do something with the hair, colour it, cut it, just do something.
That aside, I’m still liking Kate, she just seems to be going through an extended bad style spell.
Fair enough I s’pose; she’s made her money, she’s getting on a bit, and she still has her face. I say good for her for enjoying her food a bit more. Her legs still look good too, so she’s fortunate in the fact that stomach flab is so much easier to disguise (in clothes) than leg flab.

Yeah I’d say 5′5 120 lbs. She’s very skinny just does not have a bit of definition or muscle on her. She must be eating, and eating is better than drugs.
I find it crazy that people say she is fat here…she just doesn’t look crackhead skinny any longer. She is still a small woman, just is more soft now.

She has a body like any other person on the street and not what I would consider a model body at the moment. Still love Kate and her confidence to let herself go a little. She is letting her Buddha belly hang out and she’s’ proud. I admire her confidence.

Honestly the body looks fine. Might even look better than it did when she was super thin. The face is what throws the whole thing off. She is one of those women who is definitely only really pretty when she is totally dolled up, makeup and hair etc. She is quite plain and always has been. She is very french-looking, I mean she is the type of woman French people find attractive but not so much americans. She is very plain/strange looking. It makes sense that Johnny Depp dated her because now he is w/ a similarly plain/scraggly looking french woman. Not fat though. Not fat at all.

Actually, I think she gained weight most likely due to STOPPING the drugs. She ought to have gained it a long time ago – most people do when their metabolism slows down after their 20s – but delayed it, probably by suppressing her appetite with cigarettes, ADHD drugs, or stimulants. She doesn’t strike me as the hard-core dieter type, so that’s why I think it was drugs. Clearly she made a conscious decision to stop maintaining her skinny figure and gain some pounds. What’s wrong with that? It’s her choice, which is more than can be said for most people, who gain weight whether they want to or not. Oh and she doesn’t need to tone up at all – nothing wrong with her muscle tone – the “flab” you see is just fat on her tummy, and no amount toning will make it look different.

she’s not 120 . i’m 5,5 and 113. and I look a lot a lot skinnier than her .she looks the same as my mom . she’s about 5,8 and 125, my mom. I’m thinking Kate would be about 125 maybe 130 . she does indeed have a big tummy .

Let’s just remember this woman is over 30, has had a child and it’s no secret she’s had a crazy lifestyle in the past. Taking all those factors into consideration I think she looks pretty damn good. The pressure on Kate is insane, just think of the pressure you feel then multiply that 1000 times, that’s how Kate feels. She does well just to stay sane.

I’m sick of the “give her a break she’s in her 30s and had a child”. You’re not old when you’re in your 30s. How many women in their 40s or even 50s look better than her? How many women had children and look better than her?

I thought that she only had one daughter…Ava who is 6 now. Anyhow, she got back down to quite thin waif-ish EVEN after her daughter was born. She has put on a few lbs and apparently in her tummy area. She needs to just do some toning exercises and I believe that she would look better. she is still thin/slim…but NOT A SUPER SKINNY WAIF any longer. But she is in her mid 30’s now so…whatever.
Honestly, I have never looked at her and thought “thin” and I just laugh when tv shows jokingly stick her in as someone thin enough to fall between floorboards. Was she ever skinny? I don’t think so. She’s skinny-fat. You can tell from looking at her back that she is fairly skinny but she’s not very toned at all. Personally, I think she looks great after having a kid and stuff, but she could use a good jog every now and then just for the sake of some muscle definition.
She has always been bigger around the middle compared to the rest of her body—(by the way– search results—1 – 10 of 7,210,000 for smoking and belly fat), and she finally gained those few pounds that made it more obvious.
Given her lifestyle, she can lose weight, but the belly will not go away easily. She might have been better off not losing the weight from her thighs.

Kate Moss never had the “wow, she’s got a hot smokin’ body” factor, at least not for me. It was always more her face that interested me. Her body it kind of secondary I think. She’s still thin. So she’s carrying a bit more weight around her middle? Not a crime at all. There are more important things in life than having a perfect body. She’s clearly happy, so kudos to her!

Actually, it is harder to stay thin in your thirties as your metabolic rate slows around that age. Also – childbirth affects every woman’s body differently obviously, some woman can snap back into shape, it is impossible for other’s. So, yes I firmly believe these are two factors that should be taken into consideration. It’s just my opinion and no one will change my mind. Kate never really had rock muscle tone, she was more waif-like, that was the appeal. I still think she’s very slim and attractive.

Shes on holiday there and relaxing, how many of us forget to suck our tummies in on occasion. Even skinny people sometimes need to suck their stomachs in!!
