she is really pretty. you know if i were famous and stood up for all the political issues i believe strongly in, people would probably call me a poser so i’m not going to assume that all celebs to it for attention just because there are some out there that are bad seeds. doesnt mean all of them do it for the wrong reasons.

And I disagree with those complaining about the stupidity of protests. I believe we should all fight for what we believe in, in any way we can. It’s better than sitting idly at home and doing nothing, isn’t it? Celebs have all the more reason to, because they have so much money and influence that they can really make themselves heard.

for those who think she is a publicity-whore, get a clue. she has always been EXTREMELY discreet and she lives an ultra private life. you never see HER in tabloids. she is actually incredibly intelligent and always carries herself smoothly in interviews. i applaud her for standing up for something she believes in.

It’s ugly and unfair for Emme to wear facepaint suggesting that people in support of Prop.8 ‘hate’ (H8) others. Some Prop.8 supporters just don’t want the state of california suggesting that gay marriages are on par with ‘holy matrimony’. I, in fact, DO support Civil Unions for gay couples.

I don’t understand what is a civil union is that the same as marriage? I live in canada and everyone is allowed to get married. I say everyone who doesn’t like what the us has to offer in terms of marriage move up here. we let everybody love everybody (except animals thats just wrong)
