She had her nose and chin done for those who didn’t know. She looks good, but she’ll really need to work hard to get out of Hilary’s shadow, if she ever wants to be taken seriously by Hollywood. Over all, a cute and nice girl, like her sis.
Maybe she does not even want to become more famous than her sister … who knows … I really love those jeans!!

I think her body looks great, I tend to idolize stick thin figures usually but she looks really cute and natural at this size. Her nose looks… not so great but if you recall in the first few weeks following Ashley Tisdale’s surgery she didn’t quite look right either. Maybe her new nose just needs to settle in a bit.

She is ALWAYS wearing oversized sunglasses lately – probably to the surgery until her face settles properly. I haven’t seen her face without glasses post surgery yet. Has anyone?
On the body front, I think she looks too thin and boney. How tall is she? I know that she’s not that mauch taller than Hilary but she looks really tall here..

She didn’t need a chin job. Nose job..maybe. But she was beautiful before as a natural girl. I get so disappointed in girls who get face lifts, nose jobs, tummy tucks. Just be happy with who you are.

Think that I agree…it may take a bit more time for Haylie’s nose to “settle” with or on her face. She had a longer (and I think more pointed) nose. If any one can remember that long ago…she was on 7th
Heaven (now 7th Heaven is doing reruns on the Hallmark Channel). She was on at the very ending of that series. She was a single mom & was trying to become a minister (on the 7th Heaven). Have seen her in a couple of other Hallmark Movies…but she is not all that popular. (Like Hilary). Think that Haylie has the better body of the 2 sisters..long/lean….love her long legs.

Chin reduction looks great, but the girl is still ugly as sin. Very skinny but it doesn’t add to her attractiveness since it’s clearly the only thing she has going for her and will never overcome that mug.
I was wondering if that was Nick Zano too. It looks exactly like him! But that guy is way better looking than her. Why would he want to go out with someone as unattractive as her?

Cossey always makes me laugh! Hilary went to the same Dr as Ashley Simpson and had the same surgeries…Nose job and chin reduction. (by the way, a ‘normal’ person has to wait over a year to get a surgery date from this Dr)

Oops, I meant chin implant not reduction…and also, this was a secondary rhinoplasty. Meaning she had her first nose job years ago and was unhappy with it.
I noticed she also has her lips plumped up.

Hence the chanel belt she is wearing to scream “I wear expensive things, look im pretty” Her and Hilary do seem like very down to earth girls though.

Comments about faces like hers and SJP’s are mean and rude. I have a couple of close friends with similar chins and noses. I feel for people like them. Not everyone is blessed with good looks.
It does suck for Haylie, though, that she’s ‘known’ by association in the biz. Get a different career, lady, where you can thrive and be your own person!

You can’t compare Cossie with Looker. Cossie says things most guys would say-gross & funny. Looker was just plain creepy, using phrases a woman would say (while insisting he was a man) or saying things a seriously disturbed, frustrated boy would say.

I think some of you are being way to harsh about her face. She’s perfectly attractive and yes like SJP in her younger days. She has a nice smile and good skin. Just because her nose and chin are delicate and dainty doesn’t make her ugly. Her bf obviously finds her attractive and that’s what matters.
