Agree with elisabeth in that Allegra looks like a little girl trying to play dress up. I t-h-i-n-k, though, that she looks like she may have put on 2 or 3 lbs since the last time we saw pics of her on this site. Her arms and her legs are so thin but don’t seem quite as bird-like as in the last post of her. She is still horribly ill and waay too scary skinny thin. The dress that she is wearing covers up VERY WELL her “wasted away body areas”…dress coneals her protruding collar bones and that billowy flowing type skirt of her dress hides the rest of her body.
Her mom looks so thin, too. No wonder Allegra has body image issues.

Allegra still looks very, very thin, but she looks better here than she has in the past. Maybe she’s put on a few pounds? (very few) or maybe it’s the dress.
She is still very thin and most likely still severely struggling. She does look a * TINY * bit healthier than the last time we saw her, but still obviously not actually healthy. I can’t imagine what it would be like to be here, and probably growing up in the environment she did. Poor girl…I hope she will eventually become healthy…

btw, saying an anorexic girl looks a “tiny bit healthier” is basically the absolute worst thing you can ever, ever say to her. In an anorexic’s mind, healthier/healthy = fat.

I think she as gained abit of weight, her face looks a little bit fuller rather than her cheekbones being very obvious. I personally love the way she looks and would give anything to be as thin as her x

It’s so sad to see her because even though she’s older she looks about 12 here. So thin. But compared to years ago she does–slowly–seem to be gaining a little weight.
Allegra is clearly sick and has been for quite some time. The pressure of being around all of those models must be such a burden.
Donatella looks so much better than she has in the past. She has clearly realized the benefits of sunscreen and minimizing sun exposure. There was a comment about a spray tan….I think Donatella’s tan was mostly (if not entirely) real. That is why she looked so horrible. My aunt tans constantly and she is a hideous orangey red color and does not use spray tanners. Caucasians just are not meant to lay in the sun for hours on end day after day after day…..

Aww, this is just really sad to see. It makes you really think about what all those images of rail thin models and celebs can do to a girl. She would be so beautiful if she was at a healthier weight. Her head is only slightly smaller than here waist. I hope she gets help.

This is so sad. I think the only reason Allegra looks healthier is because she’s walking next to her mother, who is also rail thin. I really hope she’s going to overcome her illness.
She’s still painfully thin, but I seem to remember her looking even worse in the last batch of photos.

Well this girl is actually too thin, unlike Jessica Stroup or Tori Spelling or Lindsey Lohan or many other stars that have been commented on as such.
allegra looks a lot healthier than the last time we saw her, actually. her face doesn’t look as sunken in and even if it doesnt seem possible.. what we can see of her arms arent as thin as before. she doesnt look like she’s a walking dead person.
she’s a very beautiful girl and i hope she stays safe, thats she taking responsibility for her life and gaining some weight.

Donatella should be slapped for losing so much weight when her daughter, Allegra, is struggling so hard with her anorexia. I KNOW, Donatella probably has “issues” too, but I really don’t have sympathy for Donatella at this point, I think she’s a selfish mess. I’ve seen pics of Allegra when she did have a few more pounds and she looked lovely, very pretty girl when she’s able to be at a slightly less frightening weight. I hope she can recover some day.

I would rephrase that as “obsession with skinniness runs in the family.” I don’t know what the natural body type is for either of these women (Allegra has had anorexia for years and I wouldn’t be surprised if she developed it before she was finished growing), but I can say for certain that they are very image-obsessed.

Allegra looks like an awkward 13 year old… I know she’s skinny and probably has an eating disorder but does she have to look out of it all the time? I’m almost as thin as she is – I don’t know her exact stats but I’m 5′7″ and 95 lbs and I never look like corpse in pictures! A smile and some blush would serve her well… and a mother that actually cares would help too
